At the onset of the snow storm in February, our building was broken in to, resulting in a broken window. We needed it fixed ASAP because of the ice and snow that was expected to fall the rest of the week. No glass companies except for Ronnie’s were willing to face the weather and repair our window. They were fast, responsive, and their price was great. And our window is good as new! We had a great experience with them, and I would definitely recommend them.

They replaced the window in my door in under 15 minutes and then went above and beyond by doing little things without mentioning it like closing my gate for me and adjusting my door where it was catching on the frame. Doing little things without even pointing them out to me just to be genuinely nice - I cant thank them enough! I am super impressed and will be recommending all my neighbors/friends to use Ronnies!

This must be a scam! I have called and emailed on two separate occasions for door repair! NO ONE has ever answered the phone or responded in any way! Don’t waste your time!

Ronnie called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time. Told us what parts we needed to fix our door and said it would be cheaper to fix it ourselves. Told me to call him if I ran into trouble. He didn’t charge for the visit either. Very personable and direct. I would recommend his services to my family without any reservations.

I called Ronnies to get a quote for installing a door shock on a commercial door, I was quoted 125 which was far less expensive then the other two places I called. I asked how soon they could be here to get it done and the young lady asked for my address and said hell be there in about 30 minutes. The other two shops were 3 to 5 days out. Ronnie showed up, showed him what I needed done and within 30 minutes job was finished and he cleaned up his mess. I can honestly say for my future needs I will be giving Ronnie my business. Ronnies 24 Hour glass was unbelievably fast and responsive. I shattered my french door glass from a flying rock from my weedeater on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning and they were at our house within an hour with the glass repaired professionally by Shaelyn less than 24 hrs from the incident! Ronnie was very courteous and accommodating and was sympathetic that we were going to be leaving on vacation and were in a jam. Highly recommend and great pricing.

Look elsewhere!Very displeased. I called to ask questions about a shattered patio door and they set up an appointment with me for an estimate. They didn’t give me a time window or anything and i had to call three different times in two days to get updates on if they were coming or not. Very unprofessional, i waited 2 1/2 hours just for them to tell me they forgot about me and would try the next day.

The worst window repair, he replace the window panel and 2 week later, the window panel fell to the ground. Asked him to come out and he never did. I would not used this repairman again. I wondered why there are only 11 people gave him 5 stars reviews. Close to $300 repair broken with 2 week. Do not use this repair man, find someone else. I gave him 0 star.

Ronnie offered great workmanship and prompt service! I was extremely pleased with his work! The new window he replaced actually cracked during his installation of it (I wouldnt have even noticed it without him telling me - it was a small crack at the bottom corner) he said he needed to order another one and could come out the following week to replace the cracked one once he got the new one in. I actually told him not to worry about it because it was so small and unnoticeable but he insisted stating it was his fault and he had to fix his mistake.The following week he called to set a time that worked with my schedule and was prompt again and had the new window replaced extremely fast - and he also covered all costs of the 2nd replacement.Hes diligent, thorough, hardworking and most importantly - hes honest. Which can be hard to find these days. He takes absolute pride in his work and although Im not one to usually leave reviews for work done on my house or car (since its my least favorite way to spend money haha) Ronnie deserves me taking the time to leave a review after giving such great customer service and people around dfw deserve to know about such a trustworthy window installation option in the area if they ever find themselves in need of one.Thanks again Ronnie!

Had a break in (broken front window) @ 11:00 pm, called, and in 40 min the glass tech was there. Removing the old glass, and setting my mind at ease.

I was remodeling my bathrooms and had Ronnie’s 24hr Glass and Door repair come out to remove these very big mirrors. He removed them from the wall and saved them. During the busy holiday season he came back out and rehung the mirror after my remodel. Fast Service and reasonably priced.

Ronnie was really honest when I sent him pictures of a door that was busted and actually recommended another solution because as we all know money gets pretty tight and last thing you want to spend a couple hundred on is a dang door for your apartment. Ronnie is the real deal!! My business front glass door got broken in an attempted burglary on Christmas night of all nights. My business is in Duncanville. I contacted a local shop down the street via message off their website. Next I googled a glass company near Arlington, where I live, nothing worth mentioning on that search. So I did a broader search and somehow found Ronnies website. His site read he was 24hr/ 7 days so I called him up on the 26th in the morning and he gave me a really good quote and he was there at the shop before we even opened for business. (He came from at least 5-7 cities away). He had the glass installed in NO TIME!! Even readjusted other glass that seemed to have fallen off track. Super quick, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. His quote 2 as so good I didnt even need to call around to get an average.Had I known of him earlier, I would have had him come out at 3am and board up my broken glass so to keep my store feeling protected.A+++

Well unfortunately I didn’t get to deal with Ronnie like other people in the these reviews. I dealt with a woman and she wasn’t at all as professional as the reviews make Ronnie out to be. I dropped a window off to get a pane replaced and it was tough replacement so things got pushed back and my 24 hours turned into 48hrs. Not huge deal but I did have my wife stay home from the office all day both days to make sure and get it. Heard nothing late the 2nd day so We Called in at 4:30pm and were told it wouldn’t be ready for a little bit longer. Once again not a huge deal. At 6:15 the female called to tell us it would be at the shop in 30 mins.34 MINS later while I was in route the woman called my wife to tell her (rudely) that SHE Didn’t have all day to wait for me and it was after hours. I arrived mins after that.Literally told me the window would be ready at 645pm on the 2ND day and I was 20 min late so I was the a$$hole. Oooooook.The woman was talking sh*t to me under her breath as I got in my truck. 👌⭐️Also the window didn’t open when I got home. $200 + 🔥Sorry Ronnie I hate to leave a bad review on a small business but that’s not reasonable.

Ronnie responded to my 7:30 am phone call within 5 minutes and was at my door 3 hours later making the repair. Ronnie analyzed the problem and completed the work in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him.
