Positive: We visited on Memorial Day weekend with graduations and celebrations everywhere. The hotel was pretty full. Despite that, the room was very quiet. It made rest and relaxation easier than most places. Room was clean and modern with a good city view. Negative: My only complaint is minor. The staff didn¿t service the room unless you asked them to do so. I understand why and that¿s not a problem, but no one told us we would need to request it. It all worked out fine.
Positive: No vallet but charges $25 for parking. I would consider this a very nice 3 star hotel but it lacks some things to be considered a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Negative: No vallet 11am checkout
A staff member in the dining area didnt know I was watching her dig her nasty fingers in the watermelon tray and eat some. When several of my coworkers turned in their uniforms to get them cleaned they smelled like garbage and some didnt get all of their things back. And they overcharge for their service. Tiffany I believe he name is, behind the front desk is VERY RUDE.
I am so grateful right now. This hotel is CLEAN! I’ve traveled for over 25 years and cleanliness is a rare find. I almost didn’t eat yesterday and was going on very little sleep. I slept through the night here and didn’t hear anything, which is also rare. Thank you!
I travel a lot. This location went out of there way to welcome and make me feel appreciated. This will be my hotel of choice every time I am in the Ft Worth area. Great place. Great location.
Positive: Location was good Negative: This was labeled as a 4-star hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL! Very old and outdated. Room was very musty and not clean. I paid for a city view room, they did not have one available so I got stuck with a regular room. Housekeeping was not available.
The Sheraton hotel is always amaze me because they keep their throwback image of the 80s and 90s I guess yet still have all the modern conveniences of a great hotel. Elyse and Crystal were awesome ambassadors in gave me every bit of information that I needed especially since Im super high maintenance so thanks ladies! I spent a couple awesome nights there after they were both upgraded to suites so all I had to concentrate on was lounging in a little bit of work.
Positive: Nice neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. Negative: I had to pay to park there & parking area was really small and lots of big trucks took up 2 spaces. The toilet was running the whole time. The blow dryer wasnt even hot so bring your own.
What a beautiful property! We celebrated a loves ones 60th birthday in the Ballroom which was stunning! The event was a tremendous success because the service was so fantastic!! My room and everything about my experience was perfect! Thank you John Young for making this possible, youre terrific.
Positive: Location and the staff. Everyone was really nice. Negative: There was no actual restaurant.I did eat their enchiladas, which I was skeptical. They were really good though. The toilet stayed running unless you jiggled the handle. The room was great but the rest of the hotel needs paint etc for the price charged.
We havent completed our stay but I wanted to write something about the excellent customer service I have experienced at this hotel. There was an issue with our room and Nelly was super helpful to us. She went above and beyond to get everything fixed for us.
Positive: Location, location, location! Negative: Desk and other wood furnishings seemed worn. Upholstered furnishings seemed fresh. Lighting in bedroom very convenient; lighting in bath inadequate. Interesting that make-up mirror was at typical height of male, so those customers may have great shaves.
Positive: The bar and restaurant were really good and if you walk a block there is a beautiful water garden to check out. Negative: Air conditioner is so loud. The bathroom is dated the lighting in our bathroom was awful super dim. Also even though we¿re on the 12th floor had to go back down to floor one to take a pic of restaurant menu as they didn¿t think to put on in the room
How this spot is a 4 star hotel? Maybe 20 years ago, not now. Only good if you are going to Ft Worth Convention Center.
Positive: Clean and great location. Negative: There was not an option for cheaper parking. We parked ourselves in the parking garage and paid $25. I can understand10 for self parking, or 15-20 if you park my car. But unless you are going to charge over $--- for the room. Parking cost is in reaso
Positive: Friendly staff. The hostess in the dining room was super! The girl at the front desk was also a great help. Your facilities were lovely and we appreciated everything about our experience. We will certainly use your services again. Negative: We wish that there had been a shuttle available to and from the train station.
This hotel is rated 4 stars . At one time it may have been 4 however it has aged. The room was large but dated. There is no valet just a dark garage where you self park. The location is isolated. On future trips I will stay at a different location
Positive: The Manager was friendly and eventually able to fix our check-in issues. Negative: They couldnt find our second room, and made it seem like that was our fault. The quilted comforters on the bed were old, and the batting inside of them was disintegrated and stained yellow. $25 per car to park AT the hotel, not mentioned in room rate.
