Anthony from the service department was amazing!He was on top of everything, updated me every day on the progress, and the most important thing He addressed and fixed all the issues I had .When I came to pick up the car I was introduced to Marcus from the sales department and he helped me set up all the programming of the car.He was very patient and knowledgeable with all the specs and features of the car.The facility is state of the art and everybody was very welcoming.

This poor review is specifically for the service department. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and the sales process was terrific. I wish I could say the same for service. I had one less-than-stellar experience and a second terrible experience here a couple of years ago. I decided then to get routine maintenance done elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have warranty related service issues that have to be done by a dealership. I scheduled an appointment online and selected the earliest available for that week (Wed. afternoon). When I arrived I was told my online appointment was basically meaningless and I really should have called. (why offer online scheduling then?) The earliest they might be able to even look at my vehicle was possibly the following Monday and then it could take another week before it MIGHT be fixed. I cant be without my vehicle for that long of a period of time. I understand there being a backlog for various covid related issues. However, I should have been contacted with this information before I made arrangements to drop off my vehicle and line up someone to give me a ride home. It is also ridiculous to offer an online appointment system that is meaningless. At this point I had to keep my vehicle and cancel the ride I had arranged. I then asked about scheduling a real appointment. Even though I was standing in the service department talking with a service manager, I was handed a card and told to call and make an appointment at a later date. I still question the point of making an appointment at all when they flat out tell you that they will get to it when they get to it. The whole point of making an appointment is so that I am without my vehicle for the shortest possible period of time. Buying a car here is great. Having maintenance or warranty work done here? Not so much.

I could tell he was busy, but he still took the time to make sure my car was okay! I appreciate the superb service and highly recommend coming here to get your car fixed up!

It was a Sunday and they had football on tv with a great selection of hot beverages and water. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Been a Ford customer for 9 years now. Went to dealer wanting to trade out of my lease to get into a more affordable vehicle with Mazda. I was told I can not and with a lease I would have to go through Ford. However Ford will quickly help a customer get out of one of their competitors. This is so hypocritical it is not funny. You should be there to help the customer and not just make a sale. Well I will never go Ford again.

It was my first time at this Ford dealership since I moved to Franklin. I must say the vibe just wasn’t there from the moment I walked into the doors. The staff were super unfriendly and unwilling to assist you. I asked about the recalls my vehicle had and the service tech along with a manager immediately discharged the idea that anything was wrong with my vehicle and doesn’t require the recall without even looking at it. When I continued to press on the idea and being assertive that I had scheduled an appointment for it, they said I can leave the vehicle for 3-5 days for service and not providing me with a loaner vehicle while they have mine. Then I just decided to get my vehicle serviced for 30k mike service and boy oh boy were the staff so unfriendly, I really don’t know what was wrong with their demeanor and I sure hell wasn’t appreciated as a customer. It felt like my money wasn’t green and isn’t worth anything. It’s sad I don’t trust to many mechanics to service my vehicle otherwise I would have never gotten back to this dealership. I had my vehicle serviced by the Ford dealership since the day I bought it brand new. I hope Ford of Franklin make a rapid change and appreciate customers more they their closed unwanted demeanor toward customers.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! There are many frustrated Ford owners/stories out there, and Im sad to say that I unfortunately have one as well. I first took my Ford Escape to Firestone to get an engine coolant leak checked out. I was told that I had an external leak (which was true because it was dripping all over the ground). However, they couldnt get the part because Ford had it on back order. Therefore, I had to go to Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Once this dealership looked at it, they said it needed a new motor. To say the least, I was shocked to know that it went from a simple external leak, to a $10,000 new motor. Luckily, I had bought an extended warranty. But, I was told at Ford that in order for the warranty company to agree to spend that amount of money, I would be responsible for spending $2000 to tear the motor down before they would agree (if they would agree) to cover it. I told Ford Lincoln of Franklin that I was not comfortable with that, and pushed them to give me all tests, results and documentation that lead them to believe it needed a new motor. A few hours later, I was told that they looked at it again, and found a small hose that was leaking/crimped, and it was now fixed and no longer needed a new motor. What?! So I asked, is the motor now completely fine? Is it safe for me to drive? Is is going to cause me any harm? They said no, the engine is safe, and everything is good to go now. I dont know much, but that just seems very strange and scary at the same time. Because of their errors, in their inability to properly diagnose the engine, I was without a car for around 12 days, and they will now not reimburse me for that. Now Im out almost $500 for the car rental, and Im not even sure if my car is safe for me to drive my family around in. Ford Motor Company is not how it used to be... sad but true.

Purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML350 last week. Already the check coolant light is on, one of the rain guards that was on the front drivers side flew off on the interstate, and the windshield whispers need replacing. Also I was told multiple times while my car was being detailed so that I could take it home that it would be filled up with gas. After being handed over the keys I discover it is almost empty.

Adrian from the service department gave great customer service. He went over our bill with us explaining all the details into the repair on our Lincoln. The repair cost was pretty high and as Adrian explained replacing the rearview mirror was $1700 with all the sensors that controlled the headlights dimming, coming to close to an object an sounding a beep, breaking the vehicle early when the vehicles in front of the vehicle have all slowed down. We got to experience that safety feature on our drive home. A line of vehicles in front of us had slowed down and our vehicle automatically slowed down before I could even apply the brake. Parts are expensive you cant blame the dealership for that as long you are getting honest work an your vehicle is getting repaired correctly. Im giving this dealership a 5 star rating for great service. Call Adrian the next time you need service he will do right by you.

I have never had a better experience. I was in town from Michigan when my Expedition had a throttle control valve problem. It was on a Friday. Despite how busy they were, and another dealer saying they couldnt look at it for two weeks, they got me in, diagnosed the problem, found a part at another dealer, picked it up as soon as that dealer opened Monday morning, repaired my vehicle, and got me back on the road home quickly. They bent over backwards to save us and I hate to think how long we would have been stranded had they not. Every person we dealt with was super friendly, caring and helpful. I cannot say enough about the service advisor team including Neil who helped us the most. They were all incredibly helpful. Thank you !!

I received a recall notice on my vehicle. Justin was able to get me a weekend appointment which was perfect for my schedule. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was not only able to make the proper repairs to my vehicle because of the recall notice they were also able to perform routine maintenance that was recommended and they were able to do all of this in a short amount of time. Great service department and was able to get a rental car at a great rate for three days. We had an air flow problem with the AC while in FL recently. Had a local shop check it out at 4:30 on a Friday and he evacuated the AC system and recharged the Freon. I was able to get back to Lincoln of Franklin for their Technician to check it out further and he found the AC working proper. The only thing my car needed was a new cabin air filter. AC is working great now. Thanks

Continuation...I got the run around about when I would be able to pickup my new car. I go there to pick it up from the Body and Collision. Me and my wife walked up to the car from outside and noticed THEY SCRATCHED MY DOOR. So I am picking my car from a FORD BODY shop and they claimed to have gone over the car 3 times and said it was perfect. So I had to call Lauren Distephano again. Disappointed, angry, and livid does not describe how mad I was. BRAND NEW CAR and this is PERFECT in their eyes??? Lauren had to go to bat for me again and again and again. Such a hassle for both of us. I wish the owner/GM would have contacted me directly. It is ONLY because of Lauren that they ended up making this CLOSE to right. WHY is she not more involved from the get go? Seriously? All the dealership cares about is making a sale. NO customer focus or appreciation at all. They need a lesson in humility. Lauren, Garret, and Miguel are the only people who actually tried to help me; especially Lauren. I will not purchase anything from this dealership again. I cant say how disappointed I am with this dealership.

My only issue with this visit is that I felt left out to dry with no vehicle for 2 weeks. Perhaps thinking of a way to help your customers get around instead of spending hundreds of dollars to go to work and back or on a rental. Maybe even a discounted price on a rental would be helpful. Other than that the associates are very patient and understanding.

