Cant review this place as I never had the service done. On a Tuesday at 1:39 in the afternoon, I sat in my car waiting in line for 20 minutes while one worker hustled vacuuming two cars. Not a statement on the business, just an observation. Glad I left as when I pulled around back to turn around and exit, I saw 4 more cars just waiting in queue to go through the wash. I just didnt have the time to wait...Kudos to the 2 workers I saw hustling - just one on the vacuums, and one on the outside doing windows after the wash. I wonder if the world will ever get back to work!

Worst experience. I recommend not to go as they don’t vacuum well. They will spoil the carpet in the car while vacuuming. They don’t wipe the water marks on the windows or anywhere. Overall a worst experience ever.

Not worth $45! I wanted to get my new cadillac detailed. I got the full detail. The car wash was fine. The detailer had to be told 3 times to stop talking and get to work. He was preoccupied with coworkers. There were incomplete armor all swipe marks all inside the BLACK interior, so it was obvious. The inside windshield had incomplete swipe marks. You could tell he wasnt paying full attention. There was some weird piece of mail that had been taped in my glove box or in the arm rest that was now taped on top of my arm rest. I could have done a better job on the inside. Thats the main thing I wanted to look good was the inside. DEFINITELY not worth the $45. I had given them a second chance after a prior detailing that wasnt great. NOT AGAIN.

Paid 24 $ and had bug splatter left all over my car!could of done a better job myself.

I had heard about this place for years from church friends how good it was. Yes it is! My car was cleaned very well much better than a car wash or doing it myself. Reasonable price too

Everything was great.

They are the only full service car wash in frankfort where you dont need an appointment. They are fast and friendly, and do a great job. Praying they stick around. They probably need some new equipment though, recently Ive had to wait for repairs for one of their machines. Its happened twice in the last few months. But the wait isnt long when they fix it.

A big THANK YOU to the guys at Roses Car Wash. I brought in a car today that was covered in distillery slime. There was a guy that worked 20 minutes on my car to scrub it clean. I couldnt believe it! Did not expect that level of service. Did I mention is was 95 degrees? Hats off to you hard-working Roses carwash employees. THANK YOU AGAIN!

I love Roses however today the guy who starts the wash process walked around the car once and then stood there back to me for a few minutes sent the car on it way, no brushing nothing. bugs were left all over the dash and at 730 PM i aw how awful the window were.I hope Roses just had a bad day

Poor job cleaning the inside of the car. Had to remind worker to put tire shine on tires. Windows streaky.

Had the works done on my last visit...very pleased with the results of a very clean truck. A Bit excessive with the protective coating but still beautiful after I toweled off the excess ! Shy of cleaning a few corner areas one couldnt tell it wasnt detailed.

Extremely slow service...stopped by Friday at 10:00 AM for a simple exterior wash ($15). 40 minute ordeal. If 0 stars were an option, this place would earn it. If there is anyone in Frankfort interested in opening a full service car wash, you wont have trouble with the competition.
