This shop is the best! Both Chase and Jeremy take superb care of you as well as all the techs! I needed to have my brakes looked at to determine wear, etc. They looked at all 4 wheels, determined the brakes were in good shape and told me when service may be needed! No trying to sell me something I did not need. This kind of honest service is very refreshing nowadays and will result in me coming back to this facility when I need other services, brakes or otherwise! Thank you for being honest and upfront!

I found Brakes Plus while driving through the area for work. I had a gut feeling to call here before the dealership. Im grateful for calling and speaking with Chris. He went above and beyond to provide detail, support and guidance. He was transparent with pricing and maintenance. Chris provided several options for servicing the brakes on my Jeep Wrangler. I would recommend their service and I will be back in the future.

This location is amazing!!! There is some construction in the front and it looks like it’s closed but rest assured it’s open and great, just turn into the Starbucks or in front of the Kroger and you’ll see all the signs directing you to the shop. Chris Brock got my car in and checked out in under an hour, even without an appointment on a Friday. I thought my tire rod was going out so they took a look and assured me that they wouldn’t do any unnecessary services. He even did a comparison to the services Christian Brothers gave me and it came out almost a $1000 cheaper. Service was a 10000000/10 and I definitely recommend this store for any services you might need.

Ive been here about 4-5 times this year (multiple cars in the family). Every person Ive encountered thus far has been so kind, so informative, and so helpful. They offer great services and recommendations without being pushy or making you feel like theyre shoving sales down your throat, which I GREATLY appreciate. Unfortunately theres a lot of construction going on around the area so people dont realize theyre open, but they are! Its easy to get an appointment and even if I walk in, they help me out quickly. I highly recommend them!

5 stars and two thumbs up. These guys do good work. Not only are they very professional, they are straightforward and work hard to let you know exactly what needs to be repaired. Quality repairs, fair pricing, and quick turn around times. Saved me over $600 on my AC repair from a competitors estimate. Have also had work done here on struts, oil changes, etc. Always satisfied. They do more than brakes, check them out, they are my shop now for all my cars.

My vehicle had some battery issues. Brakes plus repair staff professionally found the issue. It had to be cleaned up. It was 5:00 pm rush hours but they helped me get it done less than 15 mins. I would recommend their honest and professionalservices to everyone!

Had never been to this place before, but Jeremy and Shawn and the rest of the crew at Brake Plus are the best! These guys are honest and will not steer you wrong. I was having some issues with what I thought were my brakes, but they told me that there was some feathering inside the tires which indicated an alignment issue. They ran a test and it turns out that was the case. They suggested that I just come back in another 10k miles because my brake pads and rotors were in still great condition. I have been told by other not so honest auto repair places that I needed new rotors and needed my brake fluid changed. Thank goodness I am not quick to jump on every repair and got a second opinion.Brake Plus values customer service and it shows. They are courteous and transparent. Ill be coming back as a repeat customer and plan on referring others.

First time using brakes plus and the staff was very professional and friendly made me feel at home. They also did not make me feel like I needed extra things added to my car than what was needed which you don’t see at most car maintenance places. Very great establishment will definitely be coming back.

I would recommend Brakes Plus on Blue Mound to anyone. The guys are friendly and professional. They managed my expectations on the wait time. They originally told me that it would take 2 hours for the alignment to be completed, but it only took an hour. The pricing is also competitive. Brakes Plus on Blue Mound is my new go-to for auto maintenance.

Ive been to this place a few times already and have never had an issue until now. They have always been a pleasure doing business with but today I went in for an oil change, left and noticed someone scratched up my steering wheel really good. Very disappointed that nobody said anything to me about it!!!

