You’d be better camping under Interstate 35.Downtown Ft Worth is full of great hotels but this place is a scam.Reserved a suite but upon arriving was informed there wasn’t one actually available. Was offered much smaller regular room - for the same price as the suite. No discount or discussion - take it or leave it.Then, miraculously, a “forgotten” wheelchair accessible suite became available. However once checked in, at said “suite” turn out to be regular room, plus the toilet soon stopped working. The “smart elevators are cool in theory, except only one of them works.Did meet another guest in elevator who told me the same suite/room scam had been pulled in them earlier in the day, so I guess it’s a commonplace routine.
The hotel is in a great location and there is parking street across the street. They offer valet but the day that I stayed parking was free. The place feels a bit tired but, the staff really make up for any shortcomings. Everybody that we talk to was super nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
Honestly, I was disappointed. The room had very little lighting in area of beds, and nothing but desk lamp in that area. No lights in ceiling. The recessed lighting over the beds interfered with the TV screen because TV cant be tilted. Also, shower didnt have good water pressure. For the price if $567.00 for 2 nights?? The room was seriously over priced.Only one elevator was working... And we were told there was a charge if we wanted breakfast.I was surprised.
Aloft Hotels are beautifully updated with post modern decor and generally a bar/club.But my room was very small and the bathroom faucets didnt work.It was one night stay so did not room transfer.Seems overpriced imo
Only 1 elevator working out of 6 bays. Easy 15 minutes waiting both ways.
For me, hotels are all about the service. Been here 10 minutes and its been horrible. Front desk employee told us the need to put a card on file for the room. A few minutes later we find out that they didnt just put a card on file. They charged us over $900 without even saying anything. When I went to go two then this room was prepaid by our parents for our wedding weekend they said you can pre pay for a room. You have to do it in person.I asked what they would do to fix this problem and even after speaking to the manager he said he couldnt do anything for us.Also we asked for extra towels because wed be using our room to get the bridal party ready. I guess they thought 2 towels was sufficient. Elevators are confusing and no staff informed us how to operate them. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Youd have better service at a Best Western.UPDATE:Weve had a random charge on our room that cant be explained while we were staying here. The only explanation they gave us was they think this $88 dollar charge is taxes and fees even though I already showed them a itemized bill with taxes on it.
Valet parking is a must. We got the suite and it is larger than some apartments I have lived in. The views were amazing. The staff was kind. The bathroom was great, the shower was big enough for a couples hot yoga session.
A modern hotel with reasonable size rooms (which have big windows so very light). The room we had a king bed and a sofa bed. The water temperature I was the shower was a bit difficult to control, but worked fineAs with all hotels at the moment they were understaffed, but the staff that were working did an admirable job. I would definitely recommend them
DO NOT book your stay here!! We stayed for 1 night and I was very unsatisfied. Our room was extremely cold. The TV was not working and the elevator was also not working! We were on the 9th floor! I will never come here again. Oh and they have a great sliding door that separates the toilet from the rest of the room that does not shut completely! Please go somewhere else. Plus parking is terrible.
Great hotel. Convenient bar downstairs. If you’re parking a vehicle, utilize the parking garage across the street.
Very nice establishment. I am a mobile DJ and I worked a 50th birthday party there. My experience was great outside of the concierge telling me I had to load in from the front entrance where patrons were frequenting when there was an entry door straight to the room I was working in. Other than that very organized and clean in and out.
The hotel itself was great. The rooms were nice and clean, food was good. Not amazing by any means, but good nonetheless. The only set back was there were 2 female front desk clerks and they were kinda rude and just seemed to be annoyed any time I had to deal with them. There was a 3rd worker a man and he was great and extremely friendly! If it wasnt for the 2 bad clerks Id have to give it 5 stars! The only other thing is while we were there our room light shorted out and we called the desk to notify them due to it smelling like something was burning. They said they would send someone up. And no one ever came.
Very nice place to stay in downtown FTW. Room was clean and decorated nicely with ample amenities. Onsite bar and small convenient store. Enjoyed my stay!
Positive: Clean and great room size. Staff was very helpful!
The room was beautiful. But everything else was HORRIBLE. The elevators were broken. All but 1. It took 20 minutes to go up or down. And the type of people that stay here are apparently LOUD party people. People that run up and down the hall beating on everyones doors so loud it shakes all the walls. So disappointed and paid so much for this.
