This shop is amazing!!! My splash shield was attached incorrectly at a different mechanics shop in Florida and ended up being torn apart as I drove.I ended up having to pull over into Murphys after 7 (closing time) to beg the owner to help me take the part off my car so I could get back onto the road safely.I was helped, even after closing, and I am so grateful for this shop! They do fantastic work and are so helpful. Thanks again!!!

I recently went to Murphys to have them check out the air conditioning unit in my 2017 Kia. It has been running hot on these early, almost summer days. A few hours later I got a call and was told that my system problem should be covered by my warranty. In addition, I was told about another problem associated with my air conditioning that was only found by a thorough inspection. I called my dealership and I have an appointment with them next week. Murphys charged me nothing! Problem should be solved next week, at no cost to me, and with the additional problem taken care of! I appreciate the honesty and professionalism!

Ive been going to Murphys for 10 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. Joe and his crew are outstanding and when ever I drive out of there after a service, I feel so safe and pretty darn happy. My Honda is going on 21 years and still rides like a champ. Why? Because Ive been taking it to Murphys for maintenance.

Another fantastic experience at Murphys. When my car broke, they let me know they were booked solid and may not be able to look it for a week. They were able to squeeze it in somewhere and I picked it up 2 days after dropping it off! Great communication, great price and a very clean shop with sanitizers readily available.

I dropped off a rim and tire for tire replacement. It takes 3 tenths of an hour to do so. Thats 18 minutes. They have had it for 4 business days, and its not done. Ive worked in the auto industry for 13 years, worst service Ive ever seen. I should also add they have the replacement tire in their shop. Just dont care about small jobs i guess

I have taken my cars to Murphys for little things for years but when I bought a brand new car last year I had an extended warranty with the dealership. However when I drove by the dealership a month ago I noticed they were out of business and GONE- with no notice. So when my car had major brake problems a few days ago- I panicked. When I got home I had an email from Murphys reminding me that they are there and open for business- (YAY) so I called them and ended up dropping off my car there that night so they could check it out in the morning which they did and immediately got back to me. By noon time my car was fixed, paid for, and I was on my way to work. They do amazing work and everybody there is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. (Shout out to Ray -Ray!) I appreciate them taking my car in with no notice and no appointment and fixing it so quickly- Im very thankful for Murphys and I highly recommend them for all your cars maintenance needs!

Murphys checked out my car, and told me that it was not worth sinking a lot of money into it. The car was old with a lot of miles on it, and had a lot of potential expensive issues. They were very honest and forthcoming. It was much appreciated.

As usual, the guys @ Murphys did a great job. The rear brakes on my Escape had accumulated a great deal of rust and couldnt function properly. The rust caused the brakes to score the rotors and I had to have them replaced at 15441 miles.They did the job expertly and in an amazingly short period of time. I will always use their services for both of our cars.

The service I receive from Murphys is always great. Just last week I had a dead battery and a check engine light warning. Although they were fully booked, they squeezed me in and my car was back on the road the same day. They are always friendly, professional and efficient. Dont go to murphys unless youve got bank. They have disdain for budgets. So rather than fixing the things I could afford, they kept the car all day, did not fix anything, did not call me, and then charged me the $50 evaluation fee (which should have gone to repairs) to get my car back. I am a single mother, its the holidays, and thats how they treat new customers. I would have spent thousands with them... Just a few hundred each month as my budget allowed.but now I am looking for a mechanic that will actually HELP me!

Came in at 5:05pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend and desperately needed an inspection sticker. The service technician gladly helped me even though it was after hours for inspections and they closed in less than an hour. He was so polite the entire time and replaced my brake light that I didnt know was out and Im sure he had other work to do. Would recommend these guys to anyone!!

As usual, Murphys Automotive did not disappoint, when I brought my 2004 Jeep Liberty Sport to them again this spring for its annual tune-up. After they do whatever it is that people who know cars do under the hood and below the cab, my 12-year-old truck drives almost as if it is brand new. With the age and mileage of my vehicle, the problems grow more serious with each year, and this time was no exception, and included a check engine light that would not disappear, and wheel rims that were so old and rusted, my tires could not stay inflated. Murphys put me back on the road safely in no time (the work taking just a few hours). And now I am good to go for another year in my old Jeep, and all for only about $200. They could have told me a dozen things were wrong with my Jeep, but instead they were honest, applied their experience and knowledge, and fixed the vehicle. I have absolutely no reason to ever want to have my car(s) serviced any place else except Murphys.

Used to be customer., Front brakes and rotors replaced $300. +. Rotors wore out in 20.000 miles. pad wear indicators were showing pads were still goodslide pins were not greased, bottom pin with the bushing installed on top. pad brackets rusty .Logic would dictate without proper lube; brakes apply more slowly and abrupt . and they dont release properly and wear on the rotors. a Safety issue !!. I have mechanics experience .Have your brakes inspected every 7500 miles by a trusted mechanicI requested from Joe ceramic brake pads. they installed semi metallic that give off black brake dust ceramic dust is gray. 2000 miles I complained to Joe they were not ceramic he insisted and brow beat me they were ceramic.With him the worn brakes will be my fault if you have a problem with a repair you got there good luck .Another time I got very sick while my car was being serviced there. I had to call 911 ALSNot one of these fine mechanics showed any concern. When I returned for my car Joe did not even have the decency to ask how I was doing . what nice people
