Appreciated Johns responsive and very insightful knowledge regarding my laptop repair. My windows notebook needed new thermals and a fan clean up; I left my computer at the store and the following day I was able to pick it back up! Thank you John!

In general, quick repairs in under an hour if nobody is ahead of you, knowledgeable, quick diagnosis, and the repaired phone looks great. One recent iPhone 7 repair used the cheaper of the two screens offered ($70~ vs $100~). The assumption was that the display would look better with the more expensive one, but otherwise function like the original. IPhone came back in under an hour looking great, but when using the Japanese 10 key flick keyboard at high speed, occasional characters would be dropped or repeated. Naturally, qwerty keyboard worked fine as does general touchscreen use. Thus, the poorer touchscreen performance under this specific keyboard use means the new screen replacement using the cheaper option less than ideal. Potential touchscreen issues were not brought up before repairs - only the visual quality would differ. Thus, 4 stars since the repair isnt idea for this particular use situation. For regular qwerty keyboard users, Im sure others will find out to be a 5 star experience typing and in other use since the issue appears to occur only during very fast 10 key flick entry, not the standard qwerty key touch entry.
