My puppy decided to urine on the mattress that Ive owned for 3 years. My girlfriend was so upset with me. I did some research and asked around who would be good for the job. We asked Dan to come and get odors out of some theater curtains that are hanging in our bonus room. They had been boxed up for a while and didnt smell great. Dan came and looked, and instead of charging us a fortune, he told us how we could solve the problem ourselves with a little elbow grease. He was really helpful.Weve been gouged a lot by people providing various home services in the past, and this is not Dan. He didnt even charge us for his time. He clearly knows what hes talking about regarding any of these cleaning procedures (we talked with him about our carpets too). He also told us exactly what he would charge up front, so there would be no surprises. We will definitely be hiring him for any future carpet/drape cleaning services.

Ive used Miraculous Carpet twice now and have been delighted both times. The first time was to clean carpets. Dan Sullivan does excellent work, is professional, considerate, and easy to deal with. He uses only top quality equipment, products, and techniques. He can often make the difference between having to replace carpet or not. He is very reasonably priced, and his pricing makes routine cleaning a viable option. Ive also used him to seal grout, and to seal Granite countertops in a new home, again, excellent work.

We just had our entire house by Dan at Miraculous Carpet Care. This was the second time we have used him. That said, we are return customers. Dan takes the time to work the spots that need work. Definitely not a service provider to get in, get a check and get out. He does great work and is a super respectful guy!

Dan promised to come back if needed and to continue to treat stubborn stains and smells. Firstly, what a delightful and lovely man Dan sullivan is. I left my sunroof open through 4 big storms. Not only did Dan come after hours to extract the water he came by twice to make sure the water was being extracted correctly with his fans and dehumidifier. This gentleman went above and beyond. I went into the house, was blown away by how clean the carpet looks compared to how it was before because he went through the necessary steps to clean it right. He made my 14 year old carpet look like its just a couple of years old. My last carpet cleaning guy only made the high traffic area slightly better, but he made those areas look like non-high traffic area.