Positive: Nice indoor pool. It was suppose to rain an we wanted to get in the pool so we chose this hotel. Negative: I was expecting it to be more cleaner than it was. Since it was a 4star. But the front desk personal was very nice.
Positive: The first room I went to wasn¿t done properly, safe didn¿t work, no way I could tolerate this, not what I expect and made it clear. Without a moment of hesitation, they did the right thing, my new room was like a night and day difference. Negative: Yes, this property is not anywhere near the STOCKYARD area as I was led to believe by some slick ad writing, kinda irritating since that was a primary reason for being there. Plus the stupid parking garage no one will use due to the $30 per day fee.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I can not put into words how much the staff at this beautiful hotel moved me when we chose to come stay here to celebrate my birthday. Not only did they upgrade our room to one on the 10th floor with a stunning city view, about 15 minutes after we checked in, the chef sent up the most incredible dessert platter along with a card signed by all of the staff! They made my entire stay just absolutely phenomenal and we cant wait to return! Thank you Sheraton! Youve made a customer for life!💕
Positive: One of my favorite hotels in Fort Worth. Everything was good about it except the pillows smelled like they were never washed and smelled j Like dried sweat. The room under the vanity wasn¿t clean. I¿m sure Covid hasn¿t helped.
Positive: The bed was comfy. Negative: We were not happy with checking in just to get to the room and the key wouldn¿t work. Bathroom mirror light too dim. Magnifying mirror didn¿t work. No room service or maid service. Could have told us that at check in. Bad location. Lots of homel
Positive: Bedding -- however, the mattresses had a cotton pad under fitted sheets, but no cover or sleeve. blech. The view would have been nice if it wasnt raining. Negative: Carpet was filthy and old. We didnt have a microwave, its really an industry standard. The coffee maker didnt work. Parking way too expensive, especially because it was uncovered. Set up a wake up call (no clock) and didnt get it. No wi-fi.

They bent over backwards to help us pull this conference off, in spite of the Covid D variant raising its ugly head just before our conference began. The sales/site management team for large groups was Donna Thomas & LaRae Thigpen. I am truly amazed at their responsiveness, helpfulness and genuine caring attitude that we had a great conference. The CHEF was absolutely amazing! I got many comments on how GREAT the food was. People even commented that when they saw the the meal was chicken breast, they feared the dry rubber chicken dinner but were amazed at the flavor and tender meat! The hotel understood our last minute changes that were necessary, due to the Covid Variant and they immediately took care of the change with no argument. We decided to space our attendees to only 5 per table instead of 10, as we typically would, so that there would be appropriate distance between people and even sections in each rear corner with chairs only spaced 6 feet apart. There were appropriate signs provided by the hotel in regards to social distancing suggestions, wearing a mask suggestions and hand sanitizer available everywhere. The hotel understood our budget and helped to provide what they could to make this amazing and it was! The Sheraton will be on our go to list for years to come!In case you are unaware, the TexRail depot (Fort Worth Central) is only approximately 3 blocks walking distance from the Sheraton so people who fly in can pay only $5 for a One Day pass to get from the DFW Airport to the Hotel and back! WHAT A DEAL!The hotels AV team was equally amazing! We have worked with others who made sure to ding us for every single wire we used. Not so here! We explained what our needs were and they gave us a proposal based on that and they even threw in a few extras to make this a perfect event! Their costs were more reasonable than many other hotel AV teams! The team is PSAV and even though PSAV manages the AV at many hotels across Texas, this particular team was FAR more helpful than any we have dealt with in the past! That alone was a HUGE bonus for us!I could probably go on and on with the good points of the Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth. Were there any problems? Yes, a few minor ones like all hotels BUT this team worked hard to remedy those quickly and efficiently and we were pleased with the results!
Quick, friendly check-in. Room was spotless and the bed so comfy I didn’t want to get out!
Positive: Big room, no microwave, and its the Sheraton downtown. would think it would of been extravagant. Out dated I wont worry about it if we dont stay there again. Once is enough experienced similar MOTELS BW/ MICROWAVE AND MAYBE A COUCH . FOR THE PRICE mm
Comfy bed, spacious room, decent toiletries. Right across from the water garden. I gave 4 star because of the amenities and lack of conveniencefor dining. Their restaurant was closed and couldnt order dinner or breakfast.
