This place was FANTASTIC! I was completely stood up by another company less than 24 hours before my event. My event was on a Holiday weekend which made it near impossible to scramble for a back up plan. This place has EASY booking online, a HUGE inventory, and FANTASTIC customer service, I stumbled on this place through a Google search but I will be recommending them to my friends and using them again this summer. High quality equipment, VERY fair pricing, and great staff. Shout out to Ewing for taking such great care of your customers!

My husband and I were blown away by the customer service from this company. From start to finish it was great. The guys setting up were wonderful. Ricardo and Teddy were so courteous and respectful of our home and my husband even asked the guys to move the bounce house over after setup and they did it no problems or complaints. And they even called for pick up to make sure that our great Dane was inside so when they open the gate he couldn’t get out. Just really nice guys. Will be renting another bounce house for the kids next month for fun. Thank you guys!

Set-up was on schedule. So many compliments from guests. It was the talk of the party! Im already planning 2 parties next year using Afford-a-Bounce. Adults had as much fun as the kids!! We have been renting from this place since our oldest was born (She’s 13). They’re always great to deal with, and pick up/delivery is always seamless. I refer everyone to them. We usually pick up and return to save money but my husband had surgery and wasn’t able to do so this time. Ricardo delivered and picked up and was fabulous!

I have used them for 3 years in a row for my daughters birthday! I love them! We did the pick up since our party was in cleburne. It are quick loading the gear and unloading. I am never more then 30 minutes there. The equipment is great I order table and chairs. Let me tell you I love the kids table and chairs soo cute!! They arent hard to set up and sturdy!

Weve been renting from afford a bounce for several years for kids parties and theyre always great! Drop off crew is usually early and always courteous. Coupons are always available and the kids have such a blast. Weve never had a bounce that isnt clean and well kept, theres such a massive selection of characters they get to choose from.

We rented the super mario toddler bounce house. This thing us awesome! They called a few days in advance to confirm and dropped off about 15 minutes early. The pick up was 2 hours after the order, but we were happy to have more time to play. Everyone was good and tired by the end of the night. Things I wish we had thought of was to have our party in the late afternoon. We had it dropped off at 10 am and by noon the sun had the plastic almost unbearably hot, but it cooled down around 3pm. My only complaint with customer servuce was the website not having real pictures of the bounce house. They had a stock cgi picture which doesnt really tell you what it looks like.

I booked a jump house for my daughters 3rd birthday Due to COVID she could have friends over so I wanted to do something fun with our immediate family. this website totaled the price to be 79.00 with delivery, this was due to an error in the system undenounced to me, when they called me to confirm the rental and delivery, I was informed the total due was 40.00 more than the total amount I was given when I booked online and this was after a $25.00 deposit had been paid. I spoke with the manager and he said they were willing to discount $10.00...making my total 107 including taxes and fees when I initially was told by the website 79. my choices were to either pay the additional amount or not have a bounce house, its not a good feeling to be in that position. I requested to be able to keep the bounce house overnight as a fair compromise, he agreed. the girl called back to confirm the payment of 107 and now all the sudden its 117... What a JOKE. she said that is a distance fee she didnt see before. Keep in mind i had to include my address when I booked and it calculated no fee. I am not sure how its right that their technology issues and lack of organization become my problem, oh well guess well see if this jumper is worth the trouble. They did agree to drop off by 11 am and pick up at 5 the next day at no additional charge which was nice.

We have been a customer for 8 years now. We started when my oldest was 2 and she will be 11 in March. Every time we have rented weve never had a problem. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a great selection to pick from. They are our go to even though we are out of the delivery zone we alway drive to pick up and drop off. Worth the drive to get what we know will be a great bounce house or slide. We LOVE the 18 foot slides. They are always a hit with the kids.

My delivery person called before they arrived and set up the bounce house very quickly. The kids had a great time on the bounce house and the basketball hoop inside was a great addition. Kids parties can be stressful and it is a strees-free process with afford a bounce. I would definitely recommend and plan on using on any kids events.

It was the first time renting something like this and we rented the 19ft Big Thunder water slide. The kids had a great time ages running from 4 to 12. The guy Rick and his assistant did a great job setting it up and taking it down. Rick before he leaft made sure we had his number just in case we had questions or any problems. Everything was great from the reservation all the way to the drop off.We ordered the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Toddler Bounce house and we had a lot of fun on it.They dont deliver to Alvarado so I had to send my husband to pick it up and set it up, which was easy. ... The hard part was rolling it up and putting it back into the truck considering how heavy it is. The bounce house was a little sandy and was missing the pieces to the game that is inside of the house but other than that it was perfect for our birthday party.

