Arrived when app said too. The staff took 15 min to literally check out two people as they jacked around. Then one went on break even though they close in 1 hour and took someone not on the list making my wait another 24 min. What a joke. Went up to great clips paid 1/2 the price and didn’t wait but 10 min.

Good place with good hair stylists. Have been going there for almost a year now and have no complaints.

I have been a Sport Clips customer for 10 YEARS!Recently, the Cool Springs location has been my go-to for my way-too-gray hair maintenance! Lol.Crystal has been my stylist the last few visits. We always have great conversation, and she has taken the time to get to know me as a customer. I really appreciate that.Oh, lets not forget that I need to mention that she is a GREAT stylist.Keep up the good work! I look forward to my next visit.

Hair cuts are ok but not worth the price. Hours on Google arent accurate. They close at 6.

Both times I received haircuts they were sub pair at best. Both hair dressers did not listen. From leaving unfaded patches, to long hairs and un even lines they have all occurred.

Sports Clips is a great place to come get a haircut at a reasonable price. I always get the MVP which is a haircut, shampoo, scalp massage, hot towel and styling. Sometimes I upgrade a double MVP or triple MVP depends on how sensational and detailed scalp massages. Like today my stylist put it in a lot of extra effort into the shampoo and scalp massage, worth the upgrade

BRITTNEY is the absolute best ! She always makes me feel welcome. Her customer service skills are top tier ! I enjoy our conversations each time I go. Her level of professionalism makes me feel like I am in a high end Salon. As long as Brittney is there I will never go any place else to get my hair cut.

The ladies there are friggin legit. Get the MVP package and get pampered like a barber shop for 1/2 the price. These ladies know hair, and they will treat you with honor and respect. Ill definitely visit them again.

25 dollars for a hair cut I couldve done myself... uneven and looks like my son is wearing a wig. I swore off sports clips years ago because they constantly messed my hair up. Shouldve stayed away. Go to a barber.

Have gotten a lot of compliments on my hair cut, went right in and the lady who cut my hair was very friendly and quick without being rushed. They use quality products to wash your hair or style it, should you choose that option. The MVP is a nice experience though Im not sure I would pay the extra $5 for it every time

My first time here. They did a good job and gave me a free MVP upgrade. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the higher price than Im used to paying.

Strolled in for a trim and didn’t understand he concept until I walked in the door. Maybe it was due to my hair being longer than the typical client or of mixed ethicist, but was treated more like an inconvenience, if anything. Nice interior design, but service until the point of payment was horrendous. Stylist made me stand while she cut my hair. First time ever for that. Staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. Check in process was ok. Don’t worry, I have no intention of going back. Ciao.

Nicole was sweet, not very experienced. My hair cut was choppy and she did not seem to follow pictures well. Went home and fixed it myself. Not experienced in African American hair at all. But she was sweet.I wasted 40 bucks

I just flew back in, and I’m finally getting the chance to post about my experience with this salon. Very disappointed, it was more of a party than professional. I heard one of the stylist Rachel hole drama life story conversation. The cursing and the disrespect i did not enjoy. I will be recommending else where then here.

Love the in app check in. My men always come away looking clean and sharp.

I took my daughter to get a hair cut, and I was very disturbed by the receptionist and the stylist Rachel. They were having an inappropriate conversation in front of us. As another customer was leaving, I over heard Rachel bad mouthing her. That customer could potentially be me or my daughter. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming here anymore.

Good cut. But expensive. Massage is not great. They just give few minutes of massage

My boyfriend and i decided to go to Sports Clip and immediately the receptionist gave me attitude because hes black and im a different ethnicity. She was only giving him eye contact and was very rude to me. Then the stylist Rachel was asking questions about our relationship, and kept on asking to the point where he decided to go wait in the car. I was very bothered and uncomfortable. I planned on bringing my brides maid here but that will no longer happen.

Rachel is a horrible dresses she ruined my hair I showed her a picture of the style I wanted I did not get anything close to what I asked for

Stylist Rachel was very inappropriate. Salon was clean but the stylist and receptionist needs to be replaced before they lose more clients.

Asked for a 2 medium fade and they completely shaved my brothers head, asked for a zero medium fade and not to touch the top but the barber completely butchered it and started cutting the top and when I told her to stop she started cutting it, I told her to stop but she said she had to finish it since it was already started, worst location out of all of them.DONT COME HERE

The wait is always long and its a cheap haircut. But for the price it isnt bad.
