FLOORING:Please dont do flooring installation with Lowes[4 Seasons carpet workshop]. You will loose lot of time and energy dealing with associates for getting things done. The communication between Lowes Framingham, Lowes Corporate Installation & 4 Seasons are terrible. They wouldnt get it resolved. I had my Doors & Closets installed with a 3rd party contractor. I signed up agreement to have carpet installed. Carpets took two days to complete, but the doors and closets are not put back and its been more than a week and my family has to live without door installed on all my rooms. No Resolution yet, even after coordinating with these associates. On top of all that, they couldnt give a date when they will have this installed. See pictures below and see for yourselfIf you need PEACE OF MIND, DONT DO FLOORING through Lowes. I have always been good customer of Lowes and I have spent close to 3K dollars using them for my home improvement needs. NOW I REGRET

I ordered 120 Retaining Wall Blocks and 26 Wall Cap Stones. After waiting a week they call me the morning when theyre supposed to deliver and say the inventory is off and they dont have anything that I ordered and asked me if I wanted to cancel. So I lost entire weekend of being able to work on the wall and had to order a different wall block color. So I place my second order for just the wall cap stones from the Framingham Store. I get a call the night before theyre supposed to deliver and to tell me that the inventory was wrong and they dont have any of the wall caps I ordered. An other store does but I have to call back and switch the order. I am so unhappy with the store that I felt compelled to share my experience. Ive used Homedepot for the supplies for my previous wall last year and didnt have any problems. Im not sure why Lowes of Framingham cant fulfill any of their orders. If I wasnt forced to go through them because theyre the only ones selling the type of block I need I would never shop here. At least not at the Framingham store. Ive had only good experiences at the Hudson store. Lowes in Framingham needs to get better managers in the online order fulfillment department. Whoever is running it now is clearly incompetent at their job. Maybe get someone with a brain that cares about their job to take over. Just a suggestion.

This time I was in a hurry so I didnt feel the need to go to Home Depot as there busier than Lowes in the morning. I only wanted to run in quickly and get out. Having only to pick up a few small tools I needed to do a job for the day. I found what I needed and noticed there was a sheetrock bit marked down so I grab that too. I went to check out and pay for the items I picked up. On my way out the door I looked at the receipt and noticed the bit that was marked down I just paid full price for it. I go back to the register and told the cashier that I was charged wrong for it. She takes it back scans it again and says nope that the price. Again I told her it was marked down and of course if it scanned the first time at full price its going to scan again 2 minutes later the same. I asked her for my money back and I was told I have to go to the service desk. So I go there told the cashier there what happened and I want to just get my money back. I also told him that it was marked down with the yellow tag where there located. He scans it again and says Ill go check and Ill be right back. I said please just give me my money back. So much for being in a hurry next time Ill just take the extra 2 minutes drive down the street and go to Home Depot like I usually do.

They are lost and confused, I placed my order online, for the purpose of not spending time inside the store. The clerk tells me that I already picked it up, I say, why would I be here trying to pick it up again if I already picked it up. It turns out, its not ready after sending me two emails telling me its ready. It would have been so much faster for me to go in and grab it myself. Bunch of F*****g morons. Customer service that lacks service.

Overall a great store. The layout could use a little work but they generally have everything I need. Prices fluctuate based on the season or whats happening in the world, but the staff are helpful and the options for what you can get here is huge.

For some reason, both Assistant managers(Greg and other female) refused to return a drill that I wasnt satisfied with(less than 2 hours between the purchase time and the return). He said anything power supplied is not returnable. When I asked for policy reference, he let us wait for 20+ minutes and he couldnt find the policy. When he realized that he was wrong, he said we cant return anything used. During the entire time I was there, I observed multiple customers returning used items.Ive been a loyal customer for a while and I have projects that I wanted to use Lowes as supplier, but unfortunately the lack of professionalism and customer service, I will use Home depot or other store instead. What a disappointment! I dont mind driving more miles to home depot.

We were pressured into signing a fence contract and placing a non refundable deposit to secure in installation date in April. First we were told the fence would be delayed until mid June! Then the fence miraculously arrived by end of April, but lowes was unable to deliver earlier then the morning of our installation, however we were promised that our fence would be the first delivery of the day and would arrive before the crew to install. Then, the night before the install at 9pm, we received a voice mail that the fence would not arrive until 1130-330. So clearly our installation would need to get rescheduled. You get what you pay for and this company is horrible to work with and lie. Do not trust them. Go to Home Depot or pay the extra for a reputable local company.**Update Lowes is now refusing to honor the shipping discount we were promised and threatening to send us to collections.

Unbelievable rude unhelpful manager tonight in Lowe’s lighting department. They advertise installs, They said they may or may not do it if they don’t they’ll refund your money I asked him if he could call another store to see if they could help me he basically said no I only know my store, I can’t help you. I asked for another manager Ashley who was very pleasant and somewhat helpful. Lowe’s should not employ people they cannot help and should not be advertising services they do not offer. I planned my Saturday to come purchase an electrical installationThey have an advertised online print advertising in in the aisle at the store, to be told no we don’t do that. Its a Lowed. It has plenty or parking and its easy to get to. The staff is knowledgeable and the place is clean.Probably the best part is that its next door to another stripmall that has a Target, a GameStop and a Panera. You can park in one place and take care of a bunch of errands at once.

