This place is in a solid position off of the 87 highway. The employees are a little odd and one guy always seems to be in a crabby mood. The bathrooms smell like they are mopped with urine. The gas prices are a little high compared to the rest of the valley but reasonably priced for fountain hills. I do like the fact that they redid the gas pumps and put in the advanced ones. This place needs a little work but I’ve seen worse circle k stores

You go from 24 hours to 16 because you can’t find employees?? Maybe you should raise your hourly rates is that too outlandish for Circle K.

Gas pumps wouldnt accept my debit card nor my credit card. Wanted me to go inside. I just went somewhere else and had no further issue. Wont be back.

I never have a bad experience here. Staff always helpful. I have been broke down here and they never once gave me a hard time for hanging out, waiting for some rescue.. Employees always in a good mood. . Keep up the good customer relations.

Normally I dont bother to review gas stations, but I had such a bad experience at this one today that I feel the need to. I stop at this location several times per week, sometimes daily. The stores cleanliness has gone way downhill over the past year, inside and out. The floors and filthy and sticky, the hot items are not well stocked (completely out today) and I would hesitate to trust them food-safety wise, considering they dont keep anything else up. The employee turnover must be terrible, as there used to be a couple of really friendly employees I would see there often including an older gentleman that was always busy cleaning. Now, you rarely see the same clerk twice. Today the pay-at-the-pump was out-of-order so there was a very long line inside. A person wearing a Circle K shirt- appearing to be a manager or senior staff member was leaning on the cooler doors BSing with a vendor leaning over his dolly, not bothering to staff the second cash register, restock the hot items or clean the sticky mess by the fountain drinks- for the entire 15 mins I was in the store! Almost half the soda options on the fountain machine were tagged as out. When I finally got to the front of the line to pre-pay (since pay at the pump was out of order) I realized I hadnt looked at my pump number. My vehicle was right in front in clear view of the register, but the young clerk said he didnt know which pump that was, so he would need me to go out and check and get back in line again. No thanks; I will make a point of visiting another gas station today and from now on.

Extremely rude employees, almost unbelievable. This store is so bad that I have already sent a message to Corporate. I left my wallet there on 11/21/16 and didnt realize it until I got to my friends house 18 miles away. I called to ask if they had my wallet, they said no. I didnt give up; I rode back to the store to ask them in person. The extremely nasty, ugly Jaqueline (sp?) proceeded to tell me, in her disgusting attitude, I already told you no. I still did not give up. I returned the next day to request looking at the surveillance video. The wretched Jaqueline informed me, as rudely as possible, that I had to wait for the manager who would not be back for an hour. I then asked if she could break my $100 bill so I could purchase gas. She scoffed and told me no, just like I told the guy a minute ago in her horrible witch-like manner. She is a disgusting human (yes, Im being nice for putting her in the same category as our species). I came back to the station in about 2 hours to talk to the very rude manager, Caroline, about checking out the surveillance videos. She rudely informed me that I couldnt see the tapes, only the police could. I cheered right up at the idea of being able to see the tapes. I hurried off to the police department and talked with an officer. He left the station and within 15 MINUTES he called me to tell me he had my wallet!!!!!! I was stoked but very angry as well. I had asked these low-life scumbags 4 TIMES about my wallet and they denied it every time!!! As soon as I got the police involved, and they knew it was coming, my wallet was promptly returned. Thank you so much to all of the Fountain Hills Community that assisted me in this venture. To the poor excuses for humans that are simply wasting oxygen, Steven, Caroline and most importantly, the wicked witch of the west, the disgusting, wretched, hideous Jaqueline, I hope you get everything you deserve in this life until it ends, hopefully in a very unpleasant way.
