Been calling for DAYS with no answer. My package has been marked as being at this location for 5 days, with live plants I’m afraid they’re dead. Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t answer the phone for DAYS!!!
EDIT:Wow! They cant take a one-mile detour to deliver to my entire apartment complex, for multiple days in a row. If these people were ANY private delivery service, their business would have died off and been forgotten years ago.Abolish the antiquated USPS once and for all.--------------------------------Cool. I pay for a tracking number on a very important money-related document and find out later that the number never existed in their system.Does it matter that their own machine generated this number and printed it on my receipt? Nooooooo, of course not.Sorry, Im just.... Im disappointed. I expected so much more from USPS.
Quick and friendly service! Thank you for your hard work!
Twice I sent my mail next day delivery and, it took two days both times. Next time Im gonna try FedEx
This USPS can’t even delivery mail right. They lost the mail the gov sent to me. No help from the desk staff at all.
Summer was very helpful in helping us get a po box as we are moving from out of town. The first lady we dealt with said she understood, but really she did not. Summer was five stars, the first lady got no stars, so I settled on four stars. The line was long.
Clean facility. Friendly staff. Quick service.
Package delivered to wrong address which makes the fourth time this year!! I have been trying to call for over an hour absolutely no answer. This is extremely frustrating.
Thank you Summer at 810 Oak Meadow Drive Franklin, Tn for helping me and my family this morning with our packages being shipped. We appreciate your smiling face and patience while we needed help at the post office. Thank you for sharing a great experience of why we have use your location for the last 20 years!Thank you again Summer at the customer front desktop for being so friendly and sharing your knowledge about our needs while at your location. We look forward to 20 more years with our family for all of our needs.Sincerely,The Johnston’s2/6/2020 10:43am
Staff was very friendly & efficient. Office was clean.
They are always friendly and helpful. We have been going there 10 years for both business and family mailings. We have never had a poor experience. They do a great job.
I have hit my limit and am done being understanding.Packages I send out from this post office take FOREVER to get to their destination. I pay for 2-3 day service, but they always arrive at their destination 5-6 days later than they should. I always use USPS tracking service and the packages sit at the Franklin USPS for days before they are sent into Nashville to be dispersed. WHY??I also constantly receive mail in my mailbox with a different address. I will personally write Wrong Address on the envelopes, take them to the post office and I kid you not, the same envelopes will be back in my mailbox a few days later! What is wrong with these workers?!!Two weeks ago I got a notification of a delivery to me of a package containing over $100 worth of merchandise I ordered from a department store. The package was NOT delivered. I started the claims process with the call center and Franklin USPS and still no word! I spoke with the delivery person personally and he said he may have delivered it to the wrong mailbox. REALLY?!!By the way, the workers at this particular USPS know they are awful. A worker actually told me on the phone that the Franklin office has been horrible for years. Just great.Ive had it with Franklins USPS. I will be using UPS and Fed Ex from now on. Its time to dissolve the incompetent, unprofessional United States Postal Service altogether.
Mailman broke the latch on my box. Replaced it yesterday, he has already bent it today! No reason to do this.
The delivery carriers for the rolling Meadows subdivision I’ll beyond terrible. Mail is always delivered to the wrong mailbox and the mail carriers most the time don’t even close the lid completely. So your mail inside your mailbox will be wet if it’s a rainy day and you can possibly have wasp nests and birds nests inside your mailbox. Whenever you try to contact this local post office location no one ever answers the phone and even when you go out to the location to speak with a supervisor the representatives that work the front counter will page for a supervisor to come up front to assist a customer with an issue that they are having but you may be there for 15 to 20 minutes and no supervisor ever comes up front to assist you with your issue that you need help with.
The post office was busy today. But that’s just part of the experience, I needed to send a shoe to Spokane Washington for repair, and then figure out how to get it back to me. It wasn’t easy for me alone to try to sort out, so the associate, Teressa was most helpful in helping me navigate my little shoe dilemma.
