I have been to Rons twice with two separate tire issues, and I have to say that they have been great both times. Knowledgeable, communicative and clearly had a mastery of tire knowledge.The first time my in-laws were visiting and we saw a nail sticking out of the tire. I brought it over and stressed that the in-laws could not leave until the tire was fixed. They understood how dire this was and bumped me to the head of the line. OK, not quite, but close to it.Given that I have a mix of sports cars all the way through an excavator, I expect to be back at Rons in the future.

Went to Rons tire and service in framingham.long story short. originally went to a different shop because i had blow out on masspike. (fuller auto body on route 20 never go to this place)went there they balance the tires. and holysh!t my car was a blender the next day telling me how they couldnt do a alignment t because of that and how my rim was egg shaped. trying to up sell me all kinds of services. i went to rons. which the place i have always went. but it was so far for a tow. but next time. Im going there no mater how far away i amthey were able to get me in, on short notice. literally i called at 7:55am. and they got me in at like 8:03amgot on the highway and my car run beautiful. no shakes no vibrations.they made my day better and right before the weekend. great servicei recommend to anyone that might see this post. go to Rons. they are the best. in town. friendly people. they even have lobby. with a nice to tv coffee. friendly staff and respectful and honest people!

Came ready to purchase tires and asked r.j for help finding a good set of tires. after a few questions regarding tire prices he told me to leave the store and told me to go else where because I was giving him a “ hard time “ all I did was ask for him to check a different brand then the one he recommended.. aggressive and unprofessional! I do not recommend their services.. unless you like being mistreated and overcharged .The owner contacted me and didn’t even apologize ! Said he was going to speak to rj and see what happened and get back to me.. still no call back from the owner. So If you’re reading this! We have been bringing our car to Rons for the past 10 years because of their good service and fair prices. Today I brought in a 2009 Volvo C30 with 118k miles on it to be evaluated for as potential purchase for my son. RJ listed the issues of the car and recommended not purchasing it due to said issues. This honest advice and service saved me a TON of money and future headaches. Its nice to have a trusted mechanic in the neighborhood since we will CONTINUE to bring our cars here for service. If you have not tried them out yet, I suggest that bring your car in for an oil change or tire rotation and give them a chance to earn your respect and your business. Great service and expert advice. This is a place you can trust. Ive dealt with Rons for years and have had many cars tires and alignment done by them. They even did my 1957 Chevy! There are no gimmick sells here. Its just a plain fair deal on any type of tire. You can do the research and tell them what you want or ask them to suggest a tire. Either way youll make out great. The atmosphere isnt grand and looks a little run down but I dont care about expensive showrooms. (but their bathrooms are clean). I just want good service and a quality tire thats right for my car at a decent price. They set your expectations honestly. You really cant go wrong here. I highly recommend Rons.

I was seen right away with a bum tire, it was fixed and I was on my way in under an hour.

True and honest.. Went for my tyre replacement but they said everything is fine. I am not good in automotive. If they dint tell me the truth I would have spent around 400$ for my tires which is in a good shape and can run another 6-8 months. My inspection passed without any issues. Thank you guys for being honest

Overall, I am satisfied with Ron’s Tire Service. I brought my car there to get my summer wheels/tires balanced and installed. I also needed an inspection and they partner with a local third-party service that they can bring it to. I dropped off my car at 8 am so that I could get it back by 430. The friendly counterman said it would be completed around 2. Excellent! This couldn’t have been a more perfect scenario. But as 2 o’clock came and went, I never received a call on my car’s status and decided to check in around 3. The counterman seemed flustered and said it was ready but just needed to be picked up from the inspection location. Great! I said I’d be there around 430 to pick it up. I show up at 430 and the counterman apologetically says, they are just finishing up the last two wheels and it should only take another 15 minutes. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but on this particular day I needed to be somewhere. So 30 minutes later I get my car. I understand that things happen and everything doesn’t always turn out the way you expect it to but this was a simple wheel swap and inspection. It shouldnt have taken 9 hours. My point is they didn’t follow through on their promise and also didn’t make an attempt to make up for it with a discount or even a coupon. And it’s for that reason that I won’t be returning.

I can describe them in just one word - Honest. A small nut had stuck to one of the tire. Since I stay quite far from Framingham, I took the tire to two different tire shops but they returned the tire back to me telling that its not repairable and right away gave me quotes for new tires. Before buying a new one, I just wanted to try with another tire shop and then I came across Rons on google maps which had good reviews. I scheduled an appointment and took the car there. I was promptly attended and after 10 minutes, they checked the tire and mentioned that the tire is not punctured at all. They took out the nut, performed some tests and confirmed that its in good condition. They then replaced the spare tire with this tire. They did not charge a single penny for all these. I asked them for the quotes for changing my aging tires and got a very good quote.I am highly impressed with them. Henceforth, Ill be taking my car there for all services. Its hard to find such honest guys these days.

They were excellent!! Im from out of town and needed to replace a flat tire so I could safely make my way back to western mass. They were super nice and quick. Their prices were very competitive and their waiting room was comfortable for me and my toddler. I recommend them highly.

