Had a fridge delivered and the team that delivered it was unprofessional yelling and swearing cause they couldnt get the fridge in the house, so I told them to send it back and they left my house a HUGE Mess in a hurry and left my fridge unhooked from the water outlet and my front door off the hinges and a big mess on my deck. Terrible service.

I have a delivery from XPO logistics. The delivery team destroyed my driveway. This company completely ignores your phone calls and your emails month after month as you try to resolve your issue. They lose files when you send them to. I repeatedly send them the same files over and over all the photos of the damage and they continue to lose it. If any company uses XPO logistics to deliver their freight I will not order from them. Very unprofessional on how they handle customer relations.
Personally I would give 0 stars if I could, this is a horrible and unprofessional company who fails to deliver on all fronts. For anyone who is looking to buy a mattress from a mass distributor, ask who their 3rd party logistics company is that they utilize for delivery and removal of their mattresses. If it is XPO Logisitics run far far away and look for practically anywhere else to buy from. We were charged $200 extra for our mattress setup and old mattress removal, the team showed up dropped the mattress on the living room floor refused to take our old one even after they were shown our documentaiton and payment for removal. After having to make repeated unaswered phone calls to the XPO hub where the mattress came from we were told hopefully someone from their team can come by early next week to complete a service we paid to have done today.Outside of their massive failure to just do their paid job their office employees are rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. So to end it just beware of who your mattresses 3rd party logistics team is.
Called 2 days prior to delivery, 1 hour prior tothe delivery they called me back.telling me their truck broke down. Asked them to give me the location of the truck to go pick my items since it was an urgent matter, oops sorry sir your items never made it to our facility. Worst company ever

Absolutely awful and unprofessional service. I ordered a whole kitchen worth of appliances, and 3 of the 4 were delivered by XPO. Each time has been terrible. I originally had a Range delivered, ordered from Best Buy. The delivery guys actually removed the anti-tip bracket I had in place, refused to install a new one, and didnt ground the power cable for the thing. Thanks for trying to kill my kids! Then had a microwave delivered, ordered from Lowes, that they refused to install even though I paid for it. Finally had a dishwasher delivered, ordered from Wayfair, and was never told that installation is a separate appointment before delivery. Ive tried three days in a row to contact this warehouse to schedule the installation, but theyre too incompetent to even answer the phone. Every delivery I have had to call customer service, and every call has been a complete waste of time. One agent even had a rooster crowing in the background for the entire call! Why?!This company deserves to be shut down. Absolutely awful. I could get better service hiring some neighborhood kids. Completely unacceptable.Update 1/7/2021: I had one final delivery unfortunately scheduled with XPO today. I was told yesterday that they would arrive between 1 and 5PM, which sounded reasonable. But, no, I was called at 6:30AM to be told the delivery was outside. Thankfully they were just able to leave it outside, but how are they that far off on delivery estimates? Lastly, I got an automated call at 11:30AM that I was next up for delivery. XPO, get your act together. This is pathetic.
Ordered washer dryer from samsung. got calls twice to ask if I needed installation, even though it was on the work order and I had paid for it. Then change the date on the delivery without telling me. They acknowledge the intial date but say they have no idea what happened and why the date changed. And of course the manager is unavailable.
Slept there overnight, goat offloaded and stayed till my 10hr reset.