Neat and welcoming. Rubi Rios was fantastic and gave us great customer experience 👏
I really enjoyed my stay here, great location. Its across from the Fort Worth Water Gardens, which is so beautiful. Everyone was super nice here.
Positive: The staff helped the best they could considering the circumstances Negative: The hotel was awesome, clean room, excellent staff
We had a need for a room at 4 am, got a reservation from Sheraton 800 number and got to the hotel. No record of our reservation was found but the man working the desk got us a room and really went above and beyond for us.I can recommend this hotel and its employees without reservation :)Stay here, you will be glad you did!
Worst customer service ever! Booked a room for my two 18 year old daughters. Told them that in the phone when it was booked. Then with my girls 10 hours away from home they were turned away and not allowed to check in. She called from Kansas City and were told. Sorry that’s policy and when I got frustrated and upset she hung up on me!!!!! After telling me she would do anything to help if she could. I guess hanging up and kicking two girls out in a strange city was all she could do.
Nice hotel, took one star because they charged 25 dollars for parking.
Positive: Not really anything. I¿ve definitely been in worse but for a 4 star hotel I was extremely disappointed. Negative: Our room was dirty. Sheet was half on bed and had stain on it. There was a stain on the top towel. There was hair in the bathtub as well.
Positive: The location. Negative: I thought having to pay for parking was very crappy. I felt the bathroom could use some TLC. For the price, I definitely won¿t book again. There was nothing special about the room. The lobby and pool were nice, but overall it wasn¿t what I expected.
Positive: The bed Negative: It was all good!
Positive: The front desk staff was very knowledgeable of the area all that the city had to offer great location
This is a horrible place! During this winter storm, my granddaughter and her family were without heat in their apartment for over 9 hours with no hope in sight. Their babies were freezing! My granddaughter, husband, and 2children (2&3 yr) were turned away because husband’s mother had rented the room on her card. Sheraton girl said cardholder had to be there! She lives 3 hours away! This should be made known everywhere. Sheraton is LOUSY!!!
Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Pool hours could be later. Got back to hotel at 10pm after walking & sightseeing & a swim/soak in hot tub would¿ve felt great, but pool was closed. No microwave in room.
We were in a suite- there are no quite hours! My daughter was a cheerleader there also but all hours of the night into morning 2am etc kids were able to run the hall and front desk wouldn’t do anything. We had a couch in our room and a pair of shoes were underneath!!!! So automatically you know the room was cleaned properly. It was just a dirty room and I felt very disgusted.
The staff was polite and the common areas (lobby) were nice. We were initially checked into a room that hadnt been cleaned but after a short wait, the staff was able to put us in a different room. The rooms are very dated, old carpet, rusted bathtub, etc. The soap dish literally fell off the wall. Our room only had bath towels. We had no hand towels or wash rags. The rooms also dont have blow dryers. The biggest issue was that the air conditioner didnt work properly. It would blow air, but it didnt cool. They werent able to repair it during our stay and also didnt have any plug in fans available so sleeping was miserable. Its not the experience you expect from a hotel like the Sheraton down town. We will choose another hotel brand to book with next time.
Positive: Excellent location. Responsive staff. Can park for free after 6 PM and on weekends on the street. Negative: Lacks hotel parking but its downtown so expected.
Positive: Nice rooms Negative: Except for weekends, no food available nothing to do. The to go section sucked. some food didnt hv didnt hv label or date on it. So u had to guess what kind of muffin it was and how old is it. There was no food or anything to do in downtown.
Positive: I was given a room with a poor view. Negative: Over Priced
This hotel is not 4 star. Lobby is beautiful and front staff was kind and helpful but rooms are far from impressive. Wall paper peeling, furniture scratched, coffee stains on bathroom door, dusty, very dated, no towel racks in bathroom, and beds uncomfortable. The worst of the stay was the noise of the ac unit. The “on” Button does not work so every 5 minutes or so the ac went off. Pool and hot tub is nice and perfect for the kids. Would not recommend this hotel.
Positive: I do not know why this facility is getting horrible reviews! worked with Sean-he was friendly & helpful. Used the phone-it was unplugged due to COVID just plugged it in-no big deal.yes they charge for parking-expect this with being downtown. Clean & safe Negative: No it was perfect and we will return
Positive: The hotel was great and near downtown Fort Worth. Really easy to get around.
