Gino and Come Rain or Shine were incredibly helpful in planning and executing our wedding in May 2021. We had to reschedule multiple times and deal with a rapidly deteriorating weather forecast. Through it all, Gino had solutions to our problems, including adding heating last minute, making sure the propane tanks were filled up after our welcome event the night before, and dropping off the tables and chairs a day early so we could use them for both events. He was able to adapt quickly to the restrictions put in place because of coronavirus, and we felt incredibly lucky to have had a safe gathering of our family and friends because of the hard work Gino and his team put in. The setup in the tent, between the lighting, chairs, and tables (all provided by Come Rain or Shine) was beautiful. I would highly recommend Gino and his team for any event.

I hired Come Rain or Shine for my parents anniversary party. Gino is very professional and easy to work with. His team was quick on set up and dismantle. Gino at ‘Come Rain Or Shine’ made our baby shower possible. A last minute decision was made to hold the party outdoors, and I suddenly needed 40 *nice* white chairs and a long table. The reason I called ‘Come Rain Or Shine Tent Works’ was because they had a nice website and were local in Framingham. The reason I chose to work with them - really, to TRUST them - was because they were 100% responsive to phone and email. They made me feel like they wanted to make me happy, and I didn’t need to worry. Their prices were moderate, they were a pleasure to work with, and they arrived early. Gino and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all my party needs. The tent we rented was too large to pick up ourselves but the delivery team was fantastic and efficient, well worth the small charge. We will be using Come Rain or Shine Tents in the future!

AWESOME! First, they were less expensive than the company we used for 4-5 years for an annual charity event!Gino did a site visit with me a couple of months before the event, then brought his guy for a visit the day before. They arrived when promised, set up where I detailed the previous day, and were leaving less than 2 hours later after setting up a 30 x 7 tent with water barrels and delivering almost 100 chairs and 25+ tables!Oh, the venue threw us a curve-ball about 10 days before the event- couldnt stake the tent. Gino worked with me to come up with a tent that would satisfy our needs and the venues as well!

I could not be happier with the tent, tables, and chairs we rented for our wedding from Come Rain or Shine. But I am most pleased with the impeccable customer service we experienced throughout this process from Gino and his team. Gino was very accommodating as the various number of items we rented were updated as our headcount became more firm. Our setup was also on the more complicated side from what most would expect and Gino’s team worked diligently to ensure our vision came to life. We have used Come Rain or Shine multiple times for various weddings and events we have hosted at our home. We will continue to use them going forward; you just can’t find customer service like this company provides very easily.

I called to inquire about renting some chairs for an event. I spoke with Gino and he was able to accommodate my needs even though its much smaller than what he typically deals in. When I showed up, Gino had the chairs ready and even loaded them into my car since it was quite nasty out. The price was very reasonably, the service was professional and I would definitely recommend!!
