I have always had outstanding service from Experimax (Formerly Experimac). I have bought about 5 devices (3 Macbook Airs, 1 Macbook Pro, 1 iPad Air 2) from them and always happy with my purchase. My most recent purchase from December 2020 had a small issue and they fixed it for me at no charge within an hour. The employees really know their Apple devices and only sell the good year Apple computers and stay away from ones they know will have issues. Kevin replaced my hard drive on my slow computer last week. He put some type of faster hard drive in it and now its running better then it was brand new!

Experimax save me big time! I dropped my phone in water and it wouldnt show any sign of turning on. All I cared about was the pictures because I had baby pictures on it and my wife would kill me if I lost them. Experimax not only recovered my data but also got the phone working like normal all for only $150 for a motherboard repair. Other places quoted me $200-$300 and couldnt guarantee data recovery either. Thanks so much!

I have bought 2 MacBook pros and 1 iPad from here. They always have amazing customer service. Kevin answered all my questions and even went out of his way to help me recover data off an old computer that wouldn’t turn on. I would recommend them for any repairs also. Had my iPhone screen replaced and they did great!

Worst experience at experimac store. I bought a phone and it shouldn’t have even been sold to me it was so defective. I returned it to store so they could fix it, they weren’t able to fix it so they make me file on warranty. Warranty fails to fix it 2 times, still people cannot hear me well on speaker or handset. And to top it all off I paid for liquid screen protector and warranty returned without my screen protection because they replaced the screen without telling me, and now my screen is cracked.

The staff at Experimax is amazing! They replaced my phone screen in under 30 mins when they originally told me an hour. I could tell the screen was high quality parts, unlike the last place I went too. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They also sell Preowned Apple devices at great prices!

The team at Experimax is amazing and always so helpful. Ive had them come out for house calls and recently bought a phone from them. They also activated Spectrum Mobile service and saved me a bunch of money from what Verizon was charging me. Thanks for all the help!

Great staff and very fast service! They knew the exact issue that was causing my macbook pro not to boot and were able to solve it quickly. They also offered good advice on how to prevent future issues! Very grateful to have such a good local shop nearby.

Ive been to this shop three times and always leave with a smile. Rather than providing me with one options, the employees always give me a few of my best options. They fixed my screen for a great price in a matter of 30 minutes. When my phone broke they told me to try Apple as it might be a manufacturers issue. Turns out they were right and I got a free new phone!

They have an excellent team. They repaired my phone, and I got my Spectrum service activated in the store. Very professional, I would recommend for any Spectrum order and phone repairs.

I had Kevin install a SSD in my daughters MacBook Pro. He also removed the CD Rom drive and installed the old hard drive in that slot. Unfortunately, within 4 months the SSD went bad. When I brought it back he told me there was no warranty after 3 months. I took it to another place and they told me the SSD was very old. I asked Kevin about that and he said it came in an inventory he got when he took over the store. He wouldnt do anything about it.

Ive been a returning customer for the last 2 years & I can confidently say this is the best place to get your phone repaired. Quality parts for their screen replacements, the best pricing in town & superb customer service.I recommend this place to all my friends.

Great repair facility for tech. Theyve helped me out of 3 gadget jams now, and each experience has been top notch service, very acceptable pricing and completion speed much faster than I had anticipated. Dont hesitate to try this place first if you have a broken screen, battery issue or even a wet phone! WARNING: if your phone does get wet, DONT plug it in to try to get it to turn back on first! Seriously, if it was charged before you spilled water on it and its not turning on now, running little bolts of lightning from your wall socket to wake it up will probably fry it beyond anyones help. But you probably wont see this message until AFTER youve done that..., shoot...

My daughter has an iPhone and weve been very happy with Kevin in the Fountain Valley store, he has fixed her phone and given us a reasonable deal the times weve visited. They always answer ?? and are VERY helpful. Will definitely return and would refer to friends

I came to Experimac very worried that I would need a new phone because my screen was cracked so bad.I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite, and fast. I had my phone back in less than 30 minutes and havent had any issues with the new screen. It was much cheaper than going to the Apple Store also.Would recommend to anyone!!!

This is one seriously good repair shop! There are tons out there, but these guys work exceptionally fast and at great prices. You just cant beat the friendly environment or knowledgeable employees either!

I broke my iPhone this summer to the point it was unusable and shut off. I freaked out because I never back it up. I contacted about 5 cell repair places on yelp and tech got back to me with the best price.

I will not do business with this company again. They do not follow up with their warrantys. They make you pay for their service, even though its under warranty, and then you have to try to get reimbursed. Now I am in about $200.00 for 2 screen replacements (under warranty) and havent received a dime back. They just give you a phone number to call and you have to fight for yourself.

Great customer service and timely fixes. I’ve brough multiple phones here for several different issues and they always took care of me in a timely fashion. I’ve also had to bring my MacBook here and I’ve been very pleased with the level of expertise the owners and staff display each time I’m there.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me fix a complex problem with my iPhone and went above and beyond to make sure my phone was as good as new.

Very nice guys working there but when the fixed my screen they messed up some stuff on my phone then baseically told me they cant do anything about it. When the issue didnt occur until after they fixed the screen. Honestly was very upset with my whole experience there.

Had the worst experience ever, there was this technician called James who fixed my iPhone screen and messed up my Touch ID and couldn’t care less about fixing that issue. He acted as if it was bound to happen and I was a fool to point it out for him. A day after he fixed my screen my phone became super hot while charging and died for 5 hours, when I went back to ask him while it was dead he said I can’t help it.They are so irresponsible and rude. They don’t take responsibility of their crappy fixes.Very disappointed!!!!!!

I desperately needed to get my phone fixed as soon as possible, Apple said I had to wait 2 weeks!!! Kevin fixed my phone in just about 30 minutes! Very fast, very professional, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Just came from this place to have my iMac appraise.The guy told me that it will take 30 minutes to check if my iMac is working well then they can give me an estimate.To make the story short I waited for 1 1/2 hrs.What a waste of time...
