I have been with Nationwide for several years, with multiple policies. I have always had the best customer service from the staff in this office. Always so friendly and available to answer all of my questions!! 100 stars

If I could leave a zero rating I would. For many years I carried multiple auto and home policies through this office and with nationwide corporate and not once did I receive anything near good customer service. Even after canceling all of my policies I still have to fight with them for sending bills on policies that dont exist.Dont even think about this local office or nationwide for ANY insurance needs. Go with a company that actually cares about their long term paying customers.
