Little metal plate came off the backpack after 2 months. Just popped off. their website touts exchanges and refunds, I just want a repair. Customer Service tells me to glue the metal plate to the canvas backpack :/ No other solutions or attention given. What a shame but I am walking around with a pack with little holes in it now so I guess this product is going to speak for itself.
