I can not say enough great things about this salon. I have been going here for about a year - I have had experience with three different stylists - Savannah, Ashley, and Kasey - all three are outstanding and fun to be around. Each one has taken the time to listen to what I think I want from a picture. Explained to me how it would work with my head and the cowlicks that I have ( hey, we are not all perfect!) and explain to me how they think we should proceed, and if we need to tweak they would. Never did I feel rushed, or that they rushed, each time we talked about how to work with the style, helping me understand how to blow dry, how to apply the product, and how to make it look like I wanted. Then they make notes in their systems - and the next time I visit, we never have to start over again - and they have read their notes before I hit the seat - wow! Never have they pushed product on me - which is extremely nice. I do use products that they sell and will buy if from them to support a local business but never do they insist - which is really nice. To top it all off is that warm shave of the neck- my fav!I had never been to a real salon, until I visited Refine - yes it is a bit more than the chain clip places - but it is well worth it. I never have to worry about what kind of cut that I am going to end up with - I know I am going to have the best haircut!Finally it is a great place to visit - the place is super clean, well maintained, I get to grab a beer on the way in, listen to some hip music, and quick to check out with all of the preregistration done on-line before I ever get to the salon.I highly recommend Refine!

I am constantly pleased with the people, environment, and overall experience at this salon. The music is my favorite; well-curated. Julie and Francesca are both excellent. Its a relaxing experience, for sure. And the straight razor neck trim makes for a lasting, clean look that doesnt require maintenance between visits.

Very friendly! Kasey did an amazing job cutting my hair, trimming my beard and mustache, and waxing my eyebrows! Highly recommend this place for a professional but fun place to get your hair cut.

They continue to use false advertising after they have been asked to take the photos down. Posting photos of work done by a stylist that no longer works for you. Then instead of removing the post, they choose to block the actual stylist of the work that post on social media so she couldn’t see that they continue to her haircuts.

My barber/hairstylist is Ashley and she has been doing an amazing job with my haircuts for close to a year now. DA BEST! Especially Heather. She listens, she does her best to accommodate you, and your style, yet is not afraid to reign you in if your idea isnt going to work for your hair. Coming from someone who is very peculiar and gets a bi-weekly haircut to maintain a certain style, its crucial to have a stylist who thinks for herself and isnt afraid to share her thoughts on what will work best for your nappy head. Kudos! Ten stars if I could give them! Candace and everybody up front are super cool. Id like to go sometime when I am not going back to work so I could enjoy a cold Sam.

Great place and awesome staff! Go see Shayna! She’s been cutting my hair for over 3 years! She’s a true professional who really knows her stuff! Hope is usually up front and she always remembers your name and usually remembers what beer you’re drinking (it’s on the house, by the way). Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

I was never convinced spending $$$ on a haircut was worth it. For as long as I can remember, I only spent $17 - $20 on a haircut. That was until I splurged one day and went to Refine Mens Salon in Franklin, TN! There is an attention to detail at Refine Mens Salon I never got before. I loved the lady that used to cut my hair elsewhere. Went to her for close to 20 years, but Paula, Shayna, and Ashley do such a great job, I have never been so pleased with my haircut!

My stylist Shayna was very professional. The haircut was very relaxing and turned out perfectly, shes truly mastered her craft. I highly recommend her.

I love coming in with my 3 year old son, I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff/stylists are very kind and make you feel like family. Ive tried out a few different salons before landing here. I appreciate the comfortable environment and kind hospitality. Everyone is welcoming and laid back. I so appreciate the cold beer and WiFi when I arrive early for my appointment. The website is great for booking your cut online!

Was exactly what i wanted. Great staff. Awesome atmosphere. First time ive had my hair cut and styled in years, will def come back. Crystal is the best! She tamed my mane and gave me a great idea for my upcoming wedding.

Very professional and great atmosphere. The waiting area is in a nice little nook where you can have a beer while you wait. Gave the stylist, Shayna, an idea of what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park. Very impressed!

After going to this salon for the past several months I had the worst experience today and was treated very bad with no respect for the paying customer. In fact I was basically called a liar as the person told me I was at fault for the schedule change and me not having the correct information.My stylist quit and I was placed with a new one ( not my choice), upon doing so, the time of the appointment was also changed, unbeknownst to me. They failed to tell me that part! When I showed up, he already had quite the attitude and was insistent that this debacle was all my fault, as he was smiling at me telling me telling me my appointment was now cancelled and there was nothing he could do. I also requested the manager (Ashley) who was on duty but she was apparently too busy to speak with me. Another great customer service tactic! Me and my 3 boys will never be back to this place.# no customer appreciation # no customer service#Very disappointed customer

My man has gotten his last 3-5 haircuts here and its awesome! Stylists who do just men do men better. Its also nice that youre served beer/refreshments with no extra charge. Its pricey but worth it honestly

I had always taken my boys to a kids haircutting place or a cheap walk in. But the cuts were never what they wanted. I finally decided to try a mens salon. Paula was WONDERFUL and my kids havent stopped smiling or looking in the mirror since theyve been home! Would recommend this salon to all parents who are past the kids cutting places and over the cheap walk ins.

Ashley is amazing. She fixed a cut I got from another barber, and I have been a loyal customer of hers ever since.

Worst hair cut ever! The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and did her own thing, even after I showed her two pictures of what I wanted. Resulting in a very short haircut that was nothing like what I showed her. Save your money and go someplace that will listen to you.

Having recently relocated here from Chicago, I anticipated a dreadful experience locating a new stylist when I stumbled upon Paula at 18/8 Fine Mens Saloon. Wow! Best haircut Ive had in my life. She definitely knows what shes doing and is very affable, so I cant imagine anyone being anything but totally pleased with her work!
