I pulled up 2pm. It is currently 5pm. And I only have on one tire. 3 vehicles have came and gone. One person even went and got lunch sat down and at and smiled at me. Horrible customer service 1300 on a set of 20inch rims. I got one new tire and they out 3 used ones in the rest of my cars. I woul not recommend this place to no females. Im gonna assume cause Im a female they made me wait. The rushed to the males that pulled in and got them right out the way. WOMEN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. THIS HORRIBLE. HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY AND UTS FRIDAY. SMH VERY BAD BUSINESS.

Horrible customer service. Guys working there look like they don’t catch a break especially with this heat no fans for them. Mistreatment of their employees. Had my friend go there a couple days ago and they destroyed their vehicle and couldn’t even fix it. Now he has to deal with the repairs separately but still gonna make sure they pay for the damages. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here especially because they look like they don’t even know what they’re doing most of the time.

They told me that they could try on the windows with my tire for free. But then when it came to the second wheel I was interested! They told me I could get them! But I would have to wait 20 min for his guy to get the other three wheels! Then had me wait 50 min! Then they told me the wheels don’t fit after I agreed on price! And waited! Then when I told them I didn’t want the first ones I tried on I only wanted the second ones! Then they tried to scam me out of 60 dollars saying it’s a service fee! ! If I could give no stars I would. Son took his car here and they financed the work that has NEVER been completed. He has taken his car back 5 times and now the check engine light is on that was not on. Now he’s stuck with paying a very expensive bill every month on a car that’s not fixed. Going to file a BBB complaint on Monday

Absolutely worse experience I ever had. Bought wheels and tires (where tire tech was cussing manager and it took 3hr to have my wheels mounted and installed because he refuse to continue work for the day because of low daily cash pay outs and needing to make it home to see his probation officer)was ask to come back to have my suspension kit completely put in so I returned. They only did half the work for the agreed upon price and it took them twice as long (had to stay in hotel because it was a 6 he round trip) got the car, alignment was off and the tie rod completely came off within hours of the work, luckily I was in a parking lot when it happened because it couldve killed me or seriously hurt me. I called multiple times, never once got an apology or a call back. Now Im going to have to take them to court. All I wanted was a refund, wasnt even going to ask for the money back I paid on hotel, towing, for it to be fixed along with other loose parts found and another alignment. Ive got letters from other mechanics that is was a failure in installment, not parts! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU MAY SERIOUSLY BE HURT!

These guys are phenomenal. My girlfriend had damage to her car and we were not sure of the extent. It turns out it was just a few loose pieces and some cosmetic damage. They did not charge anything for looking it over or fixing it up. They easily could have charged or made things sound worse than they were but the guy we worked with was an honest straight-shooter. We will definitely be going back.

I’ve bought tires from them, a few times. No problems until now. I asked for a specific tire brand and model in the used category. I didn’t figure they’d have it, but to my surprise, they had two. They put it on and after I paid, I was ready to go. I looked at the tire and it was more bald than the one I was replacing. I was livid. What kind of business would sell a tire that puts me and whoever else is in the van, in danger, like that, for a lousy 35.00? I don’t expect a lot of tread but at least 3/32”. I told them I don’t want that tire and they switched it out to the other tire in stock. I didn’t have a handy dandy measuring tool, so I agreed to that one. Two days later, I drive 5 hours away. That specific tire got a nail it. I took it to discount tire to have it plugged. They couldn’t do it cuz it was lacking sufficient tread. Wow! Discount Tire offered me a nice used tire for 20.00.A1 tire can kiss my you know what. I’ll never be back and I hope they lose business because of what they did to me.

Received work on my breaks, tires, a rotation, and an oil change at this location. The price and speed of getting my car done was perfect! Very affordable.

Let me first start by saying, that Ive had good experiences here in the past. I am a certified motorcycle mechanic, do side jobs on cars on a regular basis. This time an employee named Muhammad took care of me, and all I needed was a rotate & balance. Just this took about three to four times of explaining to get through to him what I needed. When he finished there were three things, #1 he had not rotated the tires as I specified, #2 he left numbers on my wheels, and #3 he was trying to tell me/sell me a rear brake job. When I inspected the brakes for myself all four corners had pads with over 75% life left and all four rotors were not grooved or damaged. When I brought this information to his attention, he said you have about a month left. Seems to me they are more in the business of trying to scam the ignorant. Beware!

These guys need to franchise out.8/9/2020. Ouch. Asked machanic not to use air wrench on wheel lugs because of cross threading. Well he cross threaded it and i broke the lug bolt. Dont use air wrenches for that guys!
