Been here for an oil change. Then again for an oil change and brake job. Both times, I was very happy with what was done. I also appreciate Douglas being very thorough with me when explaining what else needs to be done on my car. Will for sure be coming back. So glad I found this place!

Well done job replacing alternator and air conditioning belts and 2 pulleys. Replacement took around 1 hour. Reasonable price. Brought my own auto parts, they didnt mind. Im very satisfied with job and service.

Amazing place!!! great people and great service!!they are super nice. I am only going to them from now on with any car issues. The owner always has a smile on his face and is super straight forward with the issue and is ready to fix it. He fixed my cars window motor and have just recently fixed my drivers seat. Great place. I hate going to the mechanics like everyone else, so it’s good to find a place where the mechanics are nice and friendly, the prices are affordable and best of all, everything works perfectly afterwards. The place is kinda hidden, but once you get inside you see that the shop is HUGE on the inside, and they work with a vast variety of cars, trucks and more. Truly a hidden gem

Ive been going to Douglas for almost 5 yrs now. he uses quality name brand parts no cheap aftermarket parts. He does properly inspections on itif theres any other major problems with. He Ill let you know if your vehicle is safe to drive he will let you know what the cost is if needed fixed Highly recommend car EFI Douglas is the best:-)

My fiance has used Douglas for many years she wont got to anyone else, he uses all high quality name brand parts to make your vehicle last and not cheap aftermarket parts that dont last. My window broke and wouldnt roll up so I brought my car over and Douglas and Leo stopped what they were doing and checked it out ordered the part and fixed it all so my kids wouldnt have to be cold. I have also brought my car there for numerous other things and in my experience they are the best and honest mechanics around. They definitely care about their customers. Their work is superior to any other mechanics I have ever been to.

Ive known the family for a while, Douglas mom to be exact, and Ill just start by saying that they are great people. They live down the street for me. My car is 1996 Lexus, so old, and I tried to get some ideas or estimates from mechanics in the past who usually either give me the I dont know how much its going to cost until I open it up and thats going to cost you Im not sure how much because it depends on the hours we spend, basically clueless. Douglas was able to fix my car for under $500, did NOT do what wasnt needed, showed me the problems and took the time to explain it to me. Other places estimated $2000 or no idea at all.I ended up having him do my breaks and some other regular maintenance because I ASKED for it. Again, he didnt charge me for parts or labor that didnt need fixing and had he been dishonest, I wouldnt have known the difference.They went extra miles for me, not just the proverbial extra mile, they are honest, hard working people and I recommend them with no hesitation.Thank you, guys, all of you -Cristina
