We were taking a trip from Madison to IKEA and my tire hit a nail along the way. I was able to walk in and get the tire repaired within an hour of calling, and the price was very reasonable! I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of some tire help.

I had a good experience with these guys. Purchased 4 new tires. Only complaint would be whomever worked on my vehicle, removed my oil change sticker ( Performed at dealership) to put their tire rotation, sticker there? Now Im not sure when my next oil change should be performed. While Im sure I can figure this out, it shouldnt have happened in the first place.

I towed my car as my car was not starting due to an Alternator issue. They called and told me an alternator issue. I requested them to check for any other issues and I was told they need to replace Oil Pans as well. Charged a lot but when I picked up the car there is a Check Engine light on it. When I requested why it was not checked they simply said that is not what I went in for. That is completely unprofessional as we need to at least do basic checks after repair. I am not going back to this place again. Please AVOID this place and to go to some other place where we get better service.

I called on a Wednesday early morning and Lee answered the phone he was so great and extremely kind. Lee asked me immediately if he could setup my tire repair the same day or if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment for later the same day and when I arrived I was taking care of promptly and Lee and the technicians did an outstanding job of fixing my tire and explained everything in great detail and even helped me to take pictures of the damaged tire which was still under warranty. I would highly recommend F & F Tire World to anyone that wants great customer service and quality work!-Randy J.

The work was well done and the staff was good, but the wait was brutal. I waited an hour in the customer seating area with no air conditioning on 86 degree day. I asked the counter guy and he said that the A/C has been broke down for a while but the owner doesnt want to pay to fix it. I would recommend not waiting for your vehicle.

$70 for an oil change? Seriously? I went there bcoz they had done my emissions testing very quickly so wanted to give them a try. Then they started up selling on a cabin filter.Typical car service, out for your your money or make money from you.

They made my experience of having tires replaced very easy and fit me in on a very busy day. They are an honest operation - didn’t try to get me to replace all of the tires or at the most expensive one.

Came in for a set of tires with an appointment. Had called to make sure my tires were in stock. I’ve now waited about an hour and a half to get them changed. Is that a long time? Feels like it. They seem nice and have mentioned my front brakes could use service and will offer a quote good for 30 days. That’s nice but four people have gotten free inspections done while I wait. TiresPlus were quicker the last time I got tires. In at 10 AM back in my car at 11:55 Am

I have been to other locations and received great service. I had an appointment for an oil change and instead of honoring my time they let 2 walk ins go before me. I waited over an hour and a half. Dont bother making an appointment here.

These guys are terrific. Ive gone there a number of different times and they have always been courteous, straight forward, and quick. I had an issue with my sons car exhaust recently. I dropped in on a Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in, and get it fixed that day. They even offered me a ride to my work so I wouldnt have to wait around for the repair. Im definitely a happy and repeat customer.

I had 2 tires replaced on my truck,I was in my way to North Carolina,and 1 of the tires came off the truck,at 25 miles per hr.¿Can You imagine of I was doing 75mphI talk the mánager and ge said,,, ..theres is nothing he can do about it..He disgustme for his actions and his response .I hope mánagers Luke himget a better training to how treat custumers.I will have to call a lowyer to Seattle this maner.

F&F Tires far exceeds customer service. They are so friendly. They went above and beyond this morning. Had to get an emissions test for a car I just purchased, and they even put the new plates on for me. No charge!

Charged about 200$ for a free safety inspection. Was told nothing would be done until the following Monday after dropping off my car on Friday. After calling in about wanting to cancel the job because the charges were outrageous, 754$ to replace the lower control arm, they told me the work was already done, 2 days early, and it was to late to do anything about it. They are liars and cons.

Great service, able so squeeze me in early on a Saturday without appointment and had me in and out within 90 minutes, I would return here again.

The value at Fand F is terrible. They charged 300 dollars for 80 dollars worth of parts . Then on top of that they charged 200 dollars of labor for a job that should take about 1/2 hour and that’s pushing it. Thanks for ripping me off !

Went to get 2 tires and when I went to pick up the car it started bucking down the road. I have 4 wheel drive. They neglected to tell me that I had to switch to 2 low because of the difference in tread on the tires. When I went back they wanted me to buy 2 more tires. I asked if they test drove the vehicle after they put the tires on and he said no.
