Had the best first time rental car experience with an associate named JP. I had arrived in Massachusetts from California to interview at Amherst and was extremely unfamiliar with the area and the social interactions of the area. JP was both welcoming and connectable while providing an impactful positive first impression of the Massachusetts region. Highly recommend this location based on his services and attitude!

My husband and I rented a car from this location a few days ago and it was my best experience with Enterprise. Ive been using Enterprise your years. I have know idea how the staff in Framingham manages to keep the volume of customers moving in and out without a hitch. I was so impressed! As always, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff despite the amount of customers (a few minutes prior to closing time) moving along. Very impressive! Bravo Framingham!!!

Mario was very professional, yet friendly, efficient, flexible and understanding. He helped us through many switches of vehicles because of our personal family situation. Kyle was also helpful in setting up the original arrangements. We were very pleased with the Kia Soul and the Nissan Armada which was a lifesaver moving household contents in bad weather. Added to all the good stuff was the fact that this was close to the Logan Express station and getting a ride to-and-fro was easy. The higher prices are offset by the convenience and customer service.

I worked with a very tall Caucasian young man I cant remember his name I want to say Mike.. the service he provided was outstanding his professionalism was great he did upsell but for the right reason he wasnt pushy at all he told me the benefits and it was like only 7 dollars more for the bigger car that he showed me that fit my needs. He had the car started up and ready for me.. great service

This enterprise location used to be fantastic and I would travel out of my way to work with them. Some people have quit or been moved to other locations and it’s now a complete disaster. The new “manager” is extremely rude. I’ve called and been told the manager needed to help me and he would call me back in 5 minutes. I’m still waiting for that call. I decided to just stop in to address the issue I was having with my current rental and he told me that he couldn’t do anything as he has other priorities than to help me. I have even witnessed him yelling at other customers when I was in there. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other enterprise location than this one.

Needed to rent a car with hour til closing time. Bryce was just too busy to call me back. Called them 30min later and got a promise for a call back, again. 5 min to the closing time, Bryce picks up. First he sais that he called me 3 times than 2 times and he got a voice message ... no I dont have a voice mail and I had my phone with me all this time and no record of anyone calling me.These people need some attitude re-adjustment. May be try another company that can handle giving a quote, I hope thats not too much to ask.

Great service by manager who knows how to treat a customer when I made a comment about my rental, not a complaint, just a comment, still he was quick to respond and apologized which earned my loyalty to Enterprise. I will rent from them again because of how well I was treated.

I have been renting at Framingham location, 18 Cochituate Road. Previously I did not have any issues but this is the first time I felt that I am not welcomed at Enterprise. The customer service was awful as the lady on the front desk ignored me and asked other customers and the other gentleman also was rude as he kept on staring and did not even ask whether I am being helped. The only person who was responsive and did a good job is Mario and I do appreciate his help as he came in and asked whether I need any help and provided the necessary service to get the rental. Hopefully this sort of behavior is addressed as it directly reflects on Enterprise culture. Also, it does turn off people to come to Enterprise if such behavior is not addressed.Regards,Fareed

Super friendly staff, quick and easy

Excellent. professional and courteous service from Dan and Betsy at Framingham Enterprise location. Very prompt, no waiting to pick up or return vehicle. Would happily use this location again. Like many other Enterprise locations, the staff is really the difference, although Enterprise prices are usually the most competitive.

I will never rent from this location again, the woman at the desk was one of the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with, I knew more about their system than she did. Not to mention, what should have taken 5 minutes, took 20 due to her lack of ability to function effectively at her job. When I expressed my displeasure with the service, the manager piped up that they were 5 cars short or some other nonsense, and that i should be grateful I am getting a car, though I had it bookes for months. And then the woman behindvthe counter decided she wasnt going to rent to me and took the keys back and was going to cancel my booking. What a disaster that would have been. Luckily, I left with the car after some major screaming (by me) and my weekend away went as planned. My advice, dont rent here.

Have rented from this location a few times. Good service, helpful, and when booked online, a price that is usually competitive or lower, certainly than airport locations. Rented a Prius this time...loved it!

This was my first time using the pick up / drop off service and the staff at Enterprise was wonderful! Joe was a pleasure to work with; I loved my upgrade, and I will definitely use this location when I return next year!

Didnt have a good experience here! Ive never had this problem with enterprise before, but I found that the staff here was rude and definitely not accommodating. Would not recommend it. Use the Natick store instead! The car that we got was not good either! The lock was not working and the least we expect is to be told that its not working. In any case, would not recommend.

On several occasions Ive counted on this Enterprise location through the high volume and salty customer traffic, Ive always been treated well and kept informed on the status of my requests. Branch Rental Manager, Langa Mchunu was especially cordial and accommodating on my most recent rental experience and as much as I appreciate the rental service itself, I want this review to recognize Langa as being a fantastic professional and committed to the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