Room was small for what we paid, but the price is really for the convenient location. We saved tons on gas by being able to walk around. The valet was super nice and explained everything, but one lady at the front desk was incredibly rude! And they are understaffed at the front desk. The poor manager was by himself handling everything and they didn’t have a housekeeper! He did his best to help us out but seemed overworked. Overall, average, but probably wouldn’t stay again because I don’t want to pay that much for a small one bedroom just to save on gas.
Room smelled like dirty socks and only having 1 elevator working was BS every now and then an employee would take you up another one. Will never stay at this Aloft again. Have had great experience at others
First time staying at an Aloft hotel. Didnt know what to expect. I loved everything about this hotel! Our room was super spacious, clean & quiet. I liked that I could use my cellphone to control the tvs since hotel remotes usual gross me out. The proximity to everything we wanted to do in Sundance Square was amazing. After the past year of isolation its so nice to be back out in the world and Im so glad we chose the Aloft.
Positive: Good location for what I needed. Very clean everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar and bar area was really nice. (hint: charge drinks to your room or open a tab. The drinks are cheaper.) Negative: No free breakfast and the cooked breakfast was not that good.
During trying times, with our country slowly recovering from the pandemic, the staff here was a pleasure to work with. Sharon, Chris and Brendon took time make sure that I had all I needed. This level of service is why Im a committed Marriott Bonvoy member and insist that I stay at their hotels.
The rooms were beautiful, perfect location. The downside was, no microwave in the room, coffee pot was in the bathroom, which was inconvenient with four people needing to get in there. There was plenty of room to put it elsewhere. There was one washer/dryer in the hotel. We stayed there five days because of the weather & we had the hardest time getting towels & wash clothes. They seemed to be sparing on their coffee. Their customer service was not the best. The bar, which served food, closed down early & the prices of the snacks were outrageous, no continental breakfast like some hotels.
Terrible experience! We stayed on 6/11/2021 and when we arrived we got the wrong room, 2 queen beds instead of a king. No big deal since we were really tired. Room was dirty, wash clothes were also dirty from the previous people that stayed. Had makeup all over them. Brought it to the attention of the front desk and they diddnt seem to concerned about it. Im also going to write corporate and let them know.
They took away TV remotes because of Covid. They have you scan a QR code on the TV that sends you to a website to change channels, then resets. You aren’t able to scan the QR code again if you exit from safari. Now you are stuck with a TV that won’t change channels or volume... better yet, won’t turn off. Pressed the power button, it turns off for a moment, then comes back on.Called the front desk, they said they’d have someone up in 30 minutes at 10PM. Called back after nobody came, then the same girl said “it’s only me”. Forced to just unplug all cables behind the TV to go to sleep. Use to love this hotel, the rooms are so cool. Never again. Terrible experience.
I usually love aloft, unfortunately this one was not top tier. The staff, was wonderful. The room was mostly clean, could have been better. The walls are literally paper thin and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the street.
Choose a search out because I had a great experience the first time but..... I just checked in front staff was night my room came with a couple free drinks so I walked to the bar and sat down The bartender asked me if I had a mask after I was already sitting down and made me go to front desk to grab a mask. However there were six people at the other end of the bar counter standing up and sitting down none of them had a mask on and he was serving them. I go to my room last time the room was bigger for less money and had a great theme with radio and etc. I did pay for the ultra savvy suite this time. Walk in the room the floors are dirty and the radio and amenities and decorations are all gone. First time was great that’s why I booked this place again but the second time I paid more money and got less plus a rude bartender when you walk in I will stay my two nights but I will not book this place again. This is Fort Worth not California.
Far From The Aloft It Was Known To Be Pre-COVID, Almost Every Employee We Encountered Were Extremely Rude. The Lady At The Front Desk Was Very Argumentative And Nearly Screaming At Me Until I Had To Tell Her To Calm Down. There Were No Bellmen. During My First Stay The Entire Floor Wreaked Of Marijuana. The Employees Here Are Careless, Disrespectful, And DO NOT CARE About Their Guest. I Encourage You To Look Elsewhere When Staying Downtown Fort Worth. Your Experience Will Be Well Below Your Expectations Here.
