So sad that they can’t see what’s real...really sad. I could never go to sleep at night doing what they do. The worst part is that we can’t do anything about it...They feel untouchable because the court is on their side. Even when a person is honest and gives proof, they still side against the accuser. I wish genuine people without a busy life could take the time to figure things out. Stop making things worse for good parents!!!

Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional supervisor and some staff members. Very ridiculous how they treat some parents who genuinely love their children and do their best to provide a positive, unconditional loving home for their children.

Case worker(Kimberly)never answers and constantly lies about what she says. I agree they are unprofessional and need to seriously get to know their clients before making judgment. My children were placed in foster care because of a false police report. They fail to realize that they hurt our children more than they think we are hurting them. I hate CPS with passion and I hope that this will resolve real soon!!

To whom it may concern CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES in TARRANT COUNTY is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of there clients... They first started with one worker ( Kelly) who never showed up unless a supervisor got on her about her job and I know this cause of what she stated every time she showed up which was like 3 times. When she did show up she was tired like as if she had been out partying all night. She keep rescheduling appointments which had cause us to miss the hoops they (CPS) placed in front of us to do. The next worker (Vanessia) they ( CPS) transferred our case too never showed up, but once an a while when she did show up we had to start the process from the beginning again, because she didn’t have no clue what even was done or had to be done on the case from the previous worker. Finally when they did get place with another worker (Yanita) to do the job again. We had to start all over again with the hoops from the beginning again. From couple counseling to drug testing cause they had no records of what had been done or what hadn’t been done on the case, because no one had records again. Which upset me cause my husband had to take off work to go through they’re hoops which caused him to miss money which caused us to be behind on our bills and providing for our 9 kids. Then they (CPS) made me place my kids in daycare, so me and my husband could jump through every hoop they placed in front of us again. We continued this for a year when our case was only supposed to be open for 60 days. After jumping through they’re (CPS) hoops we was told we will receive daycare for a year, which was not true by any means. When they finally decided that we had enough of they’re (CPS) hoops, because we moved I had to find a new daycare to place my kids in again. Which turned out to be some scammers and wanted to change the daycare. they (CPS) close are case with no contact to contact if they’re was ever a problem in the daycare that we didn’t feel comfortable with. When I contacted CCMS about my feeling they told me I would have to talk to the CPS worker that set it up to fix it. I reach out to them for them to tell me suck it up or I can lose the daycare all together...
