Terrible customer service. I called to rent a skid steer everything went smooth they processed my card no problems. I get to the job site and realize I don’t need the machine. I called talked to a guy name David he acted like everything was fine. So I called my local Kubota asked if they had a certain type of machinery. This guy put me on the don’t not rent list. So the guy in Columbia called up there and this David guy completely lied saying I tried to bargain him on the rental. I simply asked if I paid cash would that be better. I wouldn’t recommend this company. The one that is local to me is simply one of the best

I rented a Kubota skid loader from Franklin Rental over the weekend to spread out a couple of loads of dirt. The experience was excellent. The folks at the front desk were well informed and helpful of the process and how to best use the service. The machine was very well maintained and the team in the yard was extremely helpful and quick to get me on the way as well as checked back in. If you need any equipment of this sort this is the best place in the area!!
