Really bad service, that’s if you can get them to answe the phone. I concur with the other reviews, the lady that answers the phone once a week is as rude as she is useless

Really nice employees. Much easier than calling or using the echat. I could never get a straight answer online or on the 800 number but these people took care of everything in under 10mins. Store is a real God send.

To make very very clear. This review is for the local office, NOT Cox. I find Cox a dishonest outfit that locked me into a 2 year contract that I was told I could cancel within 30 days, & this was not the truth. I told them I didnt want their security systems, etc. just internet & cable. To not accept this service, the price us higher. Can you say MONOPOLY?This local office was friendly & gave me quick service. 5 starts local office. 0 stars for Cox.

Outstanding service at this convenient location for people looking to add or get new services from Cox Communications. This location does a great job getting people set up with new service at great prices with equipment that they need.This location is not for repair or service issues as they have no ability to impact in those areas. I see a couple of negative reviews but it doesn’t seem fair as this location has nothing to do with the actual service being delivered through the network. Those negative review should be removed, it’s obvious they do not relate to this location.

This local office is so helpful. You can walk in or call and get your questions answered right away. They get things handled right away and with a smile.

This Cox location is locally owned & it shows. They care. Service is professional & friendly. The location is 20 minutes closer than the Scottsdale Cox office. They really spent time understanding my needs & finding solutions. I recommend them highly!

Pretty terrible service by the girl that answers the phone. Getting mad at me because I don’t know the details of how internet works isn’t fair. You’re the one selling it to me, you should be willing to educate and answer questions.

Cable through this company is a bad joke. Terribly erratic service for a long time. Do yourselves a favor and cut the cord at least for television. Directv not much better so go with Nerflix, Hulu or another streaming company and get a UHF dish for.local TV stations and national TV stations. Keep Internet from Cox as it is the only game in this area. I dont know what keeps CenturyLink in business.

Very friendly staff who take pride in providing thoughtful service. I prefer working with this location. They were very helpful when I had a question about upgrading my service to a higher speed internet. Locally owned & operated which makes ALL the difference.

Liars and thieves! A bunch of scandals who find different ways to up charge you every month. Stay away from this trouble. Also when you call in they act very unprofessional and rude.
