RST is completely lack of information about refugee application, asylum or any other immigration services. They can’t even provide the right specific info about immigration related, I don’t know why they are exist, there excuse was shortages of staff? Go hire more staff, setting in the front desk with no information. People need help if you can’t help them shut it down.

I am speechless because I do not know what to say about this agency. Its the worse ever as far as I know. The staff is the worse, I just wanted to vomit at one after one. They are all ignore it, they have no care about refugees. They always talk but with no action. They just get salaries without serving the client professionally and efficiently. They have fishy staff and they all should replaced or monitored by higher management. We met so many people and non of them are happy with this agency. This should be reported to the main headquarter in D.C. and this office in Forth Worth should be audit by going through the staff, papers and funds. They are all protected by higher fishy supervisors. Do not sponsor your family through them !

All the staff of RST are working with me very nice, when i give call they response me and always help me to solve my problem. Their attitude with me and my family very good. When I came in USA I didnt know bout anything. But RST help me step to step. I will always thankful to them Especially Miss Darci and Miss Kristin. I always rember both of them.

The worst Agency and the worst customer service I have ever seen, some of my refugee freind were refred to RST they are so mean and unprofessional poeple, I dont know why no one ever check on these guys, the man at the reception desk ... he even dont know how to respect someone and how to talk. GOD MAY GIUD THEM.
