John gave me a very reasonable estimate and I was impressed by the man, his knowledge, his equipment, and it was all at a decent price. I didnt go with him because I had a working relationship with another HVAC company in town, but its strained, and if anything else goes wrong, Im calling John.

John and his crew were on time. They were very courteous and very professional. They did what they said they would do. They cleaned up behind themselves and wore foot protection in the house. They showed me how to program the unit and answered all questions. I feel I got a great deal with them and highly recommend.

I was visiting my parents when the air conditioning went out at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday night.We promptly called McAnelly at 4:50 p.m.At 5:05 p.m., we received a text message saying a tech would be at the house at 6:00 p.m.At 5:25 p.m., we got another text saying the tech was on his way.The tech arrived before 6:00 p.m.He assessed the issue and by 6:00 p.m. had gone to get a replacement part.He returned with the new part and a new thermostat by 7:00 p.m.The part and a new thermostat were installed, and the AC was back in operation by 7:27 p.m. and we got a text at 7:29 p.m. saying the job was completed.The tech was friendly, professional, courteous, told us what he was doing every step of the way and willingly answered all of our questions.The communication by text message was great, and the service was very timely and responsive.Overall, we are very impressed with all the events of the evening and how it was handled. Outstanding is the word I would use to describe everything.

My husband and I purchased a geothermal unit from this business a little over a year ago. It has messed up three times now and the latest time was when we had the coldest weather yet with -10 wind chill. we call to get a repair and the lady on the phone cant give us a time or date when the tech will come yet i remind her we bought the unit from them and is under warranty and the best she could do is have them call us when they are on their way to my house on a random day and time since they gave no scheduled time to repair the unit. seems like they are only after money and do not care bout returning customers especially if you have a warranty. This place is the worst if you cant even make an appointment to have your unit fixed. every time it has been really hard for us to get them to come fix the unit. i would not recommend this company to anyone how they still have a business surprises me.

McAnelly H&C installed our Lennox system in 2014 and overall we’ve been very pleased with it and the service by McAnelly staff.

Ill never give anyone excellence on a review, but the technician did a very quick review of the issue, and fixed it in 15 minutes of arrival. He was thorough in his detail as he explained the issue, and was very professional!

-negative 5 star review; i have never see such pettiness out of what is a supposed business, also the shame in not repairing items so that returning is a necessity and they can charge you more to fix your hvac. Not only that but family is working there and in charge of all employees but not held to any policy themselves so you can expect favoritism, nepotism and all around general ignorance.
