This gym is great! Staff is super friendly and care about their customers. Besides the facility being amazing, this gym has everything you could possibly ask for in a top notch gym! Highly highly highly recommend!!!

It has the equipment I need and use but when it rains it leaks and the staff put out buckets to solve this problem

This gym is becoming so run down, condenced and old. Poorly managed as well by owners who only care about putting money in their own pockets rather than keeping the promise of renovations and ALL new equipment. The only consistent thing at this place is the lies and empty promises of renovations, promotions, etc. that management has been telling people for YEARS now. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this gym. If you want a 24/7 gym, go to Anytime or somewhere like that because this place is not worth it.

This gym is just awful! It is completely run down the machines are from the early 90’s, the steam room doesn’t work, even the dumb bells are falling apart. I left Planet Fitness for this place WHAT a mistake! Now I’m stuck in a rigid contract with this place for 7 more months. And let’s not mention that now this place stinks of mold. It should be condemned!

Love love love this gym.. Trainers are awesome Sean and Angela are AMAZING... I wouldnt change gyms for nothing there clean and the people that come to work out are nice... This gym is definitely a no judge gym no one there public or employees look at you funny or stare their all very helpful and friendly.... BEST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO...

This gym is very run down compared to the other Answer is fitness gyms. It has very basic machines and weights. The steam room has been broken for years and this gym clearly lied about the 500k remodel. The only good thing about this gym is that its open 24/7. I left this gym shortly after seeing how bad the remodel was.

They are happy to continue to take your membership dues while locking the doors and keeping you locked out. When you question this they cancel your membership. Not here for the members, only for themselves.

Unfortunately, I could not sign up with Answer is Fitness Foxboro. My pet peeve is when companies will say do anything to get you into the door and they do the old bait & switch on you... I contacted them about specials going on, they sent me an email that stated 6 months free with their $30 VIP membership, with a 1-year commitment. That sounded great! So, I went in to redeem this offer, I was told they only have 3 months free now and asked to see my email they sent me. I showed them and that followed with Its the first 50 people to sign up, and we have already signed up 50 people. I mean you guys literally just sent this to me. did you really get that many people to sign up... (NO) Mind you my inbox is not the only place Ive seen this deal. All the community pages have the owners or employees commenting the same deal plus the bring in another gyms key card etc...(You know the pages where your community asks and posts the same things over and over like What’s a good gym in the Area? or Getting sick of PF what are my options?). So now we have this review where I’m disappointing in the actions taken place. If they had real business sense they would sign customers up no matter what, the money is always going to be there in the long run HELLOO. I don’t like when people try and pull the wool over my eyes, I take offense. So, the picture attached to this review is one of Fit Factory, this is where I signed up because of this scam. If I can urge one other person to do the same. I will feel better about trying to get taken for a ride.The only reason this Post is not on Facebook, is because they have reviews turned off. Yes they will not let people review their gym… I wonder why.

My son LOVES Playcare! The staff is welcoming, cheerful, and fun! Very clean environment! And theres lots of stuff for him to do!The gym is clean, and well equipped! Theres something for everyone!

Good place to get fit.

Great gym but is starting to get very full. Parking can be hard at peak hours. There is usually enough equipment for what you are looking to do.

Gross gym!! Constantly unorganized and dirty!

I was in the locker room changing and seen a grey mouse run across the floor. Then 2 weeks later There was a cockroach in the locker. I will find another gym to go to for sure now.

Not a bad gym at all. cute little warmup/yoga area with some pull up bars, cables, kettlebells and a full blown weight room. squat racks, dumbbells 80+, etc...decent barbells. knurling is better than what you will find at LA fitness but nothing to write home about. plenty of accessories for use by those who wish (dip belt, etc...)can get a little bit crowded during peak hours but overall its decent

Not worth 10$ a month and left the area of local gym. When I realized I couldn’t use the other branches unless I paid 30$ a month I tried to cancel. They informed me I cannot cancel anywhere besides IN PERSON at the branch I signed up at (foxboro) which is now an hour away.

Ive been going to this gym for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The staff if very friendly and the gym is kept pretty clean and tidy. I looked at both this location and the Attleboro location when I signed up and Im so glad I chose this one. The monthly rate is cheaper than any other gym Ive been to and they have all the cardio, trx, and strength training equipment I need for my workout. The locker rooms have a steam room and a sauna along with showers and lockers available for daily use. This gym has a smoothie bar and options to sign up with personal trainers. Im also very excited to try out the new massage therapist who runs her business right in the gym on the second floor. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Foxboro area!

I have been going to this Gym for over a year now, and the steam room has been broken the whole time. Its time to fix the steam room or me and my possy are finding a new gym.

There billing practices are very very deceptive when you cancel they charge you a yearly membership fee but dont tell you that stay far away from this place !!!

Horrible experience with billing office. They do charge renewal membership fee without prior notice. Unable to solve it. Very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service.
