Shelby was phenomenal. Brought my bonus son in to get his first phase of the mullet. He was shy and not particularly happy about getting his hair done. But she worked so well with him! Clean, fast, not too expensive. Not my favorite haircut place but a good one. The stylist know what theyre doing and the wait is never too long. Came here before valentines without an appointment and they got me in and out within an hour. A lot better than Great Clips.

The only two stylists working, was working on one guy. While I sat there and waited an extra 15 min and then walked out. It was already an hour long wait.... and by the time I wrote this review and drove off, they were still working on one guy. Usually I have the best experience at sport clips, but as of this week... both times I’ve been there, I was treated with a passive we don’t need your business attitude. Or just completely rude.

Every staff member is great always friendly and nice and they all do a great job. During this covid 19 they just opened today and they also did a great job making sure everything was clean sanitized and very protective with their customers. They are awesome.

I went to sports clips yesterday the lady told me $31 but when I checked my bank account today they double charged me. I tried to call together it figured out but of course no one ever wants to answer the phone. Ill never be going back again.

This place is choosing not to accept true American currency. This is not a requirement by the state an is absolutely ridiculous. No cash accepted is simple not acceptable.

Muriah (I think is how you spell it) was extremely rude. They shut off the sign at 5:30 because they closed at 6. She made a comment (wouldnt of been as bad if her tone was better) not trying to stay here till 8. please shut it off. She rushed to get my husbands hair cut. He isnt happy with it at all. We have been before and had a wonderful experience. But we will not be back if my husbands hair will be cut by her.

Usually a good experience here (with Jerry). Just came in to get haircut and was told (by some blue haired woman) that there was one person ahead of me, but she was shopping in the store. Said it would be 30 minutes wait. Why? Im in the store right now with cash in hand. Nobody sitting in the seats. I bet I would be done before she ever came back. Bad experience. I will go somewhere else.

They do an amazing job of cutting my fiancés hair. Pleasant atmosphere as well.

It is awesome you can watch football and get your hair cut and for your first time there you get to be mvp and get a shampoo massage hot towel and a massage all while watching the game

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Gave the woman simple instructions and even showed her a picture. Fade is too high in the back. Hard part is not straight. She shaved my head all the way to the hard part even though I told he not to cut it that short and again I showed her a picture. When I said something to her she didn’t even make a clean apology. She said I am sorry but I can’t glue your hair back on and she said I should have been more clear of what I wanted. Don’t know how much clearer I could have gotten.

I dont know but for me this place is way better than great clips. Every time I went into great clips they have always messed up my haircut like i was asking for a flat top an the lady there said ok dose that look like a good table top I dont even know what she meant from that. But every time I went into sports clips its been very good so thank god we have one in Franklin.

Used to be okay... some scrawny blonde bimbo that can’t listen ruined my hair. Tell her exactly what i don’t want and then doesn’t even address it. completely drenched my head in water to hide it. very rushed, many uneven patches. at least i have clippers at home to buzz cut and start over...

Always a unique and special visit. Ive had over 250 haircuts that are and theyre like family. My children have had over 100 which makes me think I need a gold watch but they dont listen?!

We came in about a month ago. My son has a disability. We went in to get his hair trimmed today. This is the first visit I have ever walked out disgusted because it was obvious the person trimming his hair didnt want to do her job. She trimmed my sons hair and didnt bother to clean it off of him. She left all the trimmings all over him and expected us to be ok with it. How many clients would be ok with that? ?? He had it all over his face,in his ears,and all over his clothing. And when I brought it up and wanted to know why she left him in that condition,all she could do was grin and giggle. If this is how you treat your special needs community,your store will need to have a meeting and realize they are entitled to be treated like anyone else. Truly disgusted your company would allow that.

I got a haircut and it took 20 minutes and it take 40 minutes to cut and its not what I wanted
