I love RB Brown State Farm!!!! I have been with him since I was 16 years old. Here recently my mom gifted a car to my youngest and I needed to get proof of insurance to get it transferred into my name. I called the customer service department late in the day and got someone after hours. Which I am very thankful they are available 24-7. But, while on the phone the customer service representative had my anxiety level through the roof. I am so thankful that I waited and called my agent the next day. Dylan at RB Brown was a perfect reminder why I will always call the office and speak to someone directly! My quote and proof of insurance was successfully completed and emailed to me within 10-15 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all mortgage and car insurance needs.

I have been a State Farm Policy holder with RB Brown for at least 15 years. Recently I was in a major accident totaling my car. I called their office and, even though it was closing time, Tiffany helped me through the process of filing the claim. She stayed on the phone with me through the whole process ensuring I would have a rental car first thing the next morning. This meant so much to me because even though I did not have any major injuries It was such a traumatic experience. She was so concerned about me ( and my daughter even though she was not in the accident) State Farm quickly processed the claim (within a week) allowing me to get another Jeep and get my life back to normal. This was my first major accident and I so appreciated the caring and PERSONAL attention that I was given. Thank you for making such a horrible experience into a more pleasant one.

Recently my granddaughter had an accident in a car we recently purchased for her. I called my State Farm agent (RB Brown) the next morning and informed them of the accident. They in turn, transferred me to a claims agent. Who then took my information, asked about my needs and gave me a claim number. I also received an email, verifying and following up with more info. From the day of starting my claim to time of the posting, I was emailed and called by both RBs office and the main claims agent. I also had rental coverage and everything was prearranged and basically we just got in the car when we arrived. I stopped by RBs office after getting the rental, to drop off my receipt for the tow job from the accident. I figured I would get a check in the mail sometime later. They cut me a check right then. Awesome.My parents started with State Farm, Otto Wainscott then, when we moved there in 1966. I came on board in 69 (@ 16) and on my own in 74. RB came in when Otto retired and the great, friendly service, has never changed. A very concerned group of people. I cannot say enough about RB Brown, his staff and State Farm Insurance.
