If you like paying for a bad build, zero customer service and rude owners you are in good hands, not the only one apparently but i have contacted BBB and other entities to make sure I didn’t throw my money down the drain . Charged well over 100k and took months excuses after excuses apparently they have handed the pool over but I’m missing half the stuff. Do yourself a favor don’t look at the reviews like I did I’m sure they are from family and friends I have never had such a bad experience with a builder . I should have just built it my at this point smh

We did our own research and we looked at Selah’s reviews, a 5.0-star rating? So I gave them a call (so happy we did, the person answered and was so nice, responded that it would be about 4 days, till someone came out (I was getting months out with other companies). In walks Mason to our home, and instantly we felt comfortable, he listened to our design concept, and was as bought into and excited to design the pool as we were to discuss it. After a week, we were in the office and were completely blown away. Mason not only nailed it, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. We met one of the owners Lori who was phenomenal in all aspects of customer service, and discussing the process. We discussed a few final details, and then signed. We had another four scheduled appointments for consultants, but felt so comfortable with Mason, Lori and Selah their honestly and candor about the price, design, and build. We called back the four other consultation appointments and canceled prior to us signing with them.My wife being in construction is very particular about keeping clean job site, and without question she was watching, every single contractor was professional and clean, and cleaned the job site after every major phase was completed. Rick the supervisor called just about every day to let my wife or I know if work was going to be completed on that day, which made it easy to plan for when they were going to be there. You don’t realize what a huge benefit that is until you are in the construction process. There was always some working on the pool build just about every day, and on multiple days there were multiple trades onsite working away on the pool for the roughly 8 week build. The subcontractor’s work and Rick’s oversight was beyond good…it was OUTSTANDING. The owners Rudy and Lori were on the jobsite multiple times throughout the build, to speak with us, ask how everything was going, and just to maintain that contact with us. Rudy (the owner) was personally onsite for the dig, rebar, and gunite. That shows a customer service level, of a bygone era that is so tragically hard to find these days. With Selah’s, Honesty and Integrity. I have ZERO doubts, if there was ever an issue with my pool or equipment, they would be out to work with us to get it fixed quickly. That is a piece of mind you cannot put a price on.FYI: With Selah you are on a scheduled payment plan with installments per major construction (dig, gunite, decking i.e.) completion marks. THIS IS HOW GREAT HONEST CONTRACTORS WORK, AND SHOULD PUT YOU AT EASE…RUN FOR THE HILLS IF YOUR POOL CONTRACTOR WANTS 25%-50% PERCENT UP FRONT FOR YOUR BUILD, AND YOU SHOULD NEVER OFFER TO PUT UP THAT MUCH UP FRONT!!!As busy professionals, we wanted a place that felt like we were on vacation when we can’t get away, and now we don’t ever want to go on vacation, because our backyard is just that awesome, and peaceful (other when all the neighborhood kids come over). I would not hesitate to have them build us another pool if we have to move again. I cannot say enough good things about Selah, Rudy, Lori, Mason, and Rick…just an absolute pleasure to work with, I would recommend them without any hesitation. But I think the pictures say it ALL…

This was a great experience. This is a newer company and that made us nervous at first but as soon as we sat down for our meeting and the entire team met with us and answered all of our questions we were sold. Mason first hooked us with his Digital images of our backyard that even included our dachshund. We could picture it! They might be a newer company but theyve been in the business for a long time. We asked them what made them better than other pool companies and their answer was Rudy. AND THAT IS NO LIE...THAT MAN IS AMAZING and I cant say enough good things about him. He was there every step of the way and continuously giving us updates. From dig date until completion was under 6 weeks. I cant say anything negative about this company. It was an excellent experience! I highly recommend Selah.