The service is a joke. They won’t delivery my packages
If I could give zero stars I would. Overnight still not delivered 3 days later. Day it was due showed out for delivery, then 40 mins later back at post office for pickup. Needless to say no notice was left and never mind I had signed off on not needing a signature, just put the package in the box. Nope... not gonna happen. Then when you ask for the guaranteed refund the manager states the attempted delivery counts as service provided. Umm, excuse me, but if I have no signature required, the person did not attempt to delivery it. As it takes 20 mins from the post office to the location,, he tried to tell me the person rushed to drop it off, but for some reason did not, then rushed back to the post office so it could be picked up. Even their lies are lame..... Stick with Fed Ex or UPS if you need something on time and with accountability.....
The staff there have incredibly bad customer service. You better know exactly what you need to have filled out before you get up there or heaven help you. You will be punished waiting at an unopened window until the line is completely gone. The ladys are the worst. If they were my employees, they would be out of there so fast.
Absolutely a joke of customer service here. Not only will you wait forever to be helped, but the person helping you will have such an aura of incompetence surrounding them that they will be unable to help you even with your most basic needs. Multiple times I have come here to retrieve mail or a package to be told it wasn’t there after the employee went to the back and looked for 5 minutes, only for them to find it once I ask them to check again. Pure idiocy here. I wish I could change my post office. I avoid coming here at all costs.
Not too bad. I went home and printed my own label rather than waiting in the long line. The instructions as to where to put prepaid items is rather elusive. There was a basket in the lobby that looked like it might be the place but seemed kind of vulnerable and it made me nervous to leave my package there. The item was not scanned until later that evening (7hrs after I dropped it off) . I dont know if that impacted the timing of delivery or not but its clear they need more people. The workers I did see were busy and they are friendly when asked questions in their hast to get to another task in their job.
Im giving four stars because at some points I do agree that it is not acceptable to lie and say something was delivered when it was not. This has happened to us repeatedly. However, obviously no one has noticed that we have more than doubled our population in a small amount of time. If you move to a town like Franklin, leave your big city south-hating attitude where you came from. This used to be a small town with nice people and everybody knew each other. You didnt get your life threatened if you refused to speed. You didnt get flipped off turning into your own driveway because you have to slow down to turn. Poor Franklin has been destroyed.Everybodys in such a damn hurry to go nowhere and nobody leaves when they should. Yes, there is going to be a line!!! You should be thankful that you can pay a couple of bucks and have a package sent across the United States. Ever think about that? There was a time when having a long hard bad day was perfectly acceptable for why packages didnt get delivered. Cannot believe how. Selfish people are in this town now.A great example of the selfishness in this town is that nobody feels like they have to use their blinker anymore but they still have the right to road rage at each other. The police dont even use their blinkers anymore. Why would anyone in the government care about helping out the postal workers? This is our community, step up and be a citizen quit being so selfish.
The package is sitting there since March 26
Ive had multiple problems in the past with mail delivery but Saturday took the cake. The letter carrier pulled up to the box, and attempted to balance a large package between our address plate and mailbox. When it slipped off, the carrier then took the package and rammed it onto our mailbox, ripping off the address plate. They could very clearly see the plate dangling, but rather than stop to fix it or own up to the fact theyd damaged it, they pulled away and left it.At first I thought UPS was responsible as it was a SurePost package--but after reviewing the video from our doorbell camera, the entire incident was caught on tape and its definitely the letter carrier in their USPS truck. I guess 50 feet was too far to walk from their truck to the door?So I called them, and Ive called five times this morning, and the phone rings off the hook with no answer. Since Ive had so much trouble with them in the past, I went ahead and searched for Executive Customer Service contacts and plan to email them.Let me save anyone wondering the time and hassle of over an hour wait on hold: Calling the 800 number to file a claim for the carrier damaging your mailbox wont do you any good. Unfortunately they cant take those claims there--not that they tell you that when you specifically choose the option given for filing a claim against your carrier. Also, the email form to submit a complaint about the carrier was not working on multiple desktops and via two different mobile phones this weekend. Which ruled out that option for filing a complaint.Pretty pathetic.
Customer service is so/so. Friendly people but not at all that helpful. I’ve had a package missing for the past week due to re-delivery and although it was forwarded from their location, they can’t provide answers on where it is or was sent. I can’t assume it’s been on a truck for the past week??? The woman I spoke with on Wednesday said she would follow up on other locations and stay in touch with me but I never heard back from her and when she provided a number for me to call for our local post office, she actually gave me a number for Toppers Pizza. Forehead slap. Our local P.O. has not received said package yet so my package has been missing with no update for 5 days now, not including the holiday. Extremely frustrating!!! People should be able to trust USPS in delivering their packages accordingly! I’m at a dead end at this point.