Delivering a new refrigerator, they were right on time. They called 40 minutes before they got here, so I had plenty of time to empty the old fridge. They were really nice and did a great job moving the old unit out and the new unit in.
I have had my delivery date changed FOUR times without my knowledge. I have waited all day for big item deliveries that never arrive. When I called they said that they changed the date to TWO MONTHS LATER. this place needs to be shut down. Totally unprofessional and horrible to their costumers. Still not received the product.
Never use this company or anyone that says they ship through them. We have a shed that we ordered a month ago and it was delayed for some reason and we were not told that we had to reschedule. When I did the day the truck came...the sticker was put lazily on a pool table...and it clearly says pool table on the sides. It has been a month and Im still trying to get them to find my shed and schedule an appointment to send it. Embarrassing that, if its not the entire company, this branch is still open.
Refrigerator died a week ago. I bought a new one at Lowes on Wednesday that was delivered Friday by XPO but the installers refused to take it off the truck and install it. After doing some quick measurements they said it wouldnt fit and refused to bring it in the house and try even after I told them repeatedly that it would just fit. I measured and re-measured myself and even went back to measure and re-measure the floor model at the store to make sure before the purchase. Still they refused and left to return the refrigerator to Lowes undelivered because it wouldnt fit.That is when I went to Franks Appliance in Milford, MA which I should have done to begin with. I met with the manager, gave him my measurements and he showed me a refrigerator that I told him wouldnt fit because it was the same size as the one Lowes refused to deliver & install. He was confused and said according to my measurements it would fit so I explained my entire ordeal. He got in his car came to my house measured and we went back to the shop. I bought the same size refrigerator (as the Lowes one) but better-quality. Oh and I bought a matching dishwasher while I was there too. Less than 4 hours later, Franks Calvary showed up.....two trucks parked out front and four extremely professional, honest and hard-working delivery men showed up at my doorstep to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one......guess what, It fit perfect.I lost an entire day of work because of this and could not be more dissapointed in XPO. I could not however be happier with the sales, delivery and service of Franks Appliance. What an AWESOME team! These guys are great! Franks Appliance has gained a customer for life and because of XPO, Lowes lost a customer, a sale and cross sell.
Third party delivery company scheduled through Best Buy. Received confirmation voicemail stating delivery and installation Monday 12/16 between 10am-1pm. No show. Best Buy called company and they claimed delivery was never scheduled. Completely unprofessional.
I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes and they scheduled the delivery through XPO Logistics. I also paid to have the old refrigerator removed. When the drivers showed up, they refused to deliver the appliance to the apartment and refused to take away the old refrigerator away (even though I paid for it). I refused the delivery, and called XPO. The customer service agent was very difficult to understand and although I gave her the order information several times, she kept me on the telephone for almost a half hour asking for the order information over and over again. I manage an apartment complex and order many appliances every year. I will not order from Lowes again, or any other business that uses XPO Logistics. Extremely poor delivery and customer service.
Zero stars company is horrible!! I got a call for a survey as to how my delivery went, I never got the delivery, when I told that to them the lady insisted it was delivered! I told her it wasn’t delivered for a second time then she hung up on me!! Never use this company
We had a delivery scheduled between noon-3pm on Saturday and the night before they changed the window to 6am-9am without notifying us, then when no one was there to receive the package they said they would call Monday to reschedule the delivery. At first they said they have no control over scheduling, then they said it was rescheduled because that was the time the driver would be in our area. And since we wont get our couch until Tuesday at the earliest, my elderly guests will have to sit on the floor I guess.
I work here and have had nothing but positive things to say about this place. Great customer service and outstanding leadership. Takes a certain kind of person to thrive in this sort of environment. Definitely not for everyone.
Worst delivery service ever. Was expecting a delivery on a Saturday, didn’t get the call with the window of delivery time until after 9pm on Friday night before — they said expect the delivery between 12:30-4:30. At 4 on Saturday I get a call that the window has changed from 3-7. At 6:50 there was still nothing I had to call and speak to three different people until i finally got through to someone and they said expect them within the hour. 8 hours I’ve been waiting for the delivery... this is ridiculous !! Worst company to deal with avoid using them if at all possible

Delivery from IKEA. Called night before and automated system told me 12-4 pm. Driver called at 12:45 that he was in my complex. Two very nice gentlemen quickly brought my boxes (7) up to the third floor and placed them where I wanted exactly as described by IKEA. They were prompt and professional. Don’t be scared like I was! My experience turned out to be very easy with XPO.
Would loved to have give them 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. They are the sole delivery service for Lowe’s in Seabrook. WOW. Not only was the delivery driver whom I paid through Lowe’s to do his job (bring in new fridges, remove old fridges) arrogant and rude, he was extremely disrespectful. To what I did to earn that level of disrespect when I simply hired someone to do a job and paid them fairly at a set rate is beyond me. Note to anyone who also has no choice for the delivery service if Brandon is your delivery driver send him packing and request a new driver. Temperamental, argumentative and moody. I have four other staff and clients present and everyone was floored at how unprofessional the entire process was. Very unhappy and very disappointed.
Wish I could give a zero. Was given a window of 11-3. Spent whole day waiting. At 2:30, I called to note that it was 30 minutes before window closed, so I was getting concerned delivery would not happen by 3:00. On hold for 10 minutes, and I see another call coming in from XPO. THIS person tells me that the guy is now running NINETY minutes late so expect a 5:30 window. The plumber arrives at 3:10, no dishwasher to install, we have to send him away. I speak to a manager at XPO and he tells me that even though they have GPS, it doesnt always work so they cant ever know how late someone will be Ridiculously bad service. They could not care less and the manager of this place needs to put in place new policy so customers know as soon as possible when the promised delivery window will not be honored.
Terrible company. Rude, unobliging and with a tendency to wake people up at the crack of dawn with a new delivery time instead of sticking with the afternoon time they first scheduled. I will no longer buy anything from Killingly CT Lowes that requires delivery because of the actions and attitude of XPO Logistics.
This is the worst company ever! I had major issues with them when I had a dryer delivered from Lowe’s several months ago and never intend to shop there again as a result. My in-laws very kindly bought be a rocking chair for our nursery through Amazon and had I known it would be delivered by XPO I would have told them not to. The delivery window was supposed to be from 9-12 am and I just got a call that it will be at 6 am! (With a call 30 minutes before so waking up someone who is 9 months pregnant at 5:30). They told me there was nothing they could do to change the time - they can only change the day and then they can’t guarantee it wouldn’t be at 6 am again because we are “close to the hub” when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours (meaning after anyone could do anything). Embarrassing and totally unacceptable customer service
Terrible service. Waited 7 hours for delivery of mattress with no phone calls from them. When I called to reschedule, they came another day and delivered a bunch of things to my house that were for someone else. No mattress. The driver insisted that these items were mine and showed me the bill of lading. The items on the truck had someone elses name on it, not mine. The bill of lading had my name, address and mattress order on it. The driver could obviously not read. Needless to say, after waiting numerous times for delivery on other days, I finally got it. They were supposed to unpack it and set it up and did not want to. I had to argue with them about that too.
The XPO Last mile driver lied to us, the apartment concierge and his dispatcher. He stated he would wait 10 mins in order for us to sign as he REFUSED to let the concierge sign for it, for which the only requirement to sign is to be 18 years old! After stating he would wait, he turned and left without waiting and then marked the order as delivered. We arrived within a few minutes of telling him we would be there. When I called their office, the woman who picked up the phone did not even know her own managers name. She pushed me off the phone after refusing to provide information about the driver, manager or contact information for either.
Extremely unprofessional... they are the most irresponsible company to use for anything . I’m going to ask IKEA to refund my deliver charges . If you want to save sone pain and headache run away from them

