We were on a long drive home from spring break and our check engine light came on. Fortunately it was just a hose that came loose but we had to top off some fluids before we could get on the road. We showed up about two minutes before they were closing and they stayed and helped us get everything in order. Super, super nice people who absolutely didn’t need to stay late for us. If we lived closer, we’d be going here for oil changes for the rest of our life.

I have been going to this Valvoline for years. The last 2 times I have been there I have waited 30 minutes + to get my oil changed. Both times after waiting they have attempted to send me to the other location due to issues they were having. Telling me they can get me right in. After driving I’m then told it would be an additional 25 minutes of waiting there. Very unprofessional.

I had used them many times in the past when they were very professional, focused, and efficient following a set process. But when I returned today they were distracted chatting among themselves about extraneous subjects loosing tract of what they were doing. First tech could not find the oil filter on my engine and then dropped a tool down into the engine compartment that had to be fished out. Then they seem confused if the filter had been tightened properly.They told me they had checked my tire pressure to set at 36 PSI but when I drove off the tire pressure monitor showed only 30 PSI in one tire. I returned and again was assured that they had set the tire pressure when I knew they had not because I was watching. Reluctantly they did finally fill the tire and the tire pressure indicator on my car showed 36 PSI.The bottomline is that I have zero confidence that the job was done right and that everything was tightened properly without damage. Just were not focused on the job so I will not return.A real shame that the quality of service has degraded to this level.

They were professional, courteous and quick. When I arrived both lanes had lines. Someone immediately came out and greeted me. I was informed which line would move next and then they asked what I was in for and conducted basic checks before I got inside. The whole time I was on property was less than 20 minutes. I do recommend checking online for coupons.

We started using the Valvoline Instant Oul Change several changes ago and now use it for all our vehicles. We have been to several locations in several different states and loved them all but this one is our absolute favorite. These guys are so professional, courteous and efficient. Top notch!

I went for oil change, along with that, they suggested for cabin air filter change - which costed additional $43/-. Later i realized, i am being ripped off for a $10/- worth cabin filter for $43/- Why cabin air filter change should cost $43/-

As a customer Im upset, as a former employee Im more upset that my drain plug was so over tightened that it lead me to take a torque wrench to it for measurement. A drain plug is specd to 20ft/lbs. Mine? 110ft/lbs. Thanks for that.Edit, I had it at 3 stars because, hey, at least the oil was changed but after needing a new plug as they chewed the last one up, a new gasket as it was obviously now fused to the plug, and having to crank the absolute hell out of the oil filter which they also saw fit to over tighten to the absolute maximum, i feel as though they worked really hard to earn the one star rating.Employees will only work to the standards held up by their Service Center Manager. I can tell by the quality of the work that the SCM is doing a very poor job.

A family member had me do them a favor and get their out changed at this fast oil change spot.The place was clean, welcoming, and the staff were nice. The downside is the cost to do the basic oil change. It is convenient but wow.I wouldnt bring my car here to have the oil changed, simply because I dont have that kind of money to burn.Otherwise it gets my a-ok

I was completely dreading getting my oil changed. I hate waiting at the dealership or other places. Valvoline had a Groupon and I work almost next door and figured why not. Ryan was an absolutely wonderful employee, greeted me as soon as I drove up and chatted with me during the short wait. All the other employees were friendly and had a smile on their faces. The convenience of this location, reasonable price and having a great conversation with Ryan absolutely made my day. He definitely knows great customer service!

I wanted to give a good report because I know it is the summer time and I know that they are working hard, but this was by far the slowest oil change experience I have had.

This is a convenient and normally quite quick location to get your car serviced. The hours are pretty wide open so Ive always been able to get my oil changed without having to rearrange my schedule very much. The staff is friendly and professional and know their business well. The only reason I took a star off is I have been pressured a few times to purchase more than I came in for, even after saying no to it. But that is a very small thing given all of the good things about the place.

I stopped by unannounced without an appointment to get my transmission oil changed in Ford F-150 truck. The technician did a great job of communicating to me the service history of my truck and went right to changing the transmission fluid. He made no up sale attempts which I personally cannot stand. I usually do the engine oil changes myself except a transmission flush is better left to an expert with better equipment. The oil change was quick and painless.At the end I asked them to check the engine oil because my truck uses oil between changes. Knowing it might be low I contemplated having them change the engine oil while I was there. Sure enough the truck was 1.5 quarts low. He asked me what type of oil I used (high mileage) then he topped it off with 1.5 quarts -no charge. Thats excellent service.I would highly recommend this location to have your fluids serviced. Great location and great service with a smile.

This has been my reliable oil change station for over 10 years as I always get kind and quick service. Todays experience was particularly exceptional. Christina was personable, knowledgeable and helpful while taking car of my car in the short 20 minutes I was there. As always, thanks Valvoline for being what so many other service stations are not.

They broke something on my car and I had to drive back and they made me wait while they “fixed” it. Have reached out to go Valvoline and will be filing a lawsuit once a mechanic diagnoses it.

Sometimes the counter service is good and sometimes it hard to get help, depending on whos working. With every visit, it is definitely clear that the service folks have just one speed, slow. Ive had them leave my hood unlatched and leave tools inside my engine compartment. Always check behind them.