Glenda was extremely helpful with my passport renewal. She checked if all was in order and corrected a few things I had entered wrong. Very pleasant and patient.
I know there are a lot of issues with mail deliveries but I just want to take the opportunity to brag on Laura at the Franklin Post Office on Oak Meadow Dr. Whenever Ive had to contact the office, she has been extremely helpful, sympathetic and kind. She is patient and very pleasant in the time of the unknown. She has made it a point to follow up to see if my problem was resolved when she didnt have to. It wasnt even expected. I just want to say Thank You Laura, for your professional assistance and going the extra mile. THATS customer service!!
Weve used this location for many years. When the line grows they set up a temp station in the lobby to take our pre-labeled packages, sell stamps, and generally expedite business we need to conduct. This is a huge time saver in the Christmas season. Our carrier Ed is always upbeat and happy to make a pickup when we have too much going out for the mailbox to hold. When 3 of our shipments went missing during Christmas, the postmaster used his back channel to shake them loose in the system and made sure they were delivered. We love these folks.
Who runs this place? My mail has not been delivered in weeks, when I go there they pretend to have no idea what im talking about, can never get ahold of anyone on the phone! Hello?! Some of us have important stuff in the mail we need! This place is horrible
Wouldnt even give one star. Pay the price for overnight and still isnt there a week later. Do any of you even have common sense or a high school diploma at least? Asking for the people whose mail you keep losing sincerely your boss Tax Payer!
Very crowded when I went at 4:30pm on weekday. The line was all the way till the end of the building .
Zero Quality mixed with horrible leadership. Lazy and error driven seems to be the skill set needed to work here. No wonder USPS is losing money. An occasional mistake here and there over time Is ok but repeatedly getting it wrong should be investigated.
A miserable experience. I consistently have terrible customer service experiences at USPS, and this location is no different unfortunately. Some of the employees are nice, but there are a few bad eggs that youre going to want to avoid.
I rarely go into the post office itself but our delivery service is awful. Mail frequently put into the wrong box, notices say package couldn’t be delivered because of gate (there isn’t one), packages left on top of mailboxes in the rain with no bag around them, packages left outside my garage door so when I open it and back out I almost run over them, packages that require signature say nobody was home when I’ve been here all day. And did I mention delivered to the wrong box? Over and over and over. When you try to call the post office to find your mail the line is always busy. They don’t have an electronic queue. If you can geo locate my package delivery to within a foot surely you have the technology to install a hold system? This isn’t a mom and pop store, it’s the USPS for goodness sakes.Update on 12/13/18:12 days before Christmas and this is the service level-Only have two self service machines and one is having tech difficulties and can’t be used for packages. The machine that does work has a bad touchscreen and you have to try multiple times to get your choices to register. This is doubly annoying now that it can’t do the auto measure and you have to enter not only the dimensions manually but also the address. After 5 minutes of effort I got to payment and machine insisted that my credit card needed a PIN and kicked me out completely. The counter has a line out the door and only TWO -let me repeat- TWO clerks.
Wonderful & helpful staff... they are understaffed but they are ALL amazingly genuine & sincere during the holiday busy struggles & waiting. GREAT JOB USPS!!!! & ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!!! LOVE Y’ALL!!!! KEEP THOSE SWEET SMILES EVEN DEALING WITH THE NOT SO NICE PEOPLE!!! 😊🙏❤️
Package was out for delivery on Sunday......never delivered....all of a sudden in tracking it has rescheduled per my instruction to the carrier. I did not speak to anyone. Sounds like pure laziness. This is a big contract and usps is not holding their end of the contract. I will be notifying the shipper. This item was needed today. I waited at home for it all day....and of course I don’t think they really care. I doubt is anyone employed at the post office reads the reviews. The reviews are terrible!
