Most professional truck rental place Ive ever seen. Also took a lot of precaution for covid. Our rep took great care of us and was very fast to check us out. Trucks were in great shape and clean.

Truck was clean and well maintained. This rental was on a very short notice was very lucky to get a truck because of the peak time of the year for moving. Rate was expensive but was worth it.

The Penske location on north freeway (35w and Pharr st) is the worst at getting anything done. They’ll get after you for not bringing on your truck on time for a regular pm (mostly because I am out of town) but when I finally do they don’t have the truck ready to go the following Monday. They’ve had 3 days to work on the truck and they still can’t get it done. They also do NOT have any class B cdl trucks and thanks to them picking up UPS as an account its destroyed their customer service capabilities and response time. They were bad before ups now they are just terrible, avoid this location if you can.

I usually have good experiences as I use them to work but I will definitely avoid the location in Fort Worth, TX on North Freeway, first issue is i was charged 6 days longer than the one day I had it because according to them even though I turned it on the same night I got it they were understaffed so they couldnt check it in properly, so I the paying customer gets screwed, not to mention of the EXTRA $1,008.17 they charged me for their mistake only $750 was returned, so they got to keep the original $268 they charged then they kept $263 of the $1,008 they overcharged me, then on the next rental even though I told them I was needing the truck for a in-city move I was still charged for 550 miles of which I only used 91 and I have still yet to be refunded my money for the miles that I didnt use, cant think of why you would put 550 miles on a in city move unless you never intended on refunding the money because you have my card information, the miles can always be added at the end of the job, unless you just got money to give away to who knows because this is not a legitimate way they are operating, there is a lot of under the table, slick ways to steal money from customers that they are freely and using in an obviously unsupervised or improperly supervised environment because i dont believe they all operate in this manner. Im seriously considering calling an attorney.

Their prices are very fare and palatable. They just need to improve on how quick they attend to you. Otherwise great place to rent a Truck from.

Pick was great and easy in Colorado Springs. Drop off was horrible in Fort Worth...absolutely 0 information. Told to have the truck there by sunday at 8:31am. Got there....gate is broken with sign saying use west gate. Go to west gate...its locked. Go back to other gate and crawl under to where the building is. Just for there to be a sign saying no customers allowed inside and to call the number. Call them to find out that the hub they wanted us to drop off the truck at was closed and to put the keys in the drop box. Find out drop box is broken and doesnt lock. So we took a video of us putting the keys in the drop box for proof we put them in. Also took a video of how the drop box is broken.DO NOT drop off at fort worth penske hub on 501 north freeway in Fort worth. Try to use a home depot, at least they are there to be helpful.

I deal with Penske EVERYDAY at work. They have been superb in every aspect.If youve had a bad experience with them, they are few and very far between.They are ALL human. Reason for 4-stars because Rental department personal didnt even know if this site had full service center for fuel. Had to explain to her what service center was. Right of I-20/I-35 interchange highway. Service for fuel was quick as well as truck wash.

I called today with a major problem in the truck that I pay 4K a month for it ..They won’t take trucks for maintenance that doesn’t belong to them only ! and she said if I drop off the unit it may take 3 weeks to look at it !! Are you kidding me ?also work was done half way last time I was there nothing was fixed properly I think it’s time to switch Penske rental because they’ll just take you r family $$$$ .

I drove the 16 footer from Paso Robles ca to Fortworth tx fully loaded. Took 3 days. The ride was smooth and it did pretty well on gas. The truck wont go over 75mph but it seems thats all i needed. Penskes is truly dedication at every turn. The gentleman we rented the truck from even gave us an extra day to return it. Now thats customer service.

Not the quickest but they got me a truck for an amazing price. Over $300 cheaper than uhaul for the same size truck for five days. Then they hit me with a promo code that dropped the price another 10%. All in all, very happy.

Very nice place to rent from. Friendly staff, great selection of rentals, and they make sure your contract is correct as well. Not to mention their great rates for renting!

Affordable and very helpful. They gave me a discount on the mirage rate just because I asked. They are much better than U-haul who seem to charge you and arm and leg.

We were able to get a truck here with a lot less less hassle than the U place.

This review is long overdue from Mar 24, 2019. On what was a very difficult weekend and difficult move with more than one curveball. The Penske staff was understanding and worked everything out for me on my return. Penskes staff is always professional, couteous, and geared towards customer service.Ive dealt with Penske at various locations on a professional level for many years. On a personal level like moving, they never waiver from what makes them the top truck rental company in the world.

Rolled in at 830am on February 02, 2019 for fuel and DEF. 1st the DEF pump that was down days earlier was down still and 2nd the immature young woman who was running the fuel island had no idea what she was doing, when I told her I wanted fuel in my forklift as well it was painfully obvious she had no clue how to accomplish this. In fact she filled my power unit up gave me the ticket to sign and walked away. Very rude employee and not appreciated at all. Keep the regular guys on the island, they are amazing. She is very unprofessional and has no business being out there.

Cheaper than Uhaul and pickup and drop off were handled by very nice, professional staff.

Fueling and truck rental are great except for the fluids needed to fill your commercial vehicle are never available and the maintenance and repair shop leaves out a lot of important key priorities.

They make you wait outside on the heat and not too polite

Had a mistake at home depot on a rental called Penske truck they told me come to them I had a wait but I got a bigger nice truck for the move.real nice people

Paid about $2,500 for 9 days of a rental, then a month later got a notice of $50 charge for some other tax. Was told there is a 10% Premium tax for rentals which I was never told about before rent agreeing. ran a lot of miles but still way too much money. Would have purchased a truck if I did business start up again, penske tractor renting NOT worth it... 3 stars because I guess they could help you in a pinch, or if you need a truck immediately and are okay with paying too much for it. Penske Kansas City 1111 century drive I rated 1 star big problem returning $5000 deposit it is like 1 month overdue now still don’t have it, SMH.

The wait was long, even though the guy that helped us was very very nice. The Penske Truth Rental signs was wayyyy TOO small, the truck it self smells terribly.