Chris and Shawn were so helpful from the moment I walked in! My vehicle needed over $500 worth of work and Chris worked with me on pricing and even stayed late (they close at 6) and they did the repairs after hours. I will for sure come back and see them for any other vehicle needs!! They’re about to close the main entrance to this business due to road work, so you have to access it by the Kroger entrance! I discovered Brakes Plus about 8 months ago and am glad I did. I love dealing with Chris and Shawn as they are all about taking care of me. I bring my Audi Q5 and A8 there for oil changes/battery/brakes/windshield wipes and a variety of other services that are offer. Brought my RAM 2500 in for a vibration/brake problem. Julie and all the techs had the truck looked over and diagnosed quickly. It wasnt my brakes but I had them serviced anyway. I would definitely trust them with my truck again. No pressure service and got it done!

I brought my vehicle in for a front end alignment and the guys discovered the the person who did my suspension didnt lock the tie rod ends in. Jeremy made sure it was safe for me to drive home. Definitely not a mechanic that takes advantage. I highly recommend them for service

These guys are great! Took time out of busy schedule to look at my lights and fixed for free. Explained how to prevent further issues! Because Bluemound is closed, there is still access to them from 1 area on Bluemound and easy access from Basswood. Go see them! Prices are reasonable, they are knowledgeable, and just all around great guys!!

Do not go here unless it is for breaks people!! Just took my truck to a different mechanic who proceeded to point out all the unplugged and improperly assembled parts under my trucks hood. Now there has only been 1 place this truck has been to be fixed for my fuel injection problem and that was here. Exactly 1 month later I bring it back up for breaks and after failing to check my windshield fluid and properly inflate my tires as they assured me they did I went back and seen that a big air intake hose wasnt attached when he opened the hood to fill my fluid now I know its been detached since the first time and I cant believe it didnt make it worse during that time but now today Im being shown other stuff not plugged in and not attached from guess where?! You guys. Yall have gotten careless and lazy and I most certainly will never allow yall to do anything other than the breaks on my truck and only because I paid for the premium break pads. Im scared yall will get that wrong too eventually and cause someones death. I know it isnt everyone there and I am sure they have a good guy or 2 but be cautious people and give your car a glance after they finish. You will be surprised how easy it was to see but having been a fool for trusting someone to do their job properly I never checked

I have to say the employees here are outstanding. I had travelled 1,000 miles to pick up a truck that has been in my family for 20 years and it needed some serious repairs done in order to make it back home. Chris and his team evaluated the truck and performed some inspections. Went well beyond their scope to help me out. I had a fuel filter installed, new shocks and struts installed, a front end tie Rod replaced, rear hub seal replaced, oil change, fluid top off, wild shield wipers replaced, tires rotated and balanced and an electrical systems test and an alignment. All performed in one day. The pricing was very competitive, service was excellent. I came back the next day to ask some additional questions and they were kind enough to walk me through my concerns. Great Guys!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest mechanic.

I went in thinking the fuses for my brake lights went out. They went in checked it out found out it was actually the bulbs and 45 min later I came with new bulbs and they topped of my windshield wiper fluid. They may looked closed due to the constuction that is right there but they are still open and very professional with great customer service.

Easy to locate despite construction on blue mound. Very professional. Came in for state inspection and added oil change.

Second time being a customer here. My A/C went out and I spend $60 on Freon I was thinking of just recharging it myself but knew there was a leak somewhere. I was too lazy to find the leak so I took it in. Brakes plus found the leak and called me before they repair it and recharge my system. Upon leaving leaving they told me to come by a few days later to do a follow up to see if there is any leaks. I never been to a car shop that would tell you to come do a follow up. I appreciate how they notified me before adding un needed parts. They also offer free shuttle service if you don’t feel lines hanging out in the lobby.

I tried twice to get to the counter to ask about an oil change. Attempt #1 waited in line over 5 minutes while one service manage was on the phone the entire time and the other mgr was being chatty with a woman about things not related to servicing her vehicle. Left to run some errands. Came back about 45 minutes later. No line........looks promising........but no service managers in the lobby. Gave up and left. Went to a competitor and was acknowledged and taken care of within 60 seconds of walking in the door

Stopped by here on a trip back to california after visiting some family in dallas.
