They cleaned the vent thoroughly, reassembled the dryer hose and outside cage, and meticulously cleaned all debris that fell. The technician from Moore Air Duct Cleaning who came out spent about 90 minutes cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They explained what they were going to do and then cleaned up. Also, the people I spoke with on the phone were extremely helpful in terms of scheduling, providing a quote for the services, and calling to let me know when the service men were on their way. Very friendly and professional. Older home being renovated, Julian came in and cleaned the dryer ventilation, the A/C system, and ran new Air Ducts. Could immediately feel better air flow and fresher air. Julian showed us with pictures what was the state of the A/C before and after. Moore Air Duct Cleaning called a year later per warranty to inspect at no charge the A/C and see If we needed any other service. Suggested services but not pushy like some companies can be. Will definitely use Moore Air Duct Cleaning in future one all renovations are complete for a cleaning again.

Amazing job! We called numerous companies and they were more than double the price. We called Julian and the team to install new air ducts and clean the attic as our a/c unit was not blowing cold due to original ducts. The job was done fast and now our air conditioner blows super cold in every single room in our house as we have much wider ducts They cleaned up after themselves. We also did the dryer vent which was sending lint all over the house, causing a major fire hazard, we are now good to go! Highly recommended.

He covered his shoes before entering and promptly evaluated my vents showing me video of the inside of my vents and the large amount of lint inside them. I contacted Moore Air Duct Cleaning because I had problem with my dryer vents. I knew it was time to get it cleaned because the drying time was double what it used to take. They had a deal for air duct/dryer duct cleaning, so I decided to get our air ducts cleaned too. On the day of the service, the crew called and informed me they were running 25 min early. They were friendly, wore booties over their shoes, and showed me their work progress. These guys were efficient and helpful. Recommended!!

They took the time to explain to me what they were going to do, howed each step of the way and the end results. He gave me his air quality mitigation recommendation for a house of my size and now my house smells wonderful. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I KNOW. On 7/24/2020 2 technicians (wearing no face mask) from this company came to my house around 12:00 pm to clean my Dryer Air vents which I had been quoted over the phone would cost $39 to inspect the unit and $160 to clean the Dryer air vents. When they got here they inspected the unit and then stated that the vents were really clogged up and the regular cleaning would not clean the vents effectively and that it would cost $490 to do the job. I told him that it was more than twice as much than I was originally quoted. He then said if I used Cash App to pay he would take 15% off, but I would have to pay in advance. I told him that I felt uncomfortable paying for a service that has not been completed, but he assured me he would not leave until the Job was complete. So I sent them a payment through Cash App for $442. So about 30 minutes later he tells me to come down stairs to check out the the tubing that was connected to my dryer and the vent. He said that it was old and needed to be replaced and it would cost me another $250 to replace this tubing. I told him that I didnt want the new tubing. After I told him that, he tried to put the tubing back. While trying to put the tubing back he was standing on my new washing machine letting the metal drag, scratching the top. After a few times trying to put the tubing back he then states that the tube was disconnected before he came and that I should call a handyman to connect the tubing from the dryer back to the vent. He then got very confrontational with me asking what I wanted him to do about it. I said I wanted him to finish the job I paid for and he replied I cleaned the vents so Im done. We went back and fourth for a while, then his partner said he would have the company send someone out that could connect the tubing back. I then called the company asking to speak a manager so I could get this resolved. I have since called this company over 10 times from 7/24/20- 8/3/20 and I have yet to receive a return call or a resolution.

I have had ducts and vents cleaned in the past by an excellent local company and was very pleased with the service and the price. They were booked up for several days, and as I was having an allergic reaction to the accumulated dust in the ducts in my home, I went with Moore. The tech who came was perisonalble, but he spent far too much time trying to up-sell me on services that should have been included in the base price or that were overpriced, and which had not been mentioned on the phone when I called to make the appointment. When I finally paid for what I wanted, he brought a massive vacuum cleaner into my home. I suggested that he should take it into the basement where such equipment should be used, but he would not do so. The noise was deafening and it stirred up more dust. ... Based on my experience with the original company, as compared with Moore, it is apparent to me why the first company was booked up, while Moore was able to come the next day. I would suggest shopping around for a company that is more open and transparent about services and pricing, and who will respect your wishes regarding the use of equipment in your home.
