Chandler came to the rescue when the new, $86.00 bag of super-duper raw dog food resulted in projectile vomiting by our dog at precisely 11:00 am for three days in a row. Once in the car, and two days on our beautiful velvet couch. We tried all of the off the shelf solutions and the smell remained.The dog food was returned and the couch looks and smells as good or better than new. If you encounter a similar situation, I would recommend this service.

After getting a quote online for 3 rooms, 2 couches, and a rug for $550, my wife and I offered to only have the 2 couches done. We were charged $640 without a bill of sale, receipt, and refusal to accept credit card or check, only cash. They took hours to dry and 3 stains remained without appearing like they were cleaned at all. We felt we were scammed out of our money for a bogus service that helped nothing.EDIT: after finally talking on the phone with a manager, he was very polite and understanding of our situation and agreed that this wasn’t how they do business. He offered a full refund and an additional cleaning. He was professional and made me reconsider my thoughts on this company. Give them a try and know their customer service is top notch.

Chandler did a fabulous job on our 17-year very pet-stained carpet. After 5 dogs (3 of which were puppies), our carpet smelled like dog and was pretty heavily stained. After Chandler was done, our downstairs smells SO much better! And no more dog smell or pet stains. He was also able to significantly reduce the stains in our high traffic areas. We would definitely use Safe-Dry again!

I am very, very disappointed in this organization. I called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for Monday at 4:30 p.m. the customer service person was informative and friendly. She indicated someone would call about 15 minutes out. When no one called, I called them. Michelle in the office told me someone called me earlier in the day(no call indicated on my phone) to tell me my address was out if their service area. I clearly indicated that my address was in Franklin, TN which is the location of their franchise. Michelle indicated my job was cancelled because my address was showing up in North Carolina. She asked me to wait while she spoke with her manager. She apologized and stated her manager authorized a tech to come to my home and should be there in 30 minutes. Again, the technician did not show up, but this time the office was closed and I could only leave a voicemail for Michelle. The sad part about this was I could have rescheduled to the following morning as my guests were not due to arrive until later that evening. The did have a 3 room, $88 special...but based on my experience, cheap does not outweigh being reliable.

Matthew Saylor did a great job. He showed up on time and ready to work.The carpets look way better, but to be clear, this carpet cleaning is going to pick up only light stains and dirt. This is not the kind of service that takes out deep stains with a high-temp steam cleaner. Make sure you understand that before you commit.

Pros: Clean rugs. Pick up and delivery.Cons: Much more expensive than quoted on phone. No show for one appointment and late for the other two - 3 hours late for return delivery today with no communication about being late or expected ETA.

Jeremiah arrived and promptly introduced himself and restated the purpose of the visit. He was professionally attired in a clean service vehicle. Jeremiah first and foremost wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After measuring the areas needed, he made recommendations based on the options available, explaining the differences of the packages. Once the decision was made, he went right to work. Our carpets are clean and fresh again! I would highly recommend Safe-Dry - and Jeremiah!

Not for stain removal. All stains on carpet didn’t come out and the area rug that was $340 (9x12) to clean looks modestly better. $88 for three room special as they add for sanitizer and protectant is more. The dry method just doesn’t seem to clean like others. I shared feedback as they do have really good follow up and they texted me they were concerned and would have a manager call Monday. Never heard from them. $550 for 3 really clean rooms minus 1 spot and a 9x12 rug yet all the problem areas still exist made us feel we wasted money.

We really, really like this company! This was a great change from a steam cleaning company that we usually use. Our floors were completely dry in 2 hours. We got a telemarketing call from a lady one afternoon and she said they were running a 50% off special because they would be in our neighborhood that Thursday, so we gave them a try. Had major pet (Chihuahua) pee odor and the stains and smell came out in very first treatment with these guys! Good work for the money little expensive but it got all the stains out and like new carpet now!