Tanner was so awesome to work with! I had went in for an oil change but also needed other services done to my car to maintain my warranty. Instead of having to do all of those services at once, which would’ve been costly for one day, he was able to break them up for me in future appointments and described what needed to be done. Allen in quick lane was the best he should be commended for his customer service, the negative experience I had was when I went into regular service department for my appointment made about a week before I was advised there were no mechanics on Saturday and that I must leave the car and would probably be 4 to 5 days before they would even look at it, so needless to say I left shocked and very unhappy, and still have same problem I arrived with, someone needs training for a better customer experience but I can only hope someone will reach out to me with a good answer

Ive bought 3 new vehicles from Ford Lincoln of Franklin in the last few years, and Ive had a great experience every time Ive done business with them. Ive never felt pressured at all, and I feel like the staff is generally there to help you purchase the vehicle you want more than the old what can I do to put you in a car TODAY cheesy sales push. I bought a 2021 F-150 with the salesman Jake about 2 months ago and the truck has been phenomenal. Jake has even reached out several times to make sure that Im satisfied and didnt have anything that needed to be addressed. Ill throw in one story here that I think really speaks to the character of this dealership. Jake and I had come to an agreement on the deal for the truck, and I was waiting on the paperwork to be ready, and then the sales office guy comes out to let me know that they had found me an additional rebate of $4000. To me, it felt like they could have easily just ignored that rebate, but it meant a lot to me that they were honest enough to let me know about the rebate to save me some money.

Made appointment 1 week in advance for 4 new tires and oil change.Arrived a few early.They could not access my records.Very disorganized.Quoted Goodyear tires instead of Toyo previously.Took 2 1/2 hours to mount 4 tiresThey forgot about oil change.They did clean car well and actually put on Toyo tires which were previously quoted.Very hard to believe they cannot do better

Wow, so I brought my Lincoln in to have a brake pads replaced. Got my car back nothing was done but I had paid for parts and maintenance. Then after getting lied to what felt like 100 times, I just went somewhere else. I think they screw over some people who pay for their auto work charge them, but do no work then sell the parts to someone else so as to get paid twice. Ive seen this before and after my experience its obvious this is not a legit business and the people there are all involved. I hope the proper authorities get involved M not asap. I can only imagine how often they are doing this.

I decided to hope against my previous experience on the purchasing side (the salesman refused to hear my monthly max, kept pushing a good $100+ extra and then texted saying it was my fault that we couldnt make a deal) when I took my car (otherwise purchased) to the service center (because I was told it was airbag related and had to be dealership repair). I easily called and scheduled service, dropped my car off the night before and awaited a phone call after my 10a Monday scheduled appointment. At 3:45p Monday, I called to check knowing the service center closed at 6. To which I was told, that 10a appointment is just for us to know what technician should work on your car. The car wont be diagnosed till Wednesday or Thursday... thus including no actual repair.I was given a detailed and extensive explanation that due to the vehicle and chip shortage and tech shortage, everyone wants to repair their car verses replace and thus theres been at least a 75% increase in service demand.I sympathize with the unreasonable work load, I really do, but I do not begin to understand the deception from minute 1 when I called to schedule. Why wasnt the process explained? Why did it take me calling to even know the status information/time line? If I hadnt called, my car would just be sitting there and Id still be clueless. I also question the process at this point. If its that overwhelming for the foreseeable future, do something different? I think the wheel is broken and could handle a good reinvention?To top it off, my engine happened to throw a code after i dropped it off. Convenient, in my opinion.I will never ever go back to this Ford dealership and service center. I will be selling my escape if the non-dealership service center is unable to repair my vehicle and switching vehicle makers.

I purchased one vehicle that did not meet my expectations after I bought it, and he was able to fix the issue, make it right, and get me out the door with something even better within my price range. Whoever owns Franklin Ford should be actively considering getting rid of their outsourced call center because I haven’t been able to get in touch with the service center for weeks. I keep getting in touch with a towing company.Thanks to Alan, Tanner, and Mountain Man for taking care of me because of it weren’t for them Ford of Franklin would be losing me as a client.

I can’t believe how I’ve been treated here with numerous problems with my new Lincoln. I’ve been told to go to another dealership. They aren’t willing to fix my problem because they can’t figure out how to fix it. Tracy is the director there and was beyond rude. Service managers are dismissive and basically tell you bs to make you go away. People there are only going to change if it’s from the top down. I love my car, with the exception of my issues, but I can’t imagine owning another Lincoln with the way they think they can treat people after your purchase is done. For an earlier issue I had, I had to make 5 trips there to have it fixed over the course of several months. The first four were them diagnosing, fixing then telling me there was nothing wrong. The fifth time they actually figured it out, put the new part in and resolved it. But it shouldn’t take five trips to get a problem fixed.
