Paxton and the team at Margarita Express provided us with a great soft serve ice cream machine for an event we had at our restaurant. They delivered the machine on time and gave us some helpful tips to ensure our product was perfect. We will definitely use their services in the future.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are greedy and will lie to you after taking your money. I spoke with Anthony who never took a deposit because he said they would take the full payment day of for my event. I gave them all the information and the day of checked in with them. They never responded. I had to call and they claimed to not know who I was and repeatedly hung up on me. After I said okay and wanted them to cancel my order that they claim to have never gotten the margarita machine was all of a sudden there. It never worked the entire night. When I asked fir a refund I got no response. They finally reached out after a day or so and said they would give me a partial refund. They have terrible customer service, will lie, and take your money for terrible service and machines that don’t work. Avoid this place at all costs.

I rented a margarita machine for a party. The folks that dropped it off and picked it up were friendly and very thorough setting up/tearing down the machine. I will use them again.

I booked a soft serve machine over the phone a month before my event. The day before the event I called to confirm, and they never processed the order! Now I have no machine for the event that I’ve been advertising for. I provided my credit card info to hold the spot but they apparently misplaced it.

Rented a margarita machine for a wedding shower and it was a huge hit!! They came in to set up and picked it up the next day- huge plus the margaritas only took 15-20 minutes to freeze! Would definitely recommend this company for your event!

Tried to reserve a machine today 6/19/21 and when I say there was absolutely NO customer service!!. Dude was rude, short and acted like I was trying to get a favor from him... I would rather pay more and get what I need instead of dealing with that… Wow.. oh and by the way, I did find another company to do it, just like you told me to because “you had a lot of interest “..

Very professional!! The process was very easy, I booked over the phone and they called me the day of to confirm everything a second time. Once they arrived they set everything up and explained everything perfectly. I highly recommend them!!

Awful experience. Booked over a month ago, gave them my cc number and everything and I call the day before the event and the guy claims there is no order/ no recollection of me calling. Then the driver calls me the day of the event to tell me they are dropping off an order after I secured another machine.Do not use!!

The rating system cannot express how great Margarita Express was for our community! The team was very accommodating for our apartment community. Residents loved every single flavor provided (the frozen lemonade was a hit among kids and adults alike), and the machines were ready to go in less than 30 mins!!!Definitely, hoping to work with Margarita Express for a future event.

Delivery and pickup was prompt and the price was great but sadly the wrong flavors were sent. Super bummer because the lime flavor is my (bride) favorite. Great company just wish they had delivered the right flavors.

Paid to have an extra flavor which we got and we didn’t end up using but I planned on keeping it since I already paid for it and they came and took everything back including the extra flavor. So either give me what I paid for the extra flavor for or at least let me keep the extra flavor.

These guys rescued an event when no other margarita machine provider could show up on the date and time. They were timely and cordial. I would highly recommend these guys. They are also very nice. :)

I am thoroughly happy with my experience with Margarita Express. This company came through last minute when another company bailed on us the day of the party. I had an hour and a half until the party started and they were on the rode within minutes of getting the call. I probably called them 4 or 5 times, while they were on the road, to make sure they were going to be able to make it on time and not once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Drinks were ready in time and I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you Margarita Express!!

Extremely friendly and accomadating! We had a birthday celebration all the way out in Granbury, and they made it out there on time and explained everything! We had a fairly complicated air bnb with gate security, and margarita express was more than patient while we got everything straight. These guys are amazing and professional!Our first time renting a margarita machine, and will definitely be using Margarita Express in our future rentals. They also informed me that they do much more than margarita rentals so make sure to check out all of their options!

You will never find an easier delivery, pick up, and clean up. The ice cream is better than any other soft serve too. I have used this twice now and the owner is personally going to make sure you have a great experience.
