PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW! THIS PLACE DID MY DAUGHTER VERY WRONG! I drove 1st to the MHMR on Hulen St. to only be turned away because my daughter is 14 years old, I was told to call the intake line which I did and was told they would call me back within 48 hours. When they called back she told me to bring my daughter to the youth center that it was a walk in clinic so I could bring her when I was ready. I brought her up there the following day to only be turned away AGAIN because I came at 3:00 and the walk-in hours are from 8am to 11am, I brought her the next day AGAIN TO BE TURNED AWAY AGAIN BECAUSE OF DOCUMENTS!!! I HAD INSURANCE SO ITS NOT LIKE THEY WOULDNT HAVE GOT PAID BUT YALL COULD HAVE AT LEAST SEEN MY DAUGHTER FOR HER DEPRESSION! I dont see how the lady that does the eligibility sleeps at night, 0 stars if possible!

Staff are sooo rude especially front desk.... they don’t care about your child sad this is ridiculous they don’t know how to even speak to people

Terrible Terrible Terrible.... Supervisors!!! Cant Reach Any Supervisors...... Been Calling For The Past 3 Months!!! They Dont Care About Your Child Getting Medication.... All The Supervisors Are Always Not Available!!!

This is the worst place when it comes to taking care of medication and refills . same problem every single month. its a shame that they care nothing about doing their job! if i handled my Dr requests this way id have been fired yrs ago ::(

Drive was always to get sent back home. Like my sons mental issues are not enough and you send us away. Glad too see more people deal with this.

Helps my Daughter out when she need a place to go to talk with someone when She had a problem
