Washers are quite pricey and the price is not given until the cycle is selected and ready to begin. On the flip side, the dryers dry fast with just 1$ for a large load. No restroom in the facility.

Incredibly clean & well stocked ! They carry laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets & snacks/drinks just in case you get hungry or thirsty whilst waiting & if the machine eats ur money just leave a note in the box & you’ll get a check for the full refund amt. the owner actually sent me 2 checks ...1 for the 7.00 the washer ate & the 2nd also for 7.00 for my inconvenience! Now that’s what I call customer service!!!!

Its awesome and convenient, but customers are nasty and leave it dirty and gross, all the time. People who use up literally every dryer and/or ever washer, at one given time, to do massive amounts of laundry are inconsiderate.They should be exiled from Franklin for all of eternity. Banished from the land!

Rips customers off and does not refund. Not enough carts. Does not answer phone calls, does not call back. Many machines do not work and will take your money.

Bad service!!!! The coin machine ate a $20 bill. I’ve been leaving notes and calling and no response for the past 3 weeks! An employee was there when it happened and he said he couldn’t do anything cause he didn’t have the keys for the machine. Please I would appreciate if you guys return my money.

Very convenient clean place price is great

This place is clean and well maintained, but a little on the expensive side. I paid $6.50 for a cold water wash in their high capacity washers; which I think is a bit too expensive. If my own washer hadnt broken I dont think I wouldve come here.

Its handy and in the occasions where a machine is down, it usually doesnt stay down too long.

I really wish this whole college didnt exist!... Kids, if youre thinking about going to college, DONT!.... Seriously, your better off investing your money most anyplace else now! College is expensive and you can learn online for free! Laundry is yet another expense of it all!

I would give it no stars if I could. The machine ate 20.00 in quarter and didnt run. I left a note in the questions box and followed up with the owner. He finally responded and said her never saw the message in the box, then he tool my name and address and said he would refund me. Never did. I contacted him again, no response, then I wrote another message in the note box at the laundromat. He blew me off. Do not use this Laundromat. The owner is a scammer.

1 star is too much for this place. Both machines for coins were not working. I tried 3 dryers before I could find one that was working. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I like coming here but it really needs a restroom customer washing their clothes and u suddenly have to go to the bathroom u leave to find a restroom u come back and your clothes has been moved or something. Like it happened to me someone bagged my clothes stuck it in a corner of the room. Plus it needs heat in here friggin cold

I always have to use a bunch more quarters than I need to get the machines to register
