Absolutely in love with the service I received from Ellie today. She is so friendly and sweet. It felt like Ive known her forever. She exceeded my expectations by far. I literally am amazed. Shes professional, very experienced, and without a doubt super talented in her profession. I highly recommend her for your next hair service. You wont be disappointed. I dont trust many hair salons after bad experiences in the past ( I have extremely long hair). I put my trust in her and she 1000% delivered!!!

I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews unless the service is amazing or absolutely horrible. In this situation the service was so bad I dont even feel like one star is deserved. Came in for a balayage with picture REFERENCES and that is far from what I got. Left the salon in semi shock but didnt realize what a horrible job was done until I came home and combed out the curls. It was patchy and she used bleach without asking. Never in my life have I had worse service. And I payed 165 plus tip. Asked for partial refund later that day and was denied. Went to a veda spa and salon today and had it corrected. I now have to have visits to correct the damage that was done. Fyi the owner did this. Please dont go here if you want your hair done professionaly. I also had to have my cut corrected so even that wasnt done correctly. Veda Spa is amazing though if anyone needs a cut and color and they charged me less than the owner did.

Ellie did an amazing job. This was the first time Ive ever gotten the exact haircut I asked for. Simply amazing. If youre a female, you know how hard it is to part ways with your long locks and also how hard it is to find a good hairdresser! I am not going to lie, I was so nervous during my haircut because I was afraid it wasnt going to be what I wanted. But, it was exactly what I had in mind. I asked for an A-line bob and she made sure it was perfect!! At a great price too! I wont be going anywhere else from now on and I highly recommend!!!

Ellie is AMAZING! I called her in short notice and had to get in, she openly made time for me and got me in right away despite her busy schedule. Im so picky about my hair and stylist! Her prices are so fair...Let me say that again...SO FAIR! and her work is AMAZING! She has cut my hair, colored my roots and added highlights. Ellie did such a great job on my hair! Im growing out a pixie and its in that weird stage, and Ellie made it look amazing, without taking off my length. She worked quickly, but didnt hurry- you can tell she knows exactly what shes doing. Shes so easy to talk to and just as sweet as she can be! Ellie has earned a new client!

I have only been to see Miss Ellie twice. The second time was on a Saturday and I had a wedding to attend on Sunday. My hair was perfect! I am pretty picky about my hair and I have some annoying cowlicks that make it hard to manage sometimes. Ellie listened to me, dealt with the cowlicks and cut my hair so that it does exactly what I want it to. Just blow dry it and go. I love it and will be going to Ellies Edge exclusively from now on!

I bought my niece in last week for hair cut last week for a haircut. First time. Never even knew this salon was here. Ellie got her right in. Very friendly. Gave my niece a very nice cut and style. I went in for a spiral perm and it came out AMAZING!!!! I was kind of nervous but Ellie made me feel so welcomed and she’s so nice and super funny! Will definitely come back! 100% recommend!

When I got my hair cut it was really uneven! The owner is really unprofessional! she didn’t give me the color I wanted and right after I got my hair done here I found out I had lice. She doesn’t sanitize anything! STAY AWAY! Don’t recommend!

Very unfortunate, I thought we had great conversation and that she was a lovely, God fearing woman. After paying $130 for color, I hated it. I didn’t have the guts to tell her to her face or call her myself and ask for a refund; however, after I told my husband I spent another’s $200 at Veda Salon to get it fixed, he called. She refused to refund my card, didn’t even offer 1/2 back, just said we were looking for a free dye job. Well that’s dumb! I’ve taken my children here a few times now, well not any more.(I wish it would let me attach a photo)

I would give her 0 stars if possible. I had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came in with an appointment and I expected her upmost attention when doing my hair because it involved bleach.I showed her a picture of what I wanted exactly and she agreed that she was able to do it. It was a balayage going from light brown.(She was the only person there. So she was the only one taking clients)She started to put the color in my hair and then someone came in with a hair cut and she stopped coloring my hair to cut hers, Which was fine. When Ellie was puttin the bleach in she had 2 more customers come in and she seemed overwhelmed. So she just slapped the rest on my hair and put 2 towels on my head and I waited. She did a male cut that didn’t take long, then she had another person doing just a style. 45 minutes go by and my head is burning, so like anyone would do, I told her. She came over and Checked it, put a timer on and went back to styling the girls hair. So we waited and waited. Then the timer goes off after the 15 minutes and she says 10 more minutes. Then 5 more minutes.She didn’t wash my hair until she finished completely with her other client. By then I was pretty bent out of shape. My head was on fire, it felt like she forgot about me, and I had spent half the day there already.She washed my hair and then cut it. When she was cutting it, it felt heavy and unnatural. ( I’ve had my hair bleached professional before this and it was nothing like this)Ellie faced my towards the door away from mirror when she was styling it so I couldn’t see the damage. My hair was just breaking and falling out. It was a sight to see. She finished and showed me. LET ME TELL YOU. My hair felt like Velcro. I could run my fingers through it. So whatever I paid her and left. DISPLEASED. Honesly, I wouldn’t have paid her if I knew how bad it was.My hair since has been cut 2 times and it’s a bib style. I had to cut all my hair off because I couldn’t brush it and do anything without it falling out. I didn’t wash it or wet it. But the only way to fix it is to get rid of it.My new hair lady told my that she has NEVER in her YEARS of worki has she seen such damaged hair. I would NEVER EVER recommend her to touch your hair. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK.

Went to every hairsalon in fountain colorado was so unhappy with cut and color.went to ellie and gave me exactly what i want.she really has a talent and knows what she is doing.if you live in fountain or even colorado springs and need your hair done i highly recomend ellies edge you will be as happy as i am thanks ellie your the best and glad i have the best hair stylists in colorado.
