I always love Sams. However they need to change up the snack area. The snacks never change.

Was clean, orderly, and had a wider variety of options than my local Sams Club. The store was sufficiently staffed for a busy midday Saturday. I was able to get in and get out pretty quickly.An extra nicety was seeing the array of Tennessee Titans oriented gear in the store.

It is getting really irritating that I still cannot get fuel. The whole point of me buying a Sams club membership 3 months ago was to be able to go to the fuel center and it is still not open.. The sign said it would be open in August here it is 2nd weekend September. I feel a lot of people should either get a free extension on their card or get a partial refund

My family and I always buy the basics of the home at Sam s because of the good discounts we get. In addition, we can buy the things of greater consumption in bulk.

Drove 50 miles to closest Sams club to pick up Members Mark terry towels we use at our shop. Sams was out of them. Searched on Samsclub.com and they werent on the website! Searched on Google and found them on ebay! How come ebay had them and Sams did not? Wasted trip!

For the second time ever I had a problem with the scan and go app, the staff worked diligently to fix the malfunction. Very helpful even though it was closing time.

Im a member and spend thousands a year at Sams just in fuel alone. My car breaks down in their parking lot 1 night and they tow it. Cost me $135 to get it out of impound. The thing is, the vehicle they towed is my home. 1 night. I guess Costco is going to have a new member soon.

I was overcharged for 3 items on our first visits and had to argue with the cashier and manager to get a credit back... which left us with a bad experience. However, the store was very clean compare to other Sams Club we visited and we like how they separate each department and very organized. Overall, I honestly prefer the Sams Club in Clarksville much better!

Inside is always chaos, but curbside pick up has improved over the years to a relatively smooth process.

Sams is really my favorite. They always have great deals, a clean store and friendly staff. Today for example, someone on their way out asked the gentleman checking receipts when the fuel station would be back in service (it was closed for repairs today). Instead of just saying I dont know and sending the man on his way, he took the time to radio and ask another associate who gave him a concrete answer.Sams is the best!

Easily one of the nicer Sams Clubs. Fully stocked with a huge produce section, Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the savings are good as always. $150 at Sams can last me three times as long as Publix

Food is tasty, but its a rush to get you to buy. I just took my food to go. This was my first time in the restaurant.

Sams has improved over the past few years, it was far worse before. I like the variety of brands they carry and the scan and go app is awesome! I still think they have to improve their in-store customer service as its still a weak point

Delivered at this location,, I had a 0530 appointment, slept here overnight, no issues there. Receiving was open at 0400, got a door right away. Full tailer,,, unloaded by 0445. Excellent job by receiving department!! Very clean back house...

I was finally let down by Samsclub. Needing tires I arrived at 9. After being told they were starting late just wait and they would be right with me. 45 minutes later I was told they couldnt help me because they were booked up. 20 minutes after that they still had zero cars in the bay for service. Not a good look for a company I once worked for.

This is a clean, well maintained facility of the wholesale chain; the staff are always friendly and helpful from what I have seen. I just started going to this particular Sams Club a few months ago, after moving here from another area of the state. Unlike some of their other stores, the outsider of the building is red brick, which is especially attractive and gives a charming curb appeal. They have stayed well stocked and seemingly well organized since the beginning of the pandemic. I highly recommend this particular Sams Club!

Always good customer service from this store. Pharmacy and Tire Shop are exceptional. Many thanks to Lorin in the tire shop for helping me out with a tire replacement due to pot hole damage today. I was in and out with a new tire in about 15 min.

I drive past another Sams Club to get to this one every week. Things seem easier to find here and are rarely out of stock. The produce is reliably wonderful and their selection and brands are perfect for us!

I am happy to say that Sams Club is so kind and understanding to those not able to wear face masks due to underlining conditions. Ive been denied service in Costco and other stores just because I was not able to wear one, as if its my fault...... Now I know that this store is a safe, inclusive and accommodating place. Im glad that we have this store here! Staff was beyond great by the way!!!!

This is for delivery drivers....had an 11am del time for 7 plts of milk...last of 3 Sams on this load...enter the back of blg by Jordan rd...I backed into an open door then walked around the corner and checked in...they signed my Bills and said watch for the green light...there was a coffie machine and Keurig there for everyones use...nice touch...I was mt in 10 min...I parked against the curb on jordon Rd and took my 10 hr break nobody bothered me and it was relatively quiet and peaceful......

I really appreciate Ashley at the customer service desk today. I was trying to get my adult daughter signed up with a membership. The other woman wasn’t willing to help or tell me what I needed to do but Ashley stepped over here and helped us and got it done ✅

Two gentlemen came right out within minutes and put my stuff in trunk quick fast easy loved it keep it up.

I really enjoy the ability to shop online and then pick up in store. Yes most major chains are doing it but I have placed 30 items in my cart and have been able to pick up same day. I have been a loyal customer to Sams for years and yes the change in hours does hurt some but I am still able to pick up an online order at 7 am so it works for me. Just no shopping that early. I really wish they would change the hours back as the store is always busy. Also download the app so you do not have to wait in line.

Sams Club was great I love the scan as you go app! Thank you for the hand washing stations and the sanitizer all around.Wish patrons wouldnt drop their used gloves in the parking lot. Maybe a few extra garage cans around the lot so the lazy patrons will throw their used gloves away.

Sams is a great way to buy in bulk and save. Theyre curbside check out is excellent, and they are clearly taking Covid precautions seriously, which as someone with immunocompromised people in my friends and family is a huge plus.

I love the gas Prices! The gas facility is always clean, with not long of a wait!

My husband drove an hour to get to Sams. We looked online ahead of time to check if they had the formula only they carry since its members mark brand. It said it was in stock. He couldn’t find it so he asked. They said yes we have 19 of them. He waited and waited. Then they said oh sorry we don’t have it. Sorry for the inconvenience. They didn’t offer to do anything to help the situation. This is very sad considering this is how our baby survives. Poor customer service.

Guy who brought us our pick up was so nice and polite. We ordered the wrong item and he changed it out for us with ease.

I came in needing a quick repair for a completely flat tire. Lorin & Dorian were VERY helpful & quick to repair my tire, while they also thoroughly explained the issue and were very knowledgeable about the tires I needed. All that to say, they worked a few minutes after close to assure that my tire was fully intact before I left. WELL DONE Lorin & Dorian!!! Now that is customer service!!!!! ⭐️👏🏻

The store is great but the process engineer/store employee who set up the flow of the gas pumps makes me shake head every time I go to fill up. I don’t understand why it’s not one way in and one way out, seems silly.

This Brentwood/Franklin location is probably the premier Sams warehouse club in the Nashville market. The product selections are seemingly better and more extensive if not of higher caliber than what youll find in other area Sams clubs. We find it worth the 30 minute drive versus a 10 minute drive to a closer Sams club.

I called Sams club the night before we went to Sams and asked if they had pom toilet paper and paper towel. I own a campground, restaurant and B&B. Sams club is almost 2 hours away so it is important that we dont waist a trip that takes us over 5 hours to drive to and shop. The lady that answered the phone said they had 45 cases in stock of toilet paper and 40 cases of paper towel with another 100 cases of each coming in the next day. When we showed up there wasnt any in stock and we were unable to order on line at the store. Very disappointed in the service and attitude of the staff at this location. It wouldve been better to tell us the truth over the phone before waisting 5 hours of our day knowing full well they had none in stock and werent going to have any for the foreseeable future...We purchased enough paper products in November to get us through to this point now were running low and it will directly effect our business, not because were hoarding but because we have allot of bathrooms to stock.Thank you for waisting our time it wont happen again