Smells horrible in the rooms, hair and other weird substance stuck to the walls, groups smoking weed in the closed in pool area while our young kids were trying to swim. Staff was very nice but hotel not worth the stay at all.
Great as always. Conveniently located in Sundance, downtown Fort Worth. The rooms are large, clean, and very nice. Parking was free across the street in a public garage. The upper floors were a maze with tight hallways. The smart elevators are operated without internal buttons. You select the desired floor on a touch screen and an assigned elevator comes to you; great during Covid.
Hotel was nice. I wish the rooms would have a microwave. You have to go down to the lobby to heat something up. Not convenient on that area. Other then that, nice looking rooms!
Everything is super clean, room and bathroom are the most beautiful! Great customer help also. The most best hotel I’ve been to in Fort Worth, it’s wayyyy better than Omni hotel, the Omni seemed a little old and not as modern as aloft last time for my taste. It’s a great place if your looking to enjoy yourself
Room was clean - that is the only good thing I can say about this place. Service was RUDE. Room was not ready at check-in time although we received a text stating it was. Lobby was full of annoyed people having the same problem we had. Door to the bathroom in our room would not stay closed, kept sliding open.
Loved everything about this place!! It was my husbands birthday and his favorite thing to do is play pool. With all of the bars closed it is hard to find an open pool table. This place has it all, they have a bar with great service, board games to play and a pool table that is open 24/7 and they have food up front (nothing special but filling). The staff was almost always very nice and informative. The room was amazing we stayed in the ultra savvy room and was very surprised but the view and the cleanliness. They are withing walking distance of a bunch of really good restaurants and if the bars were open their are a bunch around this hotel. Overall I would say this will definitely be a place that we come back to for a in town vacation!!!!
Horrible! Glorified motel 8!This place is a dump! They had nothing! We could even request a glass for our drink. No robes, no q tips, no luggage rack, nothing! Only a bed, tv and couch! You can get that anywhere!
This hotel is amazing! Such classy unique rooms and great views! Right in the center of everything and walking distance to bars, food and shopping.
Thank youGreat hotelBlanca great breakfast !!!Maggie thank you assistance !!!
The hotel was nice but the rooms are very hot, a/c does not work. And valet pocketed our money instead of telling us we had to pay at the desk. So we were double charged for valet.Front desk manager was rude about the double charge. Would not recommend going here at all.
Absolutely the best hotel, from the staff, Valet, management to the owners. The service was excellent! Everyone showed great care. Me and my family will definitely be visiting again.
Be careful I had Missing Items hat and pair of shorts! check your bags!!
Rooms are amazing. The bartender Will is not only courteous and polite he makes some of the best mixed drinks Ive ever tasted.
Paid for a higher end suite. Could’ve been cleaner and it slightly smelled like smoke. But the front desk was great and gave us complimentary meals for our anniversary!
Clean, great location. Rooms are small, but you shouldnt be sitting in the room with a great downtown area like that.
Nice hotel, no weird smells or stains. That being said the lay out of the hallways and elevators can be confusing.
Positive: Room Size, clean simple decor, quiet, close to parking and food options.
Great place to stay. Nite life in the hotel with pool table. I will definitely stay here again.
Me and the husband enjoyed it! The room was so comfy and cozy. This one was better than the one in Dallas.
Elevators In this building are so-called “smart elevators”. After checking in it took close to 10 minutes for one to arrive to take us to our floor. Only one was working and the staff said the elevators “get confused.” Valet parking is a pain. No valets were available to park our car and there was no place to park to wait. We just self parked in the building across the street. Free parking overnight on a Friday night versus $28. I’m a platinum Marriott Rewards member and travel a lot. I never write reviews. Felt compelled to write this one.
The employees were all nice and helpful. The rooms are smaller than standard hotels, but hotel and the rooms are newly designed. My biggest problem might seem silly but it was pretty annoying. The TVs are preset, meaning you can’t change any tv settings...The tv in my room was set to such a low brightness I couldn’t watch tv. Again, silly but also pretty annoying for the price. It isn’t a bad hotel, but I’ll be staying somewhere else for future visits.
Positive: The sleek clean lines.