Great Service | Incomplete ServiceI know the title doesnt make much sense. The gentleman who service my car was great. He hooked me up with some coupon codes and text codes that saved me a good bit of money on my service which allowed me to add on more than I had intended to get while there. Getting free stuff is always a plus. Unfortunately the oil pan cover was incorrectly put on the bottom of my car. This caused it to come loose and drag on the street stripping the screws that held it in place. Luckily we were able to go to another Valvoline and they seemed to have been able to fix the current problem but it probably isnt the best solution and could lead to long term effects to the performance of my car..

Manager Daniel was friendly, professional, and attentive as were all the employees. I will definitely return to this location for my next oil change!

Every other place Ive ever been i had some kind of problem with their service. This place no issues. They do tell u all the stuff they wanna do for ya besides an oil change but thats everywhere u go. I recommend this place. You will have to wait. You wait inside your car so take a book to read it could be awhile. I was there an hour the other day start to finish.

Faulty oil filter was determined after my 2016 Camaro engine was locked up on the interstate. Its been a week and still no news of this location getting on the ball with having my engine replaced. THREE different days I have called and the manager is somewhere unreachable according to the assistant manager. Not to mention the girl who answers the phone is very hesitant to even get the manager when trying to find out information about my claim. I was told one thing by the manager and something different from my dealership who is STILL waiting for the go ahead to replace the engine. I have had to borrow a car every day to get to work or anywhere! Theyre not trying to get my car fixed this place is a joke. I paid $78 after tax for the oil change which I only went ahead and had done because I had already waited in line for 30 minutes. Their website said $50 oil change what a freaking rip off this whole place is. Go to your dealership for oil changes people at least your car will be fixed in a hurry. Its been a week already and my car still sits in the shop waiting on valvoline who is not trying to even get me a rental car or following up with me more than once. Ill be in touch with my lawyer Im over having to do their leg work to get my own car fixed because they dont want to pay. This is just ridiculous.

As a former mechanic, I was very skeptical of a quick oil change place. After being disappointed by every Ford dealer within 60 miles not being honest, I thought I would never find a place to get my oil changed that I could trust. I was very pleasantly surprised with the employees, especially Wes, who provided my service. He was very thorough in checking everything including lights, turn signals, tires and fluids. He let me know how everything was without trying to sell me anything I didnt need or didnt want. He professionally recommended an upgrade in oil and other preventative services, but was not at all pushy when I declined. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here and will be recommending Valvoline Instant Oil Change to everyone else.

Overall nice staff and customer service. Except a guy named “Will.” Super miserable, poor customer service, passive aggressive and hostile. It’s a shame he brings down the team morale! Thank you for being open on a Sunday! Went to our usual spot for oilchange and was closed on top of 3 other places!! Greeted as soon as we pulled in waited about 20 min ( 4 cars in front of us). Derek was great! very informative on difference between oil change types didnt push upselling. Very respectful and quick - working between us and the other customer. Stephen worked under the hood and kept things quick and professional. Overall my boyfriend and I had a great experience here and would recommend. Great job on customer service/experience.

Wayne was the guy running the show. Talked a big game about himself being hand-picked for this job because of his expertise (its a fast food oil business) before telling me my transmission fluid was “near critical.” I had my transmission fluid flushed last month. Wayne is a liar. Steer clear.

Came here because I was overdue for an oil change and my usual place isnt open on Sundays, but I will definitely be coming here in the future! My old place never bothered to inform me that I have a small oil leak and transmission leak, this place told me as soon as they looked at my car! Probably one of the most expensive oil change places, and will try to upsale you ALMOST as much as Firestone (which I do not recommend at all for anything) My usual place was really busy and Valvoline was able to get me in immediately so I went there. Luckily the person who set it up gave me a $20 discount, it was still more expensive than my usual place but it helped for sure

Patrick was the guy in charge. Two bays open two cars in line at each bay. Telling people 45 minute wait. Suggested the guy next to me go to Jiffy Lube. Last trip to Valvoline for me. They actually sent 3 customers away!

OMG, the service was the best I have ever received. Will and James was very informative and let me know that I had a leak. Showed me my air filter and let me know when it will need to be changed. They also talked me through the whole process. Also found out the prior vehicle owner used them for several years and got regular oil changes. Yeap, they are now my go to destination spot.

This is my new favorite place to take my car for oil changes headlights and any other services that they do Im gonna take my car here for all the services they do because 1st of all they all have obviously very caring technicians and one of their technicians, Dawson, couldve easily got me to change my oil when I didnt need it (cuz I recently got this van & nvr found out its last oil change) but he told me the truth that he could tell my oil color was still a good color & that I could go longer. I was thankful for his honesty I feel like most shops Ive been too in the past wouldve said other wise to get more work.

Came here in a dodge truck today to have the oil changed. They have changed it a few times before. The guy came up to the truck and asked what year he was told and then he said we cant do it because its a 2014 now they have before it was almost time for them to close. I told him that they have before and thought that they was the last ones that have. Looked and it was changed in east tn. Now thats 2 cars they will not get from me.

I had to pay over $1,000 to replace an oil casing as a result of this shops negligence on a simple oil change.10/10 worst experience.
