So I went to this location because it was easy and quick to get the oil change but I accidentally got done my brakes rotors and pads $700 in the first week I start now noticing there is something wrong but the guy kept telling me there’s nothing wrong so OK I waited for a little bit and then it got so bad and if I will driving on the highway and if I hit the break my car start shaking so he ended up replacing the brakes again only Front I appreciate that but still don’t know what I’m getting done and what kind of Parts using in my car and (he won’t let you buy your own parts) Long story short Last week I was driving on the highway and there was traffic jam ahead of me But I suddenly push the break too hard and my car did not wanna break and did not want to stop so I ended up getting exit off highway and thank God my back brakes didn’t went out and I luckily got everything control ended up calling towing and got to my mechanic and he say the brakes this guy has been done it’s super cheap and not ceramic and not made for this SUV so completely wrong parts so be careful thank you I explain myself and also yes if you want to talk about my car my car it’s perfect Fine thank God so will not recommend to someone to getting the part replaced

I was in desperate need of getting my brake pads and rotors replaced and I didn’t want to go into a major chain. So I googled places near my home and came across Marco’s and the reviews they received. I was able to receive an estimated quote over the phone and an ETA. When I arrived to the shop, I was greeted and felt good about leaving my car. My car was finished an 1/2 hour before I was told and the price was roughly the same! It was a breeze. My son and I especially enjoyed the bag full of treats they left by the steering wheel!

Okay, so this guy said he was going to charge $88 per hour to diagnose the problem because he has to chase it and cant do that for regular $44/h. That was a red flag but I said fine because his shop is close to my home and it was convenient. When the work was finished the bill was $317 for the oil pressure sensor and wiper motor. Those parts are no more than $70-80. He gave me the invoice and it turns out that his total labor was $88/hr and not just the diagnostic. When I asked him about it he said that he was actually doing me a favor. Im a truck driver and semi truck repair shops charge somewhere around $80/hr and this guy charges more. I understand that we all need to appreciate ourselves but hes not fixing Space Shuttles here and I will not be coming back.Edit: After reconsidering I will adjust the rating because the service was fast and the problems were properly fixed. However, the labor was overpriced.

I went in the other day because I was having a hard time passing emissions. I had a friend work on what we thought was wrong and my check engine light was still on. Remi did a smoke test and didnt give me any hell for not taking it to a shop to get work done, thank you Remi. Horrible experience!! GET TOTAL COST BEFORE YOU HAVE WORK DONE!!! They told us we needed more work done then just the brake line and quoted us a price. After everything was done. Our total was inflated by a few hundred dollars because they told us they just quoted us parts only and didn’t include labor. They were on speaker phone while I was working and everyone in my shop heard that they NEVER said the quote was for parts only... And they couldn’t even Finish the job and bleed our brakes. We Spoke to another shop and they said there is absolutely no reason the brakes could not be bled. Our brakes are horrible and We aren’t even sure if they even did the work we paid them for. We work to hard for our money and will never take another car here again. Also ..would never recommend them to anyone and will make sure to post this on all our social media.

My extended family has been going to Marco for many years and my parents started going there about a year ago after my aunt convinced them to go to Marco. Now it was my time to go in for service and i must say these guys are very honest. I went in knowing that i needed front sway bar links and got a great price so went ahead and approved the job. When the tech test drove the vehicle after finishing replacing the links he pulled the car back in and put it on the rack. Now Im freaking out thinking oh no whats wrong. Remy in the front told me that the noise i had was still there and i needed a sway bar bracket bushing. Then he told me not to worry about it and had his tech replace it for me. He didnt charge me anything extra for this bushing and apologized for missing it. I had my vehicle checked out at the dealer and they told me it was just the links too. I am so appreciative to them for doing this for me. Gave them $20 for lunch and left. Noise is gone and car is fixed! Waiting room was a bit too warm with the heat on blast, but still an awesome experience.

Went at the last minute for an exhaust repair estimate, friendly guy. I thought it needed some patch work, it needed a whole lot more. He gave the right suggestions, price was also right. Ended up patching it together myself, would go to him again if need be. Place is small but they are very accommodating, offered to leave car over and pick it up when fixed too. Got a complete front and rear brake job done here and less than a year later the front rotors were warped and shake when braking. I took it back to the shop right before the one year warranty was up and Remi drove the vehicle and said he could not fell the shaking even though I told him that it only happens at highway speeds. He denied that there was a problem and did not do anything to fix it. They might do decent work but they use cheap OReillys brakes which completely rusted in only a couple of months. $600 down the drain and redoing my brakes after one year. Wont be going back here anymore since they dont honor their warranty.

I have often checked on prices myself afterward and found that parts were priced fairly. I have not always been able to drop off my car and come back later but even so the repairs have been timely. He saw me walk in with a tie on and realized it was not a normal day. They made my tire fix their priority as I only had 45 minutes to spare. He had me up and running in no time. Ive been coming here for some time now but I was blown away today. Compressor on my car blew up and I don`t even have to tell you how bad that made me feel thinking I wont have AC on this brutal weather. But Marcos guys came to the rescue. Even tho they were booked for whole day, even tho I came in late morning, even tho they didnt have a part on premise they still managed to finish the job by the end of the day. The first time I visited this place I was very happy with the service, so I decided to go back again. This time they tried overcharging me and was rude when I questioned him about it he started dropping the price right away from $320 to $270 only because he knew he was wrong. I have sent this place a lot of business but that ship has sailed I will find someplace else to take my business.

We could not afford fix them all and Marco Auto Repair helped us identify what problems would need to be repaired immediately, what problems we could wait to have fixed at another time and for how long we could wait, and even pointed out what problems would not result in additional problems or risks if not repaired. This attitude helped us plan our car expenses and do everything we needed. Remy has shown honesty and has won my trust.

BUT, for 3 days straight Ive been trying to get in for an oil change and the response I got over and over was the same:Were fully booked. Itll be at least 3 to 4 hours. So today I decided to pop in and see if I could get in. Same response.Disappointed in the fact that no attempt was made to accommodate a new customer.I can always take my care somewhere else.PS- thanks for your response. Ive only been here twice, but both times theyve been helpful, clear, direct, and showed me what needed fixing so I was certain I knew what was wrong. And when someone else told me I needed a second fix, they told me that I didnt yet, instead of just agreeing and charging me extra. Thats a big deal for me, since i dont know cars well. But it means Im coming here again.

I went in for them to check and fix the check engine light that was on in my car. They kept my car for a few hours called and said it was ready. I ended up paying over 400 for nothing. Fifteen minutes after i started driving my car the check engine light came back on. Not only did they charge me alot but definitely did not fix the problem and tried to blame that other things were bad with my car. Never again would i come and get service done to my car here.

I needed a complete brake job, (rotors, calipers, hoses, pads) as well as some axle work.I first took my truck to Firestone as I was able to have them do a free diagnostic and quote.I knew Firestone would be a rip off but I needed to have a list of what needed to be done and how much it would cost for each item.After I got the quote from Firestone, I did a Google search for brake shops in my area and found Marco.I read the reviews which were great and decided to go over and see what they could do.The owners son Remi was super nice.The reviews were absolutely true!Remi saved me $1000 from the Firestone quote.The people that put reviews for Marcos were honest and right on the money!They took my truck in and had all that work done in 1 day.I would strongly recommend that anyone that is in need of automotive service give them a try.They did great work on my truck and went the extra mile.Very nice people to do business with.
