Helpful staff and great car wash! I appreciate the available bug removal brush and free vacuum!

As my choice says, I only used it to vacuum my car interior. But the vacuums were extremely powerful and they were free...with a wash. Since I didnt wash my car, I tipped them a dollar. This seems to be a regional chain. The concept is similar to gas station car washes where you stay in your car. I will use them the next time my car needs a wash.

I had a coupon for a free car wash so that part was good. The bad part was when I left I still had bugs on my windshield and some bugs in the front of my car. Its too bad we cant figure out how to build homes out of those bugs they would never blow down 🤨😉

Anytime my car needs a thorough cleaning both inside and out I go here. I love being able to vacuum out the car before taking it through the wash, especially because it isnt timed and comes free with the car wash. My children always love the experience of going through the car wash. My car looks great everytime I leave here!

The automatic car wash isnt powerful enough to remove bug guts? It barely managed to get wet grass off.

Horrible customer service. Got home and my car was still dirty and had soap on it. Called and manager said they had issues with dryers and someone should be out in next couple days to fix but all he could do was say sorry. If your machines are not working properly and charging full price for a service that is not acceptable.

A convienet location; equipment is well maintained and managed by a friendly, polite crew.I would be willing to pay extra money for staff to vacuum my vehicle for me or tip them up to $5 the older my generation gets.

The attendant was very helpful including giving me information on how to save money and thier best options. He even wrote it down for me. Fantastic service, my car looked great and my kidos and I enjoyed the experience.

Greatest place to wash your car or truck

I have a brand new 2020 Honda Civic. After my wash that didn’t clean it I went home to wipe it down and found a huge yellow scratch down the side. Was told it didn’t happen there 😳 sad way to do business!! Beware of bad business ethics and liers

Glad to have a nice place to get the car washed. Love the setup and ease of getting the car washed here. Several choices, plus the optional monthly plan too. You can even vacuum out your car at one of the side places. Best place to get your car washed. Highly recommend.

Had a huge clank and felt a big huge jar at the same time as I was being directed into the bay. When I jumped out quickly to see what it was I was treated like a rodent... as if I had done something to make the car clank and jar... no damage but the friendliness of staff would be a negative if I could rate them alone. Wish they offered rain checks

If youre looking for a quick wash then this place is decent. Im not really impressed with the quality and I bought the upper tier wash package. But then again, its an automatic car wash. However, I will say the vacuums are nice because theyre free and theyre strong!

Freddys car wash has some fantastic monthly payment plans that you can choose from to fit your needs. You can get as many car washes as you wish and/or need with their fantastic monthly payments plan, it is definitely worth the price not to mention they have best vacuum I have ever use. I definitely recommend Freddys car wash.

You can get your whole car clean, inside and out.

Ahhhhhh. This is not the place for me. No pre wash but had 2 people just standing there. Car is definitely not cleaned well. They just send you right into the wash with a dry car. Lots of surface scratches. Absolutely terrible. 👎🏻👎🏻. Just because its new doesn’t mean you will have a good clean car. Very disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻. I normally don’t use automatic washes and this is exactly why. If you care about your cars paint DO NOT GO HERE!

Love Fast Freddys! They are the best drive thru car wash you can go to. I highly recommend them for a quick clean up. Of course, nothing beats handwashing. But they do a good job.

Still leaves dirt on the back of my truck brushes will not reach it its a small size truck Ive had my Lincoln up there brushes still did not reach around the back of the car I have a hard time with it I have to bring it home and wash the back so keep an eye on the back brushes there is a problem there other than that its great

This is the first car wash experience I’ve had that you can pay one small amount monthly, and have free access to vacuums and wash your car as many times a month as you want too. Definitely a great value in my opinion.

Love this place! Free vacuums and pre-wash buckets are nice. The wash itself is always good. I don’t usually get a higher package. Did so this past Saturday and was dissapointed that tire shine wasnt evenly applied. Didnt notice till I got home. Im sure they would have made it right had I gone back. I just didnt.

Expensive for the best wash at $18. Cheapest is $8. Pricey for what you get.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The car wash alone didnt get my car completely clean, left a lot of spots. Its OK for a quick drive through car wash. I am very disappointed that they no longer offer the towel drying service.

This place is Terrible! Took my Black Yukon here. The automatic machines scratched my right side in several spots. Left a blue film over the entire vehicle. Would not recommend! Beware!

The car wash is Meh!, but the free vacuums are industrial strength, so if youve been hauling Shetland ponies or great Pyrenees during shedding season, this is the place to go.

I gave this place a try and when I got home I noticed that my car wasnt very clean. I called back four hours later to report the issue and to ask if I could run it through again. I was told that it had been too long and that they wouldnt be able to fix their terrible car wash. Terrible policy and terrible service. Be sure to check your vehicle before you leave because they wont fix any mistakes if you leave the premises. I will not be back.

Paid full service, $18. It was outside only. Spotty finish-not impressed.Went to Roses Car Wash -full service (inside and out) no spots. Paid $22 much better deal and service.

So disappointed that they no longer offer interior cleaning! The monthly membership is nice if you only care about the exterior, but Ill be finding somewhere else to go where they also do the inside.

Carwash is hit or miss. Like the free vacuums. Doesnt always clean bugs and grime from vehicle.

Ok, but wish they would prespray the cars and had a place to wash floor mats. A brush in a bucket doesnt cut it.

Damaged my vehicle! The attendant saw it said the manager would call me the next day. No one called me or returned my call. I had to pay myself to have it fixed.

Doesnt clean any part of the car very well. The wheels, windshield, hood and front were all still very dirty when I pulled out. For $18 I expect more.

I like the new system: Free vacuuming and then automatic wash. But I miss the inside window cleaning.