Recently my family shipped to me a package from Italy, after the package made it to the USA, it was lost in the USPS system 2-3h from my home(in USA) and the lazy employee didn’t even raise the phone to call the 2 facilities where the package could be.This is 3 lost out of 10 packages sent in the last 5 years..a good average 30% lost..good job USPS I would give you 0 stars if I could and your lazy employees including managers cannot even raise a phone and call a few facilities! Too much for them! With the excuse that the case needs to be raised by another country, while a case number was open and I have tracking info!By the time that the case is opened from abroad all the hope is lost!I already have a case open a tracking number...but too lazy! Thanks for helping receiving the Christmas gifts for my kids!!Keep going like this!Thank you
I have a lot of prepaid packages that I drop off at this location. Usually they invite me to bring the packages up, if theres a line, since its a quick transaction. The last time I went, Linda said if I wanted a receipt, I would have to wait in the very long line. Ive had a few experiences where packages have been lost and never scanned in when I dont ask for a receipt. So I didnt consider that a good option. Very annoyed to wait in a line when I have a prepaid package.
I had the greatest experience at this office. I had a package that was delayed and the new Postmaster went out of his way to help me get it. Definitely excellent customer service!!
I would give them a zero if possible. They lost the track of a package of gift for my kids this Christmas and never answered the call.
There is consistently a line to the door and usually 2 people working (I did see 3 once). One persons business can easily take 5-10 minutes, so it is common to wait 20-30 minutes just to mail one package that cant be run through the machine in the lobby. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff has always been friendly.
Hands down one of the worst delivery experiences of my life. I called 2 days ahead of a package delivery to request that my package be held at the office since it was going to the wrong address. On the day its scheduled to arrive, I call the office to confirm that my package was there for pick up - only to be told that there was no package at the office, and that it was still delivered to the wrong address! The people working there clearly dont have a clue what theyre doing, and can never give you a straight answer. Avoid if you can!
Been to this location numerous times. All staff are helpful. One one guy seemed to not like his job, much negative energy. I like that I can also purchase stamps after hours, and post larger envelopes.
Have not received any mail in over a month after change of address. Called USPS number and was on hold for 2 hours and 23 minutes. Never spoke to anyone. Drove to this branch and was told a manager would look into it and call me back. No call back yet. WHERE IS MY MAIL? Also had issues with packages not being delivered and but got notification of delivery, I think they just did not want to walk to the door to deliver.
Make sure to tape your box in home because the new girl there will want you to buy new one to tape your box .. I miss the African American lady who work there she is always do it for me and she is much nicer but she wasnt there today.
Worst PO in America. Staff moves in slow motion, long lines due to not enough employees working the front desk, not the friendliest employees. It’s not surprising that the postal service loses billions each year and this location is a perfect example why. I think the staff is just “resting and vesting” until they retire.
Ive had the worst time with this local branch. Every single time I have something need to go through the re-delivery, they loose it when I try to go pick it up, and the barcode isnt available to try and get it redelivered to my house. Its very frustrating.Usually, they will delivery it to my house again when they find it after a day or two. No harm done. Annoying, and it has happened upwards of 9 times now. Every single time they dont just leave it at the door, its missing for a little bit. But theyve always found it eventually, up until this last package.4 weeks ago, I had a redelivery note. I went the next day to the post office to pick it up.They couldnt find it (no surprise, here we go again), I left my number, and they said they would redelivery it once they found it.1 week later, nothing. No phone call, no redelivery attempt. I call the usps main number, get a case open,. A week later, I get a call from my local branch. We are 2 weeks in at this point. The local branch says they cant find the package, but they want to close the case and keep looking and theyll call me back. I confirm my phone number with them, and let them close it expecting to be called back.... I should not have let them do that.2 weeks after that, nothing. no call. no package. no idea whats going on. 4 weeks in since the first delivery attempt. To just be totally blown off by the local branch like this is super frustrating. I have had no contact attempts at all, except to call me to close the case so they can, I suppose, attempt to hide that theyve lost my package from the main branch? I was okay with that if they could actually find it, but nope. This package contains hand-made stained glass that Ive ordered for myself and for my grandmothers birthday. This is incredibly disappointing,. They have lost hand made, beautiful art. But that happens. But whats really gone wrong here is that it feels like theyre not even trying to make this right--like theyre trying to just ignore it and push it under the rug.And this was an international delivery, so the seller has to actually get the insurance collected. Im working with them now to see what to do next, and if they can make some new pieces for me once the insurance has been collected from their end.Ive gotten my case opened back up with the main USPS branch (who, I must note, has a wonderful call center. Ive spoken with two people so far, and both of them were wonderfully helpful, polite, and understanding. Thank you to the call center employees at USPS!)In the mean time, Im frustrated and disappointed in my local branch. The redelivery process that you guys have needs to be fixed. Loosing every single package that goes through redelivery is a problem on its own.But at the very least, have some integrity and at least tell me youve lost it. Dont just close my case, tell me youre looking for it, and then not ever contact me again. Dont just leave me wondering with no remediation plan, waiting for 4 weeks for someone to finally let me know that my package was found.