Very rarely do you come across a company like Selah Pools. When we decided to take bids for our outdoor patio and kitchen, the more vendors I saw, the more skeptical I became - until Selah Pools. Lori Morris and her team came by the house to look over the project. Instantly, I knew something was different. The credibility, the warmth, the authenticity - what a difference! We went to the Selah studio where they showed us their recommended design, we picked out the materials and they got started right away. Loris business partner, Rudy, was just fabulous. Construction started on time, the contractors were great and Rudy and Lori communicated with us the entire time. They made sure we knew what to expect next, when it would happen and how long to expect it. They came by the job site each day to make sure the work was being done and again in the evening to make sure the site was cleaned . I couldnt believe it. Lori and Rudy were just as concerned about my project and I was. Dont let the word Pools mislead you. They did my outdoor kitchen, front yard landscaping stone, a French drain and fixed my wooded fence. Hilario (site foreman) and his team were outstanding. They truly care about doing an outstanding job. What a great company!

The pool build is decent; however, I recommend staying very far away from their pool cleaning service, Omega Pool Services. They will not perform the complete list of services each week that have been paid for and do not conduct themselves professionally.

From the time Mason came over to give us a proposal to the end of the process, we felt that Selah Pools always puts their customers first. Our project didn’t run into any problems. The best part is you feel part of the Selah family as they still take care of you after the work is done. I would recommend Selah Pools to anyone looking to build. The whole team was awesome to work with. The project went so smoothly my kids miss having Mason in the backyard daily!

You get what you pay for. I will start off by saying I am a pain to work with and the patience they showed with me was second to none. They answered every question I had with an explanation that went above and beyond. I talked to several different pool companies and ultimately chose Selah because of the professionalism of both Lori and Rudy. We have now had our pool for two months and enjoy it every second we are in it. If you want a quality pool from quality people this is the company you should choose.

Fair Price with Great Quality! Starting from the pool design presentation to the end of my project, Lori, Rudy and Tom have been answering my questions and understanding my concerns professionally. The crews they brought in were super friendly. During the construction process, Rudy and Lori helped me out with all the changes that I wanted to made, telling me the pros and cons and pricing, best people to work with! Outdoor Kitchen and Landscapes theyve built looks exactly the same as the one that I saw in the presentation! Highly recommend Selah Pools to upgrade your Backyard!!

Lori and Rudy did an outstanding job on our recent pool refinishing work! The pool looks beautiful and all of the crews doing the work were fantastic! We got great ideas from both Lori and Rudy during the process which went smoothly and was finished in record time! Our pool design and building process with Selah Pools was absolutely amazing. From the minute I met Lori and Rudy, I knew we were in very capable hands. Starting with the initial consultation, Lori and Rudy spent time getting to know us and also our property. A week after the on-site visit we had a showroom visit where they presented a fantastic video rendering of the pool designed with our home as the background. It provided us with the ability to actually imagine ourselves having the pool and how it would fit with our property. Being in Las Colinas, we knew that we had a trickier build due to the soil and sloping backyard but Selah worked with us and was also very cognizant of our budget which was greatly appreciated. The process of selecting materials was a blast. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted and Selah was able to deliver. The build process went very quickly given all the rain we had this spring. Selah handled all aspects of the build which made the process so easy for us. I really appreciated the fact that Lori and Rudy’s were always accessible even though I know we weren’t their only client at the time. They make you feel like you are there one and only priority. I love how our pool turned out and my husband who was extremely apprehensive about getting a pool absolutely loves it, too. I highly recommend using Selah Pools—wonderful people that build wonderful pools!

We would like to strongly recommend Selah Pools and Spas Company to everyone in the surrounding area and all of DFW. This was our first pool and Selah made the process so easy. They started excavation on March 29th and 6 weeks later we were swimming. Lori and Rudy have been nothing but professional and on time with every step of the process. They both have a ton of experience and are very honest people. Rudy was on site overseeing the project at all times. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work performed by all the contractors. Selah’s quote was very reseasonable and within range of other companies. If you are considering building a pool give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