Positive: Room was clean and had a wonderful view,Valet gave me a great tip and saved me money. Negative: It was all great
The rooms have a very modern art deco look to them. Wonderful city view. No room service at this time due to covid. Which is ok of course. My only shock is that theres no microwave in the room and no robes. They do have lots of amenities, a lounge, pool table, place to workout, and I hear theres a game room! Im very pleased at this point.
Service and amenities are top notch but if you are looking for a cozy warm and inviting stay this would not be it. Rooms are very minimalist design with concrete ceilings. It seemed to be more of a modern night club feel than a hotel. However I feel that it would suit business travelers very well. Fitness center had great equipment and pool area is very clean. If you are sensitive to strong Floral smelling cleaners however, that is all they use in the common areas. Breakfast food was very good and evening happy hour was convenient to grab a cocktail before going out for dinner. Location to shopping and restaurants excellent.
Great customer service, great location for walking around downtown fort Worth and Sundance Square.
Wow! Luxury, service and location! Over the top AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Amazing staff!!! They all make you feel right at home!!! The sweetest people I’ve ever known. Staying at the Aloft Downtown feels like a Holiday with family. Thank you guys you are all amazing!!! Cheers to the management!!! You have a wonderful team!! - Sandy🍬🍭
Best hotel in downtown Fort Worth! Hands down! Clean, great staff, and good drinks!
Elevator was being repaired so they was only 1 working for the entire hotel.
Awesome view of the city very clean and classy nice staff convenient parking great area very nice location i have no complaints
Really modern & old school mixed together. great view @ the aloft downtown ft. worth. pool table in the lobby. nice restaurants in walking distance & wonderful room. I give aloft a thumbs up.
Negative: I booked 2 rooms. I checked in before my son got there. When he arrived, front desk clerk said room was NOT paid for, made me get up and dressed at 11:45pm to prove I had a receipt that it was paid for! Never even apologized. Noise complaint not taken
Lovely place to stay, everything you could want is in walking distance and the staff were very informative and helpful
Staff is super friendly and the rooms are great. The elevators are a bit baffling at first but otherwise a great stay
The hotel and room are both very chic and modern. Also clean and comfortable. Our a/c was cold and the bed was so inviting. The pool was great for the kids along with the bar/hang out area.I do have 3 complaints, however. One night we were hanging out in the bar area and I went to the restroom, completely forgetting my mask. When I was walking back a very rude man told me to not walk around without a mask. IT WAS A MISTAKE! I didnt appreciate his tone and condescending approach. A simple maam, please make sure you have your mask on would suffice. I actually said thank you after he was so rude because I knew it was a mistake. He, again very rudely, said if you dont have one, go get one from the front desk. I said I have one at my seat, I simply forgot it. He walked away from me mid sentence. Treat your guests as guests.Second, the website says valet parking is $28 per stay. When we got our final bill, we were charged $28 per day. I called and spoke to the front desk and the girl said oh, thats a mistake on our website. Sorry. That didnt work for me so I asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold for 12 minutes then came back and said she refunded me the money. That was very nice and appreciated but I suggest updating the website since this is a known issue.Last, I know the hotel was very busy this weekend but they had no extra pillows. I would recommend getting more since our room had a pull out bed but only 1 available pillow.
I waited 2 and half hours for my room then I tried to change my room since they had another one but they said since i rented through expedia I would have to have them give me a refund this is just crazy for a room that i paid for and have to go through this I feel something should be done and we should be compasted some how
Nice room and nice staff. I had my family stay here for 1 night during a move to a new home. I had my two young daughters, my wife and our dog with us. The neighbors had a party all night - literally screaming / laughing and such until 4am. Moving is stressful - we had hoped for a restful nights sleep. We got zero sleep. Called twice to complain during the night. Upon check out, customer service didn’t apologize or offer anything for our trouble. Pretty frustrating.......
This is a very chic and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean plus the hotel has a very nice view of downtown forth worth. I would recommend.
Beautiful hotel! Kim from guest services is the definition of hospitable. The kindness and solution-first demeanor she displayed set a standard far above our expectation. 5+ stars. We will be referring this location in the future because of her hospitality. Thank you Kim
Positive: Walking distance from bars
We stayed here on the 25th and the youngest lady who checked is in that night was so sweet. Bar closed early that night but plenty to go do around the hotel. Great water pressure in the shower..best pillows ever and nice and fresh in the room. Great stay thank you!
