They do pretty well. Ive never had to visit the office, but every time Ive called theyve been as helpful as possible. I dont like being interrogated for my personal info for five minutes every call-in before they even ask how they can help, but it is what it is.

I was there with friends for an adoption hearing. The building is beautiful and super clean but the officers at the entrance that screen people are pretty rude and unfriendly. Could NOT crack a smile. If youre going... Single file people! Pay attention and DONT even talk to them, they are very serious.

The representative was very rude and short. Would not listen to ANY questions whatsoever. Im certain she could have answered my very generalized questions had she stopped interrupting me to hear them. I now understand why a child may be lacking support.. And it probably is neither of the parents at fault. This office needs new staff, who have developed more patience and are better able to do their jobs.

Guys, my ex husband owes me 70,000 in back child support and all they have done in 5 years is send letters. By the time my youngest graduates next year he will owe 80,000. It’s not just the men having issues, that I promise!

Understand that its an child support office and they have a lot of ppl to work with but could be a little nicer with the concern and things that are addressed

Parking is limited. Street parking, metal detectors, has vending machines with card swipe available, dont be too upset if the coffee isnt strong

Terrible place to have to go through child support because like most systems they dont care about the actual welfare of the child. Just how much money they can get off of you. If the womens runs off with the kid or even refuse visitation nothing happens they just brush it to the side and keep telling the man to pay. The people are rude and dont help because the have some sort of chip on the shoulder when it comes to men and their rights. My friend hasnt seen his daughter in over 2 years because the mother ran off with her and they will do nothing to help him. All they continue to do is take more and more money.

Was here for court hearing with a friend a female behind the glass comes in at 7:58 Im sure she supposed to be here at 8am, just cause shes running behind she is rude to everyone treating people like children, she also looked hung over. Im very ashamed of people like that in our court system. She was a black female wearing a plaid burgundy shirt, unprofessional as can be.

Now what can you really say about this place... I dont necessarily 0 get excited about going here once a month