Great place, Great guys, glad I found a shop here that I can trust. Moved here some months ago and got a screw in my tire this past weekend. Saturday: screw in my tire, local gas station put a patch in. Drive around and all good. Sunday: come out to a flat tire. Gas station closed, Firestone quoted me $200 for a new tire...couldnt be patched. Monday: gas station gave me my money back, said they would not try a second time. Called Rons and asked for a new tire....they quoted me $180. I get there and they patch the tire for 30 bucks....yeah. They couldve charged me $180, kept the tire and called it a day. Real good guys, will definitely be going back...I suggest to you try them out also.

Places like Rons are hard to find these days, where you can get excellent and honest service for a reasonable price. Several times I have come here for minor repairs and each time was very satisfied with attitude, service and price. This time I left my car for service because dashboard was dark and lights were not working. This is an old car and I expected some electrical issue. Rons team discovered that nothing was actually wrong with the electrical, except the dimmer was shut down. Not only was I not charged for their time but they also wrote instructions for me how to operate the dimmer. There is no place better than Rons.

Just dropped off our cars and it was a smooth and positive experience. Looking forward to seeing our new tires later today.

I am relatively new to the area, and am gradually finding things like auto shops, dry cleaners, etc. that I can trust. Add Rons to that list. I called at 4pm on Monday and was able to come in at 8am on Tuesday to get my flat tire looked at. Rather than get me to buy a whole new tire, these guys found the problem and fixed it on the existing tire, within about an hour for a very reasonable price. When its time to get a new set of tires, I will definitely be coming back to Rons!

Recently I went to Ron’s to have a punctured tire repaired. As always the price was good and the service was tremendous. I couldn’t get to Ron’s before 4:30 pm and the shop normally closes at 5:00 pm. Ron juggled the schedule and had the shop open a bit late so that I could get the vehicle all set that evening.My family and I have all of our vehicle maintenance and repair work done at Ron’s, we know the work will done right, we’ll get sound, honest advice on options, and the price is alway good. There have been times one of us brought a car in expecting a large repair bill only to be pleasantly surprised the fix was simple and very inexpensive.One of my adult sons needed a used vehicle to replace his aging car, he let Ron know his price range and the things he was looking for. Ron let my son know when a viable vehicle was prepared for sale. I am glad that my son chose to get his vehicle from Ron, the vehicle is in excellent condition, Ron’s gone through it completely to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises. If you, a family member or a friend needs tires, repair or maintenance work I suggest trying Ron’s.

I have been having all my cars serviced at Rons for probably 15-20 years. They have always been honest and professional, even telling me I did not need to have work done when I had actually requested it. They have kept my cars running in great shape. Whenever I need tires, I just have Ron suggest the right one and thats it.....I trust him completely to give me the right tires at the right price. My son who lives in Brooklyn, NY even brings his car to Ron when he is in town visiting us.In an area like auto service, which can be a blind item for most of us, it is great to have someone that has been so great to deal with for all these years that you can trust to not take advantage of people. Really good tire service. They work clean and honest. Replaced for free lug nuts that other tire shop almost messed up. Balancing is good too - very quiet ride. They have used tires at good price, just ask.

Excellent! Ive had my car serviced there twice, once for tires, breaks and rotors and another time for a 100K tune up. I thought the tires and brakes were a fair service, and I shopped that around a bit. When I needed the 100K tune-up, I realized Rons is much more than just tires. They did my timing belt, water pump, AC & power steering belts, oil change, transmission fluid change, radiator flush, repaired a muffler, and got a inspection sticker put on the car - for MUCH less than my old mechanic quoted me.Great, honest service, and an excellent price! I will be servicing my car here from now on.

Came in looking for a deal on a tire and they delivered 100%. I took it to another shop for mounting and balancing on their recommendation. That shop didn’t balance it so I came back and they took $12 off the cost despite the other shop inconveniencing me which blew me away. Although they were busy they brought my car in right away and made me feel like I was their number one priority during my visit.Outstanding and timely service with fair prices. Sooooooo much happier here than at the large chain I used to go to. Prices are just as good here. Service is excellent. They have specialized equipment to do things like road force balance (a better way to balance if the regular way still has vibrations) and a rim straightener (needed if you dent your cast aluminium wheels).Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. And unlike that big national chain, they can actually do repairs if needed. The other place will and you packing if they cant loosen a tie rod end...Ten stars!!

What can I say, Rons Tires especially RJ was God sent! I have had problems with my car for a year now after lack of communication and follow through by a national dealership. This literally took the guys at Rons Tire a day to figure out and 2 weeks to repair (due to my 3rd party warranty company) despite being crazy busy especially since I dropped it off prior to Christmas.They were understanding, knowledgeable, didnt give me the run around, explained in detail what was wrong with my car; discussed possible solutions, but above helped make this process easy especially since they had the misfortune of having to deal with my 3rd party warranty company, which they took care of as well; they even got them to cover a brand new piece and a Rons Tire recommended used part.Finally my car is properly fixed and I no longer have to worry about my drive shaft or any part of the AWD breaking while driving alone with my girls. I cant thank RJ and the guys at Rons Tires enough, I am beyond grateful, Thank you!!

My family all brings their cars there.When I purchased a full set of new tires and the employee never tried to upsell me, but rather listened to my needs and made his best recommendations for my car and my financial situation. I bought snow tires from Ron and found his pricing to be very competitive. He was able to calibrate the TPMS for the vehicle and was also able to find that one of the wheels was warped. Since then he was done the recalibration at no charge.

Fast turnaround - got everything done for a tire repair in less than an hour even with 4 other customers in queue.