If you work with lowe’s in Framingham I highly suggest you cancel your order with them because you’ll never get a correct answer etc! If you could give negative amount of stars I totally would!

Redefines incompetence on every aspect of that Last Mile. People who work for them have no idea that Home Owners Associations require proof of insurance for deliveries, which the majority do. I was told that one person was taking phone calls about deliveries this morning (one person in all of South Florida) and was on hold for 50 minutes yesterday twice and once already this morning. Not a single person has answered that phone. Then I call XPO which claims no responsibility for the company that it owns and markets under its own name. Ikea blackens its name by association with this firm - seriously suggest you find yourself another delivery service.
Please read the reviews IKEA customers!I set up my delivery date a month in advance. On the day it was scheduled, they decided that the trucks were too full, and opted not to deliver to me... which they informed me of 45 minutes AFTER the delivery window.The operator then TRIED to be helpful by squeezing me in for a next day delivery. On the next day when there was no delivery, I called again only to find out that the operator made a system error and scheduled me for the NEXT day! Again NO COMMUNICATION. I had to find this out by calling.Just awful, please ikea, lose this contract.
I should rate XPO lower but it was the five star effort from their employee Diamond who pulled them to 3. After waiting all day for a delivery that was confirmed and communicated via email more than once that day, a customer service rep call was received saying they couldn’t be there for another 5 days.I called back and diamond was a hero. She explained what the issue was through some effort was able to expedite the order and have our delivery made Saturday. This saved our 5 hour trip from being a bust. If you order from IKEA online make sure you call XPO to confirm delivery because the emails are not reliable.Kudos to Diamond.
Will start this review with one word: PATHETIC! Expensive snowblower was ordered through Amazon and delivery was not scheduled for three weeks. Naturally, a party had to be home and it was to be delivered to my daughters residence. The item arrived and it was substantially damaged. I contacted Amazon (very good with customer service) arranged for a replacement order and expedited shipping. Shipper made arrangements for today (1/24/17) between the hours of 7AM and 10AM. Shipper called last night, 11th hour, to arrange deliver at a later time, but then retracted. Ultimately, shipper agreed to deliver at the original time, today, but failed and neglected to fulfill its obligation. I contacted Amazon and the representative was VERY helpful and stayed on the line while I spoke to the shipper, who was still uncooperative. Based upon shippers history, I demanded delivery by late this afternoon and shipper refused. Delivery will be scheduled for tomorrow and my daughter must take time off, again, from work. Based upon this history, would you use or trust this shipper? Shipper will be receiving a Consumer Protection Letter under the auspices of Chapter 93A, prohibiting unfair and deceptive business practices.

