I went in to have all tires replaced on my truck. Not only did they get the tires I wanted in stock, within just a couple days, they gave me a ride home while they worked on the replacement. The job was done well, and I felt for a great price. In these days, it is hard to find people who take good service seriously. These guys are incredibly professional and friendly. As a business owner myself, I appreciate good customer service. I highly recommend them!

We recently moved to Fountain Hills and received a welcome old change in the mail.Since we drove our vehicle here from Minnesota, it was a good time for an oil change and since we dont know of many businesses in town yet, we thought we would try them out since we will be needing tires and service work in the future. I made an appointment for an oil change for 9:00 a.m. The counter staff is less than friendly and my vehicle was not done until 10:20 which is way too long for an oil change and service points check if they even did that. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that the passenger seat was full of grime probably from the mechanic accessing the cabin filter. I just had the interior cleaned two days ago and no one had ridden in the passenger seat since. I brought it to the attendants attention at the front counter. They proceeded to try to rub it out with a dry cloth and spray window cleaner on the fabric. The mechanics who attempted to clean the seat were understanding and polite but the front counter contact seemed less than interested in trying to earn future business from me. I ended up going to the local detail place that cleaned the interior and they graciously re cleaned the seat at no charge when it was not their fault. As a result, I will never go back to Big O Tire again and will be seeking out a better service and tire center as needs arise in the future. Very disappointing.

Im happy with the new additions.My wifes Kia Sorrento had a leaky tire that Id been refilling. We decided to have it fixed or replaced. Recommended replacement due to tread wear less than 2mm. Happy with the tire availability, the fast service, and the price.

They were able to fit me in even know they were busy which was really awesome. Had a set of tires in stock that worked for my needs. Have never had anything beyond tire replacement so can’t comment on repairs or anything. No complaints about my choice to use this location for a set of new tires.

If you are looking for honest auto repair, this is the place. They tell you the cost up front and comes out right on the button. If additional costs are required they discuss it before the work. Oh, and the work is expertly done, your car will be worked on to factory specs.

We have been going to this Big O business for 11 years and have found them to be extremely honest, very reliable, and always helpful for whatever our vehicles need -from tires to any mechanical problem, and even to taking two of our vehicles to a great upholstery place. Their customer service is great! Even though we have to drive a long way to get there, its entirely worth it!

I give these clowns a negative five star rating,steer clear of this location, complete incompetence ..took the car in and asked to do a simple repair, replace a wheel stud. They took all the wheels off did some other work and then replaced the rims/wheels without repairing the broken stud which was why we took the car in to begin with. When asked why they didnt repair the broken stud or even mention it was broken the reply was, well we talk to allot of people about allot of things every day, we cant remember everything !!I suggest you find a different Big O location or different repair shop.

This is a top notch group of folks!! They have taken care of our cars for years, and have always done an exceptional job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their car. Their service is truly amazing!

Do not go here for mechanical diagnostics. Maybe OK for tires. Brought in a BMW X3 for a noise that sounded like a power steering pump. Staff said it was 2 belts, replaced them. Upon starting the vehicle, noise still there. When asked to respond to the problem, the mechanic said, well that wasnt there when he ran it. same noise, same problem.In my opinion, this Big O tire is not qualified to diagnose mechanical issues. They did however refund me labor for the 2 belts that I didnt need.UPDATE:Attached a photo(below) of a carfax report showing the original belts were replaced at 68,000 miles.

One think about BIG O is they are always ready to help with your car needs.I would recommend them anytime. Great service - good prices.

I Love these guys !!!!!!!!I did some research before deciding where to take my new tires that I had ordered online for mounting and balancing in my little beloved town of Fountain Hills, AZ. I had done some price checking with all the local shops and discovered that Big O Tires was half what it would cost me at the other guys. I brought my 5 tires there and had them mounted, balanced and put on the truck for $15 per tire, SUPER DEAL !!!!!!!!I scheduled my 4 wheel alignment a few days later and after they had my truck on the rack, came in and told me your truck is within specifications, so your truck doesnt need an alignment. How many places would do that? Most would have messed around under the truck for a while dropped it down, drove it out and charged me for the alignment I didnt need. AWESOME HONESTY & AND DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!I cant say enough about the Moral, Ethics, and Values exhibited by Manager Tom Hay and Counter Man Marc Bakunowski. Mark also turned me on to several websites where I could order accessories for my truck that Big O doesnt provide and I saved a ton of $ from his kind hearted referrals.Big O Tires ROCK. They have proven to me that they are not only the best deal in town, they are honest & trustworthy, and have more than earned my business.Check them out, you wont be sorry !!!!!!!!

They dint tell you that the tires arent always in stock or the exact price even when you call ahead.

Had an appointment at 8am to have my car smoked to find a leak. After ahowing up just before 8am was told the mechanic who could so it wouldnt be in till 9 -930. I returned at 915 and waited till 1015am before I left my jeep and got picked up. It wasnt till 1215 that I finally got a call telling me the issue. I was told smoking a car only takes 10-15 min. So if the shop charges $99 dollars an hour, that would be 4 hours of my time I wish I could see that time back where I had to wait to take care of my priorities. Why is only 1 person allowed to smoke a vehicle and cant show up on time. Why couldnt someone else smoke it and have me on my way. Waiting area is also completely uncomfortable. Never seen the owners of the shop, but what type of business is being run when you cant keep appointment times or have staff show up on time. I should be compensated for my time. Would be great to hear what the owners need to say that employees cant do the work on time or show up on time. Would love to hear from the owner(s) and explain why my time was wasted

Purchased a set of tires from them for my niece. Everything went well from drop off to pickup, with the exception of Mr. Personality at the front desk. Over the course of a couple of weeks, she developed a severe shake during operation. We took the car to another location and found out that all of the tires were improperly balanced, with one severely off. Funny, considering their commercial suggests them repairing the problem, not actually creating it. I should expect as much considering they are part of the Midas family. A poorly operated company, establishing a network of poorly operated facilities, giving the average consumer poor customer service and poor value for their dollar. Shop them for price and take your business to Discount Tire, they price match and actually deliver service.

I always like all the Big O tires. Hey will do things quick and free like top off your water or fill your air and their specials are great. Friendly staff as well.

A little pricey for me. They did lower price to match other tire store. But $200 higher on a mechanical job, too big of a difference!

I took my car in to have a part fixed and I was really excited to have it done. Now, a couple days later, my check engine light is on, my ABS light is on, and my transmission is failing. Is this a coincidence? Has this happened to anyone else? I trusted these guys but now Im questioning it.

Three sets of BFGoodrich off road tires for two different vehicles and always had good service from Tom and Marc and the tires. HIgh quality high integrity people there., In between tire purchases theyve always been able to get me in fairly quickly to do balancing and tire integrity checks after serious off roading.