I have shopped here for years and generally found the people helpful and courteous. Recently, I tried the curbside pickup option, but it did not work. The phone just rang and no one answered so you had to go inside to pickup. That said, they took many Covid-19 precautions for pre-orders.

This Lowes has a great garden CENTER. I love this place. Its where I shop.But, yes theres a big BUT; I went there on Saturday to see a full parking lot and an extremely full Garden Center. People were not following social distancing. Everyone jammed in close together. This isnt a healthy situation for your employees and customers.I believe there is a limit on how many people are allowed inside the Garden Center. Im sure the Framingham Health Board and Gov Charlie Baker would agree!Today; full Garden Center with a little less people, but still too many all close together. Both days I didnt feel comfortable so I turned and went home.PLEASE CORRECT THIS!I need everything for my garden 🙏

Truly helpful staff. This is one of the best customer service you’ll ever experience. No it’s not the Ritz but a home improvement store so set your expectations.You ask where someone is, they’ll tell you. When you get to the aisle someone is there to show you the specific product and answer your questions. They cashiers are warm and pleasant checking you out.We’ve purchased carpet and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The guy knew exactly what we needed and didn’t try to up sell. Answered ever question and arranged for home measurement. This store was better than a full service carpet store.I can’t say enough good things about this store. The only downside is I wish it was a little closer to my house so I could go there more often.

Service is usually on point, but not lately.Went in to replace a fridge, but the appliance guy couldnt be bothered, so we dragged a guy from a few aisles over to ask about the one we wanted. It was on sale for 1 more day. He said there were 0 in stock - ignoring the fact we we looking right at one, and no shipments were expected. Could we buy the floor model? Seemed like we were asking for the moon and stars, but he went and asked.Nope. Basically, its on sale, we dont have any, you cant buy it, we arent expecting any more, but you cant buy the display model either. What a waste of time.

Dont buy appliances from Lowes their extended warranty service are the worse. Trying to get my washer machine repaired since july. They sub another company to do their services named mr appliances and these people are very unprofessional. 3 times they didnt showed up and when they finally came my washer machine didnt get repaired but they sent me a email 1 day later saying the service has been completed. I called Lowes back and even stop by the store to try get some help spoke with the store manager who said that he was going to see what he could do and call me back. Never got that phone call so helpless. Already filled a bbb claim and also going to take legal procedures.

Terrible experience with Lowes in Framingham this week. I ordered a Leaf Vacuum on Saturday, paid for it and set a delivery date only to get an email on Monday to say it was cancelled. No call, no explanation, just canceled. That night, I go back online and notice its back in stock. Sweet. Order it again, make a payment, set a delivery date and boom good to go. No emails on Tuesday so we are good to go. 3 days later on Friday, 3 days before its due to be delivered I get another cancelation email with no explanation. So I call the store to see why it happened. I get passed around and left on hold and finally get to Mike in Shipping and get fed excuse after excuse on how it is the computer system. The manager was too busy to talk to me so I am still waiting on a call back.

This review if about a situation involving a Husqvarna self-propelled lawn mower that I purchased at Lowes in Framingham, Mass. I bought the machine in May, 2019 and in Sept, 2020 the mower stopped working. I heard a loud bang and then saw oil spurting on to my lawn. I called Lowes was told to contact a certified Husqvarna repair center. I was then told by the repair center that the machine was not worth fixing. So, again in phoned Lowes asking for a refund due to the fact that the machine was still under manufacturer warranty. I was told that a refund would need to come through Husqvarna- but they said since it was an engine problem,. Husqvarna was not responsible. So now after 17 months of ownership I am out 500 dollars and in need of a new mower. I promised the manager of the Husqvarna Customer Service line that my review about his product would state honest facts- so this is what it is. please take this review into consideration when purchasing a product.

We asked to have an employee paged to get a piece of glass cut. We then waited 20min at the glass cutting machine to have someone come over and tell us its out of service. Then a second employee came over and rudely pushed his way between us to get by with a customer. No one could tell us when the machine would be up and running again and when we asked if they knew of another place that cuts glass he just said you could try another lowes 🤦‍♂️

I have called multiple times and they assured me they would provide an update. I lost my entire Saturday and still dont have my washer and dryer. Additionally I had to pay a plumber $800 in time and materials as he was waiting to finish the install that never arrived. It is the last time I ever buy an appliance from Lowes!

I generally encounter helpful people in the aisles but you get to the check out counters and the employees seem so annoyed and put out that you are interrupting their personal conversations to ask for assistance with the self checkout when your product doesn’t have the scan code on it. It’s shocking... they just keep talking and talking while you stand their waiting and then you get the look when they finally bother to stop to help you. It’s not just Lowe’s in Framingham...Hudson location is just as bad and the employees there have no problem letting you know how much they hate their job.

Not as big as some other Lowes but it suffices. They have some good sales every now and then. Not as many items as the HD down the street but they get a plus from me for selling Charbroil grills and accessories.