The Aloft was updated and the coffee was good, nice location downtown and easy to get around. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to sign into our own streaming services in the room instead of watching cable tv. The WiFi worked well and the Bliss bath products were a nice treat. It was also great to have smart elevators! Those are a time saver. The front desk service was exceptional! The valet however was not. We’d recommend parking in the garage across the street and not dealing with the valet service at the hotel.
Very fancy & laid back!
It way nicer than I am used to.
The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area was great! The only thing that was subtly negative was the fact that the walls are a little thin, and you can hear a neighbors TV if its up pretty loud. I would recommend and definitely will stay here again though!
Absolutely wonderful. Our dog was free to stay with nice treats for her. The hotel was very nice for the price we paid. The bar and staff was very nice. The rooms are so cool and very modern with a 55 tv. My wife and I will definitely look for Aloft hotels everywhere we travel.
Hotel was okay. Not great but also not terrible. The staff were dressed casually in jeans/leggings, no uniform or name tag. Overall gave an unprofessional appearance. We received a room service menu but when I attempted to order I was told that the hotel doesn’t have room service. There were 3 young ladies going in and out of the lobby area, being extremely loud, using vulgar language and not wearing masks but hotel staff did nothing to redirect them. Finally, valet parking Is $28/day which is not advertised. Again, overall okay but probably will not return.
Reservations and check-in were quick and simple. Lobby looked amazing. Bar/lounge area was inviting and family friendly. Decor was beautiful. Room was very contemporary and comfortable. Will definitely use aloft hotels more when traveling. The only thing lacking was availability of room service.
I am really thankful that I am receiving a survey. The walls and the ceiling of the hotel is very thin. It has been a loooong time since my budget had me staying in a hotel where I can hear the people above me walking, the neighbors next to me sneezing and everyones toilet flushing. The pillows are literally the worst pillows that I have ever slept on (and I have had my fair share of sub-par pillows), but not to the point where myself and my partner were losing sleep due to it. We went out and purchased new pillows so at least our last night would be somewhat okay. If you are going to build a sleekly designed hotel, go all in and purchase quality bedding and add additional sound prevention between the walls and the ceiling. The location was good, the valet service is one of the best that I have encountered with the volume of people they had coming in and out. When it comes to price vs. comfort, the ratio is off. I will say that the talent is very kind, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. You have hired an exceptional group of people and I was thankful for that. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, have a wonderful day.
A Joke, Had to wait almost two hours to check in then they blamed me ... it was some how my fault they did not have enough cleaning staff. Never staying at Aloft again
Wonderful place to stay. Great staff! Kimberly is the best! My wife and I have stayed here a couple times and have had wonderful experiences each time.
Aloft was a cool hotel with a great ambiance. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a Bluetooth speaker so you could play your music in the room. This hotel had a happy hour with billiards and various board games. It is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
I just want to preface this feedback with a statement that we are not a customer that submits complaints and we are not demanding when we travel. When booking our 4 night stay in ft worth, i did have complications making reservations getting connected rooms. It took me nearly an hour to do booking and making several calls to confirm. Inconvenient but I got through it. Then Our recent stay at Aloft in downtown Fort Worth was very disappointing. The rooms were nice/clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and indoor pool and location was great. The customer service was ABYSMAL. We were greeted upon arrival by a rude front desk clerk. We brushed off the initial experience. The following days it was apparent that housekeeping staff was inadequatee. They were not offering housekeeping due to covid, five, but i would expect minimal maintenence. Towels were thrown in the hallway from the pool outside of rooms for days at a time. New towels werent stocked at the pool nor the area checked for garbage from the days prior. After our second night we needed our garbage emptied and some fresh towels (towels were not drying for reuse when hung in bathroom). I was instructed to place the garbage and towels in the hall from our 2 rooms, which i obliged. 4 trash cans and an additional bag and a pile of towels remained in the hall for 14 hours. We reminded staff multiple times to please remove the trash, which was starting to smell. They never came and the would ignore our requests and we finally had to call and demand immediate removal after 10 pm. We had to retrieve our own towels after asking 3 times. Staff was rude and offered us no apologies. My husband was also walking our children (2 and 4 years old) around the city center complex adjoining the hotel) and the security guard on sat am shouted obscenities at him for being near the grass in front of hooters. Absolutely inappropriate at all and particularly in front of toddlers. I heard from another guest that they had a similar experience from the security. When it came to billing, I now see that my rates were modified from my initial booking, with each of the four nights being charged a student rate, which i will now need to resolve. Very disappointing, i will not go back to a Marriot hotel after this experience.