I contributed some videos I took from across the street. This is one of the best hotel where I dont mind staying over and over again..
Ok. Our room was t ready at check in which threw off our plans for the evening. Long lines at check in, no valet service. This location is also a bit far from all the restaurants.
Positive: Staff was nice Negative: I cant believe this was rated a 4 star hotel. The sheets were like plastic and the lobby/rooms were old and dated. We believe we should have our money refunded because it was such a disappointment.
Okay but front desk attendant nelly was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was subpar
Wasnt any better than a Motel 8. Needs remodeling and upgrades.
Wonderful accommodations. Great location
Positive: The staff was very friendly. I liked the fact that the pool, hot tub and fitness center were open for teenagers to use. Negative: There were a few things that I was disappointed in. The first being the lack of directions/signage on where to park. We had to circle the block twice in order to find the entrance to hotel/parking. The price of breakfast was way too expensive!
Positive: Bed and pillows Negative: The fact that they didn¿t clean my room the second day that I was there at least get the garbage, make the bed and get the dirty towels¿
Positive: The lady at the front desk the day we checked in Negative: Not very handicapped friendly
Staff is amazing! Clean rooms.
Positive: The amazing staff Negative: No I loved it
Was very disappointed in the room and parking for a first impression. The room was disgusting, sheets not cleaned and parking was a joke. For the price of the room you would expect better. The only thing nice about this hotel is the staff for changing our room for a clean one. We will not be back...
I was looking to stay a night and was quoted a price with a first responder discount by a lady named Crystal who answered the phone. She told me the price is $69 but how busy they are and she would take care of it before she left. I called 4 more times to get confirmation. Was told again she was very busy and not to worry she would take care of it before she left. When she called after her shift she raised the rate from $69 a night to $185. She explained how there was a cheer comp in the convention center and it raised the rates even after she confirmed the price of $69. Apparently that’s how this hotel appreciates there first responders and I will not be staying there again.
Positive: Clean, great location, friendly staff! Negative: There are no negatives, great stay
This picture is on my Instagram (@w9jyd.radio), but I think the staff at the Sheraton deserve a high recommendation and kudos for going ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations for a comfortable place to crash for a night (and what a stormy one it was), and it was reasonably priced for a last minute walk-up check-in... It wasnt a good stay... It was actually a great one. If Im in Fort Worth again (had to get a room so I could get a shower and a little sleep [with Jennifer, the doll in the picture, my sidearm if you will 😉] before a super long Greyhound ride to Muncie Indiana). Sean deserves a mention for his impeccable professionalism and treating me like a customer not as some rando off the street (and Downtown Fort Worth has a good share of those) trying to get out of the rain... Even though its the reason I got a room! (/Humor) But I thank all the staff for a job AWESOMELY DONE.
Positive: Staffs were extremely nice and polite
Positive: The staff was amazing Negative: Not a thing
Positive: Clean and very comfortable bed and pillows Negative: Having to pay for parking
Large hotel with a good amount of conference space. The rooms are definitely outdated and could use a refresh. The bathrooms are very dark with no light in the shower area. Staff is very friendly.
Its OK. Just be sure not to drink the provided bottled water. It will cost you $6.00. The hallways smell very strongly of chain smokers youll never find. And they dont mention there will be a garage parking fee of $25 a night till you arrive. Everything seems pretty dated and a worn but the bedroom at least seems clean. I guess I have enough experience with dated hotels to give this three stars for cleanliness. The only thing you can really hope for at this price point.
Positive: Location Negative: Loud AC unit, couldn¿t sleep
Positive: Friendly staff Negative: The bathroom was quite dark. The hotel was very dated. The bar closed at 10 on Saturday making a nightcap challenging. Just not up to the standards expected or previously experienced with a Sheraton
Very nice and friendly staff and clean
The staff was friendly and fast, the rooms was spacious and clean. The floor I was on was so quiet and the view was amazing at night
Great hotel. We were here for Cheer UIL State Championships. The hotel is very nice. Our team only rented out a ballroom for our girls to stay in and practice during the day of competition.