Last week my mom had a package being delivered with signature required. I was at home when she got a notification saying that someone signed for the package, but no one had rang the doorbell or knocked. I looked and found the package sitting by our garage. This week I had a package being delivered with signature required, and sat waiting for it to be delivered. I went to check my mail and my mailman left a notice saying that he attempted to deliver the package but no one was home. Again, no one had knocked or rang at all, and my car was in the driveway next to the mailbox. After calling and driving down to the post office, my mailman called me and said he would bring it to me in ten minutes. When he got to my house I asked him why he didn’t attempt to get my signature, he said “my clients are busy and I try to help them out.” By not attempting to deliver?? And when the package from last week was brought up, he admitted to signing for it himself. I am not happy at all!
I work at this location and will gladly assist anyone having mail delivery issues or lost item issues. I cant promise it will always be the outcome you want but I can promise I will do my best to remedy the situation. Ask for me (Laura ) when you call and I will be happy to assist you.
My package has been there for almost a week, no updates at all.
Summer made applying for my US Passport easy! Thank you for the excellent service.
I have to share a great experience with the Franklin post office this week. I bought some school books for our daughter off ebay. For some reason the seller was sent the address we moved from a yr ago in Franklin. We lived on the border of Thompsons station so not thinking I stopped there because they would not answer their phone. I was told that there was nothing to do and the pkg would be returned t sender and that I was at the wrong post office.I decided I would try calling the Franklin post office from the Thompson station parking lot. Laura a post office employee answered the phone and using the tracking number found the package. She watched for the package and unfortunately it did go out for delivery. She contacted the carrier and asked him to go back and pick the package up and bring it back to the post office so I could pick it up. She left a message yesterday updating me and called this morning to let me know the pkg was at the post office ready for pick up. Both Laura and the carrier went over and beyond to make sure I got my package.
We received a piece of paper saying that our mailbox was full and that we would need to come to post office to pick it up. There was a huge line (to be expected a few weeks before Christmas) and I waited close to an hour before I could speak with anyone. We they brought me the mail, 90% of it was from a totally different address/name. They lady there told me they must’ve made a mistake and gave no explanation. I had a total of 2 envelopes that were actually addressed to me. When I tried to return the other persons mail, she wouldn’t take it back! Guess they were too busy to care whether this other person received their mail or not. I was also missing 3 packages from amazon that originally shipped via ups but usps delivered for them. She was reluctant to even check unless I had a tracking number, so I texted my wife to see if she had the number. The post office lady grew inpatient, threw up her hands and said “just give me a minute!” Walked to the back and within minutes was holding the packages I was requesting without giving her the “required” tracking number. This place is a joke and unfortunately we are stuck with them unless we decide to move.
Customer service at this location is a joke. One postal worker helping the guy with 100 envelopes one at a time. Second postal worker helping somebody with what appeared to be passport paperwork. 50 people in line and a third postal worker asking if anyone has a package to pick up. Frustrated patrons, people leaving including myself before being helped. Well folks, here is your government tax dollars at its finest. Screw these morons, I will never go to their post office again!
Exceptional service even during rush hour.
I was trying to mind my own business of making a box to send something and a worker came up and offered to help me. She made the box, helped me stuff it full of goods and did all the electronic things while I filled out the label. Definitely going back for all my shipping needs
The IRS has no record of receiving my taxes. I dropped them inside. Missing since March 18th. They have all my info and my 8year old daughters info. Unacceptable. Im sure the buck will be passed. NEVER GO HERE.
Easy in and out. Love the do it yourself machines. Mail a package anytime.
I forgot to write attention to: [name] on my package after using kiosk and dropping in slot. Called and they found my package and fixed it for me. So appreciative of their customer service!!
