I cancelled a final appointment with them within their 23.5 hr cancellation notice and got charged $99. I was on the west coast cancelling an east coast appointment for an east coast family member, and because I was within an hour of the 23.5 limit and they would not extend a Grace for this.

All of the reviews are from other clinicians which is very weird.I scheduled an appointment for my daughter on 2/15 for 2/25. When I looked in the portal today there were no appointments scheduled. I received a Zoom link so it was definitely scheduled.I called Thriveworks and they see the notes that the appointment was scheduled and that the Zoom link was sent but no one actually booked the appointment on the therapists schedule.Its hard enough to find a therapist but when youre paying a monthly fee youd at least expect appointments to get booked correctly.

Reading their website it says that no wait list, appointments available any time any day, I called 4 locations in Massachusetts and none of them have any availability to take new patients and they are not even telling me when next appointments are available, they just asked me to keep calling. Dont promote something that you cant offer.