Still currently staying here. The rooms are old & outdated. Terrible amenities & entertainment in the rooms. The bathrooms terrible. Marriott should be ashamed of the way this property looks.. like seriously. This shouldn’t be a hotel downtown because it doesn’t reflect 4 stars at all!!!! The room wasn’t properly cleaned either.. it’s like they just threw some new sheets on the bed & left. The carpet is so old & looks like it hasn’t been shampooed in years. There’s not even a microwave in the room. Will post pics.
Very nice lobby attendants. Felt very safe and secure. Rooms were very neat and tidy.
Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are fairly old, but are as nice as possible. The pool and hot tub are fantastic/clean, large.
Positive: My room was on the 12th floor Negative: The wasn¿t clean, there was nothing going on at the Hotel. No bar open, no restaurant open, it was boring place that I paid extra for. Also the hotel is outdated, I will not be staying at a Sheraton hotel anytime soon.
Very disappointed with check in. The front desk clerk was VERY condescending which just set the overall tone of the stay as below expectation. After a 32 minute check in process the parking garage configuration was congested and at one point completely blocked off as there were no attendants outside or easily identifiable signs for traffic flow. The room itself is not soundproof at all from the outside traffic noise to the hallway/ heavy doors. I gave up on room service after a two minute hold. Overall I am very disappointed that I overpaid for this hotel as I had such high expectations for the weekend. We will be checking out and staying elsewhere.
Lets be honest! This hotel is overrated and the staff are rude. Doesnt matter if you are a Marriott member the front desk attendes are rude and seem irritated. The room was not what you expect from a Sheraton brand, very run down. Lets not even talk about the $25 per night to park your own vehicle, if you even find a parking spot. I will not be back!
Positive: Nice Negative: Had to pay for parking
One host was rude to me and they wanted $3 for one can of dr people.. love the bar i would give service at the bar 5 stars
Lovely hotel, with nice view of Ft. Worth Downtown. I could see the Water Gardens by my window and pretty buildings. I just didnt like how you had to pay $30 for breakfast when it should be complimentary...
Positive: Nice location Negative: Not really
Positive: Very clean, great view of the city, and a nice sized room. Negative: The bed was extremely hard.
Positive: The staff was very friendly. Negative: The hotel is outdated and the room had an old musty smell. The lighting was inadequate in the bathroom. Overall the experience left much to be desired, not the 4-star experience I expected.
Enjoyed the stay with the wife for a weekend getaway!
Positive: The people at the front desk were nice and the hotel was comfortable and clean
Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Negative: The Buffett breakfast is for sure not worth 13.50. It was super greasy bacon, watery eggs from a box, hard biscuits, and tasteless oatmeal. The ladies working the breakfast area were super sweet and helpful.
Positive: The young lady that checked us in was the absolute best! Negative: Parking is way to expensive. Also, beds super uncomfortable, room not super clean.
Loved this spot. Nice and clean. Proper staff available daily.
It is one of the best hotel in Fort Worth for the money.
What a mistake!! Overpriced! No complimentary breakfast and the one we paid 13 dollars each for wasn’t worth it! $25 a night for parking that no one tells you about!!! Some roof work wakes you up at 8am!! Horrible!
Positive: Downtown Negative: No maid service, over filled parking garage, beds where dirty when we arrived.
Decent place, over priced tho. No in room microwaves. The shower was not good.
Positive: Clean, good location, atmosphere is really nice. Negative: Have stayed here multiple times and always had a good experience. This time I was charged for parking outside the hotel when we drove in and then again on my check-in. I called and they are supposed to credit my card for the 2nd parking charge.
Positive: Everything. Very nice hotel, very clean, and OMG THE SHEETS and bedding!! I love Sheratons beds. They’re literally the best. I could lay there for days. Negative: The $25/day to park kinda stings.
Positive: Indoor pool stays open until 10pm. We stayed during Covid and I feel like they did a great job on trying to help reduce the spread. Daily staff and evening staff was very helpful. Negative: The daily manager.
The room ws nice but the house keeping ladys are super rude and they even mean mug you. You also have to pay gor the morning breakfast which os is ridiculous. And even the bottles of water that are 99 cents at the grocery store they sell them here for $3 and even the little cup cereals are $3. This place is a total rip off. I would advise anyone that might be thinking of going to this place to not you will only be wasting your money.