Horrible service! Never got mail yesterday and while I knkw It’s close to Christmas and very busy I could almost Understand that our mail was never delivered BUT on amazon it says our 5 packages were HAND DELIVERED! GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER! An outright lie! We had outgoing mail in our box that was never picked up yesterday! I’m not even going to bother to call bc we have had many many issues with our mail and I’ve called and never gotten anyone to answer phone! This post office is a JOKE! Most nights we get our mail around 7 pm.
I am at this post office almost every day because I have a PO box there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes lines are long, so avoid later afternoons.
Instead of delivering your packages they like to just leave them at the post office and force you to pick them up with no reason given.
Sandi helped me process passport renewals for my kids on 9/5/18. Passports can be an extremely frustrating process but Sandi was fantastic!! She was great with my children.
Absolute WORST waste of our tax dollars!!! My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong apartment. I also had to have a temporary change of address for 4 months and 2 ½ months have gone by and they are STILL cramming 90% of my mail into a tiny box at the WRONG address!!! You cant call them because they NEVER answer the phone! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
Ive used this post office the last couple of times Ive sent resupply to my son on the Appalacian Trail and Ms Staley has been wonderful each time helping to make sure I get my package where I need it when I need to be there at the best price. Even helping me repack it in another box to get a better rate. I drive past our post office to go to theirs for this reason. Thank you for your customer service
Great customer service! I’m not used to a post office being this nice!
Can never get through by phone. Always, always busy.
Well I have to send money two times a month and everyone there is just wonderful each one always smiles and says hello and most know me by name great customer service.
I mailed a package on June 28th priority mail with insurance of $500. It was suppose to be delivered on June 30th. After two weeks and no package, I started inquiring about my package.I found out the the only scan was from the Franklin office. I talked to Mary, (which was no help at all) I was told that she looked around and could not find it. She also said that mistakes happen, we are all human. At that point I asked her to have Michael the Postmaster to give me a call. (Which he never did) I went into the Post office and spoke with Michael the Postmaster, He was also no help and he had a flip attitude. I filled a claim which was denied by the post office. The only good thing that came out of this is that I prayed that God would find and return my package. The package showed up on July 28th the day I prayed! I dont have much trust in the post office, but I put ALL my trust in God!
Very slow compared to other post offices need more work! thanks god that walmart will open a shipping store soon in it that will help a lot as i heard but not sure yet
I waited in the long line for 30 minutes only to be told when I got to the clerk they were totally out of Christmas stamps. Couldnt one of the Managers direct a fellow bureaucrat to post a sign on the front door telling customers that?
They seem to have a bad habbit of not delivering my packages. It says they have delivered them on their website but I never get them. Then when I call they either dont pick up or Im told that The carrier is pooping and wont be able to answer your question for a while
I never write reviews, but I feel strongly enough about this post office to write one. Its a bummer that USPS is a government-run business, because they dont give a crap how many bad reviews they get. Every single time I have to go to this post office, I leave cursing them and swearing to never return. Customer service is HORRIBLE - I run a small business and ship packages regularly, and Ive never been treated even decently. Also, if you need anything more complex than buying a sheet of stamps, you can expect a whole lot of attitude + huffing and puffing in return for your having the nerve to request that they do their job. Ive never not waited a ridiculous amount of time, regardless of the time of day. I regularly have employees lie to me when I call to ask them to hold a package for me - since theyre too lazy to go look for it, theyll just tell me its not there (even though Im tracking it and can clearly see it IS there)...and on a bad day, theyll outright refuse to go look for it. Basically, unless you know exactly what you need and what needs to be done in order to make it happen, youre screwed.Oh, and dont be fooled by all these nincompoops leaving 5-star reviews...theyre most definitely employees. There aint nothin 5-star about this place.
Not receiving all of our mail. Our imagination library books are not being delivered. Really bad service.
Prompt, friendly, professional service. The longest Ive waited in line is maybe 5 minutes and that was with 6 or 7 people in front of me.
Service sucks... just because you work for the goverment does not mean you have to act like it. Needed to get my passport updated so i called the number listed to make an appointment... several times... no answer. So i went into the PO... waited at least 20 minutes to be told that renewals have to be mailed in and was handed a form that i could have printed from the internet. Does no one there wonder why people are not calling for an appointment? You see me with a passport in hand letting everyone go through the line for other services because i was waiting on a Passport... you dont ask what i needed? Hope the staff there do not have the same service we get from you when you are waiting in the unemployment line. Hope to see the day when this gov. Service gets privatized!
