Jason did not push down my throat that we need a new system as most younger technicians tend to do. He resolved our problem and made me feel in safe hands. Chase AC and Heating Repair team arrived in the arranged time window to replace the coil on our primary HVAC dual fuel system. They were highly respectful of the premises wearing boot/shoe covers and placing tarps over possible vulnerable areas. They were in and out very quickly considering the scope of the project and removed all traces of their project. One can only hope that all service calls go this smoothly.

Max at Chase was awesome!! I called and asked for a quote on a job to get a new furnace installed. Max arrived the same day and requested to inspect the current unit which he did and told us the problem was not a major one and wouldnt cost us much to rectify.He went and sent 2 great technicians the following day who worked on the system and got it up and running in about 30 minutes.We ended up spending less money than we had to, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!