Room took forever to heat! No microwave in room! Power went out while there... For the price and considering I travel and stay often through the Marriott Family I was highly disappointed!
My husband and I arrived at the hotel and were so pleasantly surprised. It was so hip and trendy. We told our friends about how cool our room was. Ive stayed at many hotels and Ive never seen a ceiling like the one in our room. So beautiful!!! Not to mention the Marshall speaker that I fell in love with during our stay. I need this speaker in my life now. So many wonderful details including the swivel tv. This hotel in such a great location in downtown Ft Worth. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shop and a short drive to the Stockyards. Each staff member had such an energetic personality. Are yall drinking coffee all day to keep that pep in yalls step? Hahaha. I rarely complete hotel surveys but this hotel outdid itself in so many aspects I felt it needed all the credit it deserves!Kudos to the entire staff!!!
While typically staying at other hotels in Fort Worth when just wanting to get away..we decided to choose this hotel to try something new! I had read that there was a bar/lounge area available, however, it was not available to us at the hour we checked in. Thought it closed a little early, but it was a sunday evening. The room was VERY clean, bathrooms, sheets, pillows, curtains, floors, everything appeared in very clean and minimal order! While the pool is small, it is very well maintained. It was a little too cool of temperature to swim in, even though indoors, and wished they had a hot tub available for those long days when you just need to relax a bit. (Cold water doesnt do it!!) :) However, overall? I would stay here again no doubt. It is QUIET and the beds are remarkably comfortable. My 7 year old is VERY picky on hotel beds (we have stayed in quite a range) and he gave this hotel 10 stars! LOL. Please try it, while no real restaurant, the food pantry had quite a few options to buy from, and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
This Aloft is pretty nice. Valet was a breeze, check-in was even easier. Id say from the time I walked up to the front desk, I had my room key in about a minute and that was checking in about 5:00 P.M. the room was spacious, had excellent views of downtown Ft. Worth. The bed was extremely comfortable. Soft pillows and soft sheets. Its a great hotel to stay at.
Other than minor issues on the first day with 2 valet guys standing right next to my car watching me get all my luggage out and the bottle of lotion in my room being empty (which makes me question if it was thoroughly cleaned/checked), this was a great stay. Some front desk staff referred to me by name each time they saw me although this was my first visit to the establishment. The room itself was a great size, and valet service was easy and exceptional every day after that initial experience (week-long stay). I will definitely return.
Large suite with beautiful views of the Ft Worth area. Staff was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our needs. Great location in downtown. Many restaurants within easy walking distance
Positive: The location! Negative: I wish it had a hot tub or a bath tub.
Great hotel and atmosphere get a chance stay here I recommend the corner Suite on the upper floors Fort Worth doesnt have a great Skyline but its got a great view from these rooms
Very clean and safe feeling. Great location, close to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would. It was AMAZING! The staff were GREAT!! The bar was awesome! The bartender was great and really knew her stuff! We will for sure be back! :) If your looking for a hotel in the Fort Worth area look no further! Absolutely fantastic!
Nice view windows, large room, and comfy bed
Excellent experience. Clean hotel, update rooms, great experience overall. We had Kim and Alan at the front desk and could not ask for more. Have stayed here multiple times already and will continue to stay here every time we’re in DFW.
I loved my stay here! Clean. Great Amenities! Front desk staff friendly as well.
My daughters very first gymnastics competition was in Ft Worth and we stayed at the Aloft Downtown. The location was great, the hotel was clean, modern and fun but best of all is the staff! They made the experience for my daughter so personal and special. They had a note and candy wishing her good luck when we entered our room. They remembered her name throughout our stay and wished her good luck. We had to go back and show the her medals after the event and they were so happy for her. The indoor pool, the workout room, and the healthy food choices were perfect for the occasion.

Very modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and cool lobby area. We hung out here for a family function and the hotel kept all of us entertained and the location near Sundance square was very nice. The fair price made this property a very good value for us .