I called the number on the website and got a real person on the line. She handled the cancel hold-mail just fine thanks.
Crappy service they lost our package and they keep telling us that it will arrive next week. It has been more than 45 days. People who work there doesn’t seem to care much, I guess it is kind of given for usps.
Moved to the Franklin area 5 months ago and since then multiple pieces of mail that I have mailed out of this facility have failed to reach their destination. Same goes for things that are sent to me from relatives - they never seem to get delivered to my apartment. Very suspicious that mail is being poached at this facility. Going to start using UPS or FedEx instead.
This office knows how to keep the line moving. There are always a lot of people, but the workers are friebdly. I am always in and out within about 10 to 15 minutes.
Cannot get a person. Noone would answer the phone, automated had no option of a person horrible customer service if u cant pick up phone after 10+ rings...
Its a mess! I agree, there are one or two nice people...the rest are not nice and if you have a problem...God help you. They are confrontational and just plainly do not want to be there. They have been regularly rude to me as well as others and do, indeed, have very confrontational attitudes.I am very friendly 90% of the time, I try very hard when I go in there to be EXTRA nice, and if something happens and I either have a problem or need to ask questions, they just snap at you, and then it escalates from there....dont know how this is tolerated....and these people are in Customer Service???I too, have witnessed lines out the door and someone will go on a break...I, too, would not have my job, at the front desk, if customers were in my lobby and I decided to go on break!Bottom line....if this were a private business...their doors would have closed years ago! Another fine example of Government Agencies.
The worst customer service ever. Whenever Ive called for info, to make a request, or to complain about my mail, they have never answered the phone. So weird.
Can not leave package at correct address. Then when you call because they left it in someone else mailbox all you get is a busy signal. Call the 1 800 number and youll throw your phone through the tv. Piss poor service and sorry Amazon ever let you deliver a doughnut.
Will not provide any customer service.
Love to see the helpful friendly faces every time I go.
Horrible experience, everyone is rude, nothing is on time.
Right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. What I was told over the phone, regarding a few questions I had, was the opposite of what I was told in person.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. The slowest and most egotistical group of post office employees I have ever seen.
BIG ATTITUDE. I came in here regularly for 10 years, was always nice, had my packages ready. 5 times I got an attitude. One time they screwed up delivery of my package, I called, spoke to a grumpy man who snapped Lady, I know how to spell! when I spelled my name and address for him (they were totally at fault BTW). Another time a woman put on her Sherlock hat and stuck her nose in my business, got inappropriately personal when it was clear I just wanted to be left alone. Finally the blonde woman who waited on me for years got mad at me when I did not have my package ready because I needed help (one time out of hundreds of times I had my packages ready). Funny how she kept me standing there like an idiot one time while she and the aforementioned nosy co-worker chatted away, holding the line up (working hard? snapped a customer at her as he walked out). I felt the same way but kept my mouth shut and tried to be nice. Its OK for her to hold me up, you see. But the one time I needed help.....Look, I am basically harmless and I initiate nothing. All you extroverts gotta do is not GET AT ME, and Im friendly and easygoing; get an attitude with me and you may regret it! In the meantime, I will go to Bellevue where they are always friendly and helpful!
Team there has always been so so helpful....
If you love older women that are really rude and disrespectful and standing in long lines this is definitely the place for you! Lol.
Nice people but real busy at times
ALWAYS way understaffed. Wait time/line is always out the door... Not good for busy working people but staff is friendly.
They answer the phone put me on hold without saying a word and then either wait for me to hang up or they hang up themselves. Not pleased.
Delivered my package to wrong address. They re delivered and the package was opened and empty. I hour wait for customer sercive. Fire them all.
Outstanding customer service. Waiting is too long.
Need a real damn phone number. Cant get a hold of this office
Common for packages to be marked hand delivered or delivered - and then they show up the next day. Weve also had days where we just didnt get mail service. In calling the post office the explanation was it was a bad day. How does that cause a package to be marked delivered when it wasnt or no service?
Phone number has been busy for 2 days. That is about all I know at this point.
Dont even think about calling because the line is ALWAYS busy. Very frustrating!
