Horrible experience today after years and thousands of dollars spent at this location. The manager who should NOT be a manager for Verizon or anyone, completely was unprofessional and out of line. Would not serve myself and my son due to discrimination and saying she doesnt like my 13 year old and threw us out rudely stating she banned him and can refuse service to anyone she pleases. .Wouldnt give me the store information or her last name. First name sue, terrible customer service. I am reporting her for future termination.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! This is my first google review, I felt I needed to leave one because my experience with this store was that bad. I added a new phone line onto my plan in May, I was told with a trade in I would receive 800 dollars off a new phone. It didn’t happen and Nick told us in a few billing cycles it would be credited. 3 months later I went into the store to inquire about it. Nick’s response “I don’t know call customer service.” I will never be back to this store or recommend to anyone.

I am a Verizon customer visiting in fountain Hills. I have a plane to catch. They are only allowing one person in the store at a time. At this point in the pandemic, stores are opening up. There is no reason they could not allow more customers with social distancing/separation. Completely ridiculous as we all have masks and know the protocols for social distancing.

Worst place ever charge me incorrect amount and no receipt when getting a new phone said they would email it to me...never happened because they over charge me $125.00. Still do not have my $$ after two days and no resolution. ****Update it’s been 3 weeks and still no check..next step the BBB and news station…might be extreme but how many elderly have they double charge never to get refund.

Just went in store filled with people I walk in am told to sit outside.. ok that’s fine I get COVID.. but there 8 people all standing around.. one girl working has absolutely no customer service or even acted as if she wanted to help.. two people walked out so I walked in and she still told me to wait outside in the chilly store jail outside..one employee in a Verizon store on a Saturday . Ill be going to a real Verizon store .. I should have done that in first place.

I was there to get my new IPHONE, since first visit, it wasn’t in stock! The new 12 5G mini. The sales person had made an error in the order & was having trouble fixing her mistakes! I stood there for almost 2 hours! All she could say over & over, “ I’m sorry, it’s my fault! 😡😡 . Then I had to go away for 24 hours & this was on the 23 rd. She was to call me when everything was ready to go! It’s 3 days since Cmas!! No call yet 😡😡

My wifes phone crashed last night so we went to this Verizon store this morning. The customer service received from Bionca was outstanding! I hope that the owner of this store realizes what a valuable employee that they have in her. She excelled in every aspect of her job.

I was really impressed with their service. The Manager, Michael, was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to show me how to unlock all the functionality of my new phone. He ported over all the data without a glitch. He also noted I was using only a fraction of my data plan and enabled me to actually lower my monthly phone bill. Lastly, it was great to have a store that is located in Fountain Hills. It was much more convenient that driving 25 minutes into Scottsdale.

Grace did a great job with our new phone purchase. She solved all our problems patiently, and answered all of our questions. She educated us on everything we needed to know about the phone without my even asking. She is extremely professional and friendly. It was truly an enjoyable experience.

The manager of the Fountain Hills, Arizona store, Luke, was knowledgeable about all of the services at the store. He told me about a opportunity to have a Samsung Tab A because we had been with Verizon for over 10 years. Their was a small registration fee and we had to pay $10.00 per month to receive internet anywhere in their network. I returned to the store for help the day after tablet purchase. Luke was their for me again. When could not transfer files from a Amazon account to my new tablet. We worked together with a representative from Amazon to solve my problems. I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Luke to anyone in the area.

I added two people to my Verizon account. One person was with A T & T . Trying to get the phone number transferred from A T & T was made unbelievably difficult by A T & T. It took three hours to get them to unlock the phone to transfer the number to Verizon. Travis was extremely helpful and very patient. Verizon is fortunate to have him as their employee!!!

I am 29 years young officially today. I have worked in the service industry since able to legally work. Up until today I have never experienced the lack of service and knowledge from an individual that considers themselves a professional. I entered into Verizon Wireless attempting to move current data from a working phone to a replacement and was introduced to Cindy. She was unable to provide any viable solution and was heavily reliant on her subordinates that were currently dealing with other customers. When asking her if she was not familiar with what I was asking she was extremely aggressive and proceeded to scream OUT at me and pointed to the door. Maintaining composure as someone in the service industry should I did leave the store. I asked her for her store number in which she was unaware and said Palisades. My advice to anyone visiting this store is just veer away from Cindy.

Have always enjoyed this store. Being 82 years old Justin and Mike were very helpful in teaching me my new Samsung. Its a bit of a learning curve for me and Ive had a few questions, they did a great job answering my questions. Now if they had afternoon classes or a personal tutor I would be set! Best store in town.

Fountain hills 85268 Verizon Store is awesome!! I was close to the one on Shea FH. I will never go there again ! The manager Roxanne, has trained the staff with high standards!! Had an issue with contacts not sharing with my New LG GPad and the employee at the store, Mike, was able to get them all transferred over. He had to do it by hand but did it very efficiently. Every time I need an issue solved I come here 1st and they take care of it all. Best Verizon store in town and all the employees have been very helpful!

The Verizon Gowireless store on Palisades and Fountain Hills is top notch. They are always there to help answer your questions and make sure you understand what youre doing for senior citizen you cant beat that. They have some of the best help Ive ever encountered.. I had the pleasure of going into the Verizon store in Fountain Hills and the where I met Jakob, Roxanne and Travis. I was trying to switch carriers out of necessity and that is where I ran into problems with the other carrier who had taken both of my I phone 7plus that were bought unlocked and locked them. This carrier gave me the run around and it took 3 days many hours and a lot of stress to resolve.! Jakob stayed late the first night to help and worked with us then when we couldnt resolve the problem gave us phones to use because of medical necessity. The next day Roxanne helped even going as far as speaking to the other carrier . The third day when they finally unlocked our phones Travis set up our account. This store and the employees I had the pleasure if meeting is the best. Friendly, Professional and I highly recommend them.

Was working an older razr m for a while definitely towards the end of its life. Went to the local Verizon store and had the pleasure of working with Mike and he did a great job. Took his time, well educated with the devices and got me hooked up with a Droid turbo. Great store, made the process easy.

I went to this Verizon store a few days ago to switch out my cracked phone. My screen started to ink over the display so the touch pad and most of the pixels in the LCD were not working and Nicki was very helpful during the whole process.She was engaging and attentive, never pushed me to buy a pricier phone and even let me borrow her phone a few times to make a few calls since mine was out of commission. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and didnt break the bank. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

My Galaxy 6 phone which we had purchased elsewhere was damaged and we needed to send it back for warranty repair. We needed a phone in the interim and went to GoWireless in Fountain Hills to see if they could reactivate an older Samsung phone to use in the interim. I worked with Travis M and he couldnt have been more accommodating. He reactivated the phone and also advised us we could save money on our monthly Verizon bill by purchasing an additional tablet. Over a 2 year period, his recommendation will save us over $200. Id recommend GoWireless to anyone and advise them to ask for Travis M.

He set up his tablet so. I could compare basic type models. I purchased a LG Revere 3 at a remarkable value. He also NB showed me an Ellipsis 8 which was essentially free to individuals on the cell plan Im on. Travis service was excellent and I enthusiasticly recommend this store.

Roxanne is the manager at the store. I spent 7 mths in Arizonia and then go home to pa for 5 mths. there was not a retailer near my home that would exchange the screen protector. The closest was an hour away so Roxanne mailed me two of them to my home in Pa so I would not have to pay for a new one. How awesome was that!! This store will go beyond with their customer service.