Not sure why IKEA contracts with them given the rating. They called me to tell me that they will have trucks in the area between 9-1 and offered an earlier delivery. I agreed to the early delivery time. 1 comes around and no delivery. Call and they are rude and offer no help. Tell me that I have my original time (after they offered to change it originally). No regard for cutting into someones work day. Terrible service. Hopefully IKEA drops them as a vendor, esp given the delivery fee.
These no talent nancys have either never come to my apt to deliver my Ikea furniture or they are ding-dong-ditch world champions. Maybe Im deaf and I dont know it.I thought online ordering was going to be easier than renting a U-Haul and picking up the Ikea furniture myself, but apparently not.All this because I had the audacity of wanting to sleep on a bed. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service....I am baffled that Amazon would continue to contract XPO logistics out. This ridiculous company is almost always a no call no show the day of a delivery. I love Amazon and order a lot of stuff through them, I just wish they would allow us to pick are own carrier. When I look through the order detail at Amazon and see XPO as the carrier I cringe. The only thing XPO logistics is good at is creating more problems and issues....and thats the only consistency they have going for them. Good luck to anyone having to deal with this sorry excuse company. What a joke XPO logistics is!!!!
I am VERY dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism that XPO contracts to deliver furniture and set up. Three guys, whom XPO contracts delivered furniture that I purchased from Ikea to my home to set up. The leader of the three barely spoke any English and the other two spoke absolutely no English at all. When they started bringing in these heavy boxes, they did not work together. By doing this, they had absolutely no regard for my home. They scuffed up my walls when bringing in the boxes and they laid them against my walls without utilizing a cloth as a buffer between the wall and the boxes. I immediately alerted the head guy and he did nothing. As soon as they finished, I asked for the number to Ikea so that I could call and speak with a supervisor.I spoke to a supervisor at Ikea to inform him of my complaint, he immediately got another team from XPO to come out, and exchange the furniture, but unfortunately I would need to reach out to XPO for repairs to the walls in my home. Arturo, one of the contractors from XPO viewed the damages to my walls from the previous contractors provided me the number for his supervisor, Mr. Jerry Laroache. I spoke to Mr. Laroche on many occasions by phone and text message and he was very uncooperative. I kept getting the run around even after providing him with every piece of documentation he needed in order to get my home repaired. I notified him today (11SEP2017) that I reached out to a lawyer and received legal advice about what I need to do to expedite my claim and they left me absolutely no choice but to take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT for repairs( sparkling & painting) of my damaged walls.I am an Active Duty member who served his country proudly for 27 years and to receive the lack of professionalism, customer service and disrespect to my property is absolutely why XPO receives such negative reviews. If you shop at Ikea, do yourself a favor and rent a uhaul and get some friends to help carry your furniture in & set up. This was absolutely the worse experience ever!!!
My order was originally supposed to arrive 8/8 via Amazon Prime shipping, but over the weekend suddenly shifted to a delivery date of 8/9. When my item did not arrive —and discovering the tracking number provided did not work on the XPO website— I contacted the assigned shipping company XPO to inquire, and they stated that the item had been misplaced from the warehouse less than 20 miles from my home. Pretty big item to go missing; when I inquired they couldnt even confirm if it had actually been shipped or if it just showed up on the transport itinerary and never physically made it onto a truck. The item apparently went missing the morning of 8/8 and they never made any effort to contact me about the delay when they knew 36 hours in advance that they wouldnt make their delivery promise. The XPO customer service rep was incredibly rude and could not offer any explanation, only provided a different tracking number that also did not work on the XPO website; the Amazon rep I contacted later was very sweet and seemed just as perplexed as I was that the item had appeared to vanish. I just want prospective customers to know that the shipping company assigned to transport this item appears to be untrustworthy and will not fulfill delivery promises that the Prime membership offers. I hope with enough complaints Amazon removes XPO —or at the very least this warehouse—as a shipping partner.
On 11/10 I was contacted that my delivery would be delivered between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. I then received a follow up call that it would be there by 3pm. By 5pm there was no call from anyone, I tried calling countless times with no response. After 5 I was told the truck broke down and my furniture would not be delivered and was hung up on. I called back and then had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No one had a solution, no one was helpful, but very rude. XPO Logistics also never contacted IKEA to tell them their truck had broken down and customers would not be receiving deliveries.I reschedule for Sunday after much fighting that it would be another week. The XPO truck broke down AGAIN blocking my driveway and the neighbors. I was called 5 times between 10pm and 11pm then texted by the driver of the truck for me to speak with my neighbors about leaving the truck. They have no customer service and no idea how to run a responsible business, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They ended up LEAVING THE TRUCK OVER NIGHT! I left for work in the morning at 7:30 am and the truck was still there with no one!

Wow. Lowes guaranteed that Lowes employees would deliver my refrigerator. Instead it was these people. Needless to say they couldnt do the job. Didnt even attempt to move the item or measure, took one look and said they couldnt do the work.
Call you 2 days before for a confirmation of deliver which I never set anything up. Then they proceed to tell me they dont deliver to my state for another month?!?! Product is coming from Mass and I am in southern NH. Terrible company.