I will never rent from here again. We had a blast on the bounce house, but three hrs later me and my kids all broke out in some kind of rash, all over our bodies! They were really itchy and Whelped up like poison Ivy and started Having clear yellowish stuff come out of them. We went to the doctors office! And our doctors said they didn’t know what it was. But they say they clean them and I don’t think they do!

Never in my life will I use this place again they take your money an don’t want to help you. Also my snowcone machine came with bugs and trash in the unit. While my I kids we’re jumping in the bounce house it would cut off and the kids would start screaming because it was going down.

This company saved our party. The company we originally ordered from failed to deliver our bounce house. I had a party with 20 kids in two hours and no bounce house. I was panicking. The gentleman I called at afford-a-bounce was so helpful. He had a bounce house ready to pick up within 45 minutes. He gave me very clear directions, and took the time to explain everything to us. Drop off was a breeze. They claim to thoroughly clean their bounce houses. I can absolutely attest to this. When I returned this morning they had multiple bounce houses out being vacuumed and wiped down. It was a great experience in spite of the terrible situation that brought us here. I will definitely use afford-a-bounce again and recommend to friends.

I had originally booked a bounce house via a Craigslist vendor (bounce n pounce $90) for my daughters graduation, and the day before the party I reached out to confirm the bouncer and was told they would let me know in the morning (the day of the party!!) because there was a chance of rain...30% chance. I couldn’t wait until the DAY of the party, I needed a reliable company that delivered rain or shine (it’s Texas, come on). So then I’m frantically looking for last minute rentals and I stumbled across Afford A Bounce and gave them a call. I believe I spoke with Richard, and he was AMAZING!! He got me put on the next day delivery schedule, and I got the bounce house I wanted. I was told due to last minute reservation the bouncer could come around 1pm, but they actually came earlier than expected at 11am and the set up was smooth and efficient. If they were going to be late to pick up they called to let me know. Their whole process was easy and they really did SAVE THE DAY!! I am all about reviews and giving praise to a job well done; in the future I will not risk my bounce house with a discount Craigslist ad and stick will a reputable company like this one :) Thanks again!!!

We have used afford a bounce for years. Great selection, and that always come through. The guys load and un load yiur truck with the bounce house for you. Some if their houses are past their prime, but the work good enough and the price and service is good.

The owner does not care about giving good customer service, even if you are a repeat/loyal customer. I called to express my dissatisfaction with a horrible bounce house they left us. They put it right next to our cement retaining wall - this was very dangerous. It wouldnt bounce nor stay blown up. It was almost tipping over when the kids went to the top of the slide. It was a limp, lifeless 5 in 1 combo. My kids were so disappointed! Money wasted. I will never rent from them again. They are not interested in making it right, they blamed it on MY ELECTRICITY AND/OR OUTLET! Although its the same outlet weve used in the past for several jump houses that have been a success!

I rented a princess carriage for my daughters birthday party and the pool attachment had several holes in it. I called the company and someone came out to fix the holes. When the holes wouldnt stay plugged, he came back with a replacement bounce house for an additional day for free. The staff was very caring and professional. I dont know how others didnt have the same experience. My advice to you is that the company is staffed with people, talk to people in way that you will get positive results- PROFESSIONAL.

We contacted Afford-A-Bounce to get a dragon castle for our son’s 5th birthday that we could not find anywhere else. Not only were they the most clearly and reasonably priced, but they were very helpful with our questions and very responsive to our phone calls. They contacted me a few days ahead of the event to confirm and explained their rain policy, just in case. They came the day of, in the time window they originally said, made sure everything was set up safely, and were very friendly. After the party they came and picked up the bounce house in a flash and made sure we were please before they left. I could’nt be more pleased! I will use them for every event from now on!

Rick and Davion went above and beyond today to help me set for my boys birthday party. After they set up our bounce house, they helped load and unload the tables and chairs I had for the party. My daughter decided she wanted a last minute high school graduation party with a bounce house.... it was veryyyyy hot yesterday so I rented the 5n1 combo with the water slide and ball hoop and other fun things inside the bounce house.... it was seriously SO FUN and we bounced in it up until the sun went down.... the price was great because we picked it up ourselves... other than it being really heavy the set up was simple and saved me $80 doing it myself!! The staff was all very friendly and helpful!!!! I love this place and will continue to use them for parties!!!!
